Abstract

Description

用于冷冻框架衬里的方法和块形纸板箱坯料
本发明涉及一种与在冷冻框架中安装块形纸板箱有关的方法和一种适合这种用途的块形纸板箱坯料，同时，本发明的目的为改进将这些纸板箱正确地装在框架中的可靠性。本发明与在1996年2月1日公开的WO96/02422中所说明的发明有密切关系，对在该处所指出的问题将予以引用。
简单地说，本发明涉及将所谓的块形纸板箱用作冷冻框架的衬里，以容纳例如鱼这样的新鲜食物，人们希望将该食物冷冻起来而做成其形状为一半尺寸的冻块的中间产品，然后将它们运送至工厂中，以便进一步处理。块形纸板箱由简单的纸板箱坯料构成，它以这样一种方式设有折叠线，以使其具有一与冷冻框架的尺寸相对应的底板，并从此底板伸出侧壁板，该侧壁板在将纸板箱坯料装入冷冻框架中时会自然地沿框架的内边往上竖起至直立的位置。通常，纵向侧板中的一个沿盖板延伸，该盖板在将纸板箱衬里装入冷冻框架中以后可越过装填物向内摆动，这样该装填物就可以在块体的所有侧面由纸板箱覆盖。此后，将各个单体送至搁架式冷冻机中进行冷冻，在冷冻之后，可以将它们从冷冻框架中凿出并堆垛，以便装运，这时，用纸板箱壁板作为中间层，以防止全体冻结在一起，此外，纸板箱坯料本身通过冷冻附着在冻结的装填块上而在整体上成为稳定的。出于同样的理由，可以将块形纸板箱做成没有特殊的锁住装置的，即使它们可以通过分别以其侧面靠在周围的冷冻框架上和靠在固定的底板上，以及部分地通过块体本身的冷冻而被支承并保持就位。由此，块形纸板箱与比较普遍的、具有角翼锁片和胶粘接头的公知自支承纸板箱包装只有一些共同的主要特征。
比较理想的是角翼片延伸部分看起来与块形纸板箱的侧壁板连在一起，它们可以向外摆动或者在角上稍微向内摆动，以便建立一个阻塞，防止液体和材料瞬时地通过在冷冻框架中竖起的块形纸板箱的角从所装填的材料中漏出。重要的是，要向内折叠这些角翼片至一个在抵靠的侧壁板外侧的某个位置，在该位置，在其里面，可能使或将使角翼片或多或少地伸入冻结的装填材料中，这就使装填材料的进一步处理变得非常困难。
虽然在WO96/02422的实施例中描述了如何通过预先在纸板箱坯料的部件上作出彩色标志而检测出在从最终产品的外侧看去时，例如在产品的接收侧看去时，向外折叠的部分是否正确地放置，但是本发明特别致力于发现错误的安装，即使是在装配阶段。
在此阶段，力求使操作者能看到安装好的块形纸板箱的内侧，由此，他还可以很容易地确定角翼片是否正确地向内折叠，也就是说，如果按照本发明将它们做成有一面向内部的表面标志，这些标志就使它们在视觉上不同于邻接的侧壁板的内侧。由此，操作者可以容易地发觉角翼片是否错误地放置，从而使这些错误在开始装填欲被冻结的材料之前就已经被改正，也就是，通过供给商处的初始控制改正错误放置。
在原理上可以由一台自动监察系统来代替这种通过操作者的觉察，该系统利用光学仪器检查安装好的块形纸板箱的内部情况，并且在检测到作为角翼片在竖起的纸板箱衬里的内部而不是在外部出现的迹象的具有外露的错误指示标志的内角部区时，启动一报警器。
下面将参考附图说明本发明，其中：
图1是具有按照本发明的角翼片的有标志的纸板箱坯料内侧的立面透视图；
图2是在冷冻框架中未正确放置的有标志的纸板箱坯料的透视图。
图1示出了与WO96/02422中所描述的纸板箱相对应的纸板箱坯料内侧的透视图。从此图中可以看出，角翼片18、20上设有标志27，在作为冷冻框架22的衬里的纸板箱坯料不正确地放置的情况下，可以从内侧看见该标志(比较图2)。
在角翼片18、20正确地放置在面向冷冻框架22的纸板箱衬里的外侧上时，标志27将被竖起的侧板8盖住。
此外，这种标志还可很好地用于这样一些标志，即按照WO96/02422将它们用于相应地从外部检查最终的块状产品。

Claims (3)

1.一种将块形纸板箱坯料安装在冷冻框架中的方法，由此，在冷冻框架中放置一具有一底板(2)的用作衬里的纸板箱坯料，而且从底板向上伸出侧壁板，某些侧壁板具有从端部伸出的角翼片，这些角翼片向内折叠，以便沿邻接的侧壁板的端部区域放置，其特征为，通过安装在冷冻框架中衬有如下所述的纸板箱坯料，即在角翼片的内侧设有一表面特征，例如清晰的彩色标志，该彩色标志与纸板箱内侧的其余表面的外观有明显的不同，以及，当将冷冻材料装入纸板箱中时，如果在坯料的朝内一侧在任意一个角上出现可见的错误放置的角翼片，就可以用肉眼或以光学方法将其检测出来。
2.一种用于以按照权利要求1所述的方法作冷冻框架的衬里的块形纸板箱，它属于这样一种类型，即它具有一用折叠线(4)作边界的底板(2)，在折叠线的外面，所述底板连续地接有可竖起的侧板(6，8，10)，某些侧板上有角翼片部件(18，20)，用于在冷冻框架中竖起的纸板箱坯料的角部向内折叠，其特征为，上述角翼片在其朝内的一侧做有标志，该标志以一种容易被看见的方式将这些朝内的侧面与所有其它形成侧面的部分(6，8，10)的朝内的侧面的视觉感以这样一种方式区别开来，以致在将块形纸板箱放入冷冻框架时，可以容易地用肉眼确定角翼片是相对于纸板箱的竖起侧板向外放置还是向内放置。
3.按照权利要求2所述的块形纸板箱，其特征为，形成侧面的部分(6，8，10)的朝内的侧面具有同块形纸板箱的其余部分一样的表面外观，而角翼片的朝内的侧面则设有在视觉上与其不同的标志，例如其它的颜色。
