Abstract

一种能给汽油发动机提供连续的强火花的点火 装置。它一改过去使用点火线圈只产生一个脉冲火 花的方法,而改用高压直流点火,产生连续火花,此高 压由自激振荡高压发生器产生。此点火装置将大大 提高汽油发动机的性能。

Description

此发明是一种汽油发动机电子点火装置。
目前汽油发动机所使用的点火装置,不论是机械式的还是晶体管点火装置,都是通过点火线圈来产生高压电,使火花塞产生火花,这种高压脉冲,一次只能产生一个高压脉冲,因此在火花塞上产生的火花持续时间短,点火能量小,点火不可靠,高速运转时,容易产生缺火现象。
此发明的目的就是给汽油发动机安装高能点火装置,使发动机各方面性能得到提高。
此发明的目的是这样实现的:此高能点火装置是一个直流高压发生器。它是由高频自激振荡器将低压直流电源的电能转换为矩形波电压输出,再经输出变压器升压获得高压脉冲,再经整流滤波获得直流高压电,供给发动机火花塞点火,点火时刻及产生火花时间的长短,靠装在自激振荡三极管基极线路上的开关控制,此开关也可用触发器开关电路控制,构成无触点点火装置。
在发动机每个压缩行程终了时,在燃烧室内混合气都存在着扰动,高压电击穿火花塞间隙后,形成初始火核随着混合气的扰动而偏离火花塞电极处,由于火花塞不停地产生火花,就使混合气多处被点燃,达到了加快燃烧速度的目的。再一方面,传统的点火方式,由于火花持续时间短,当混合气成份的变化或其他因素变化时常使混合气未能点燃,也就是失火。而此点火装置由于是持续的火花,一般不会失火,可靠性大为提高,故此点火装置具有以下特点:
1、耗电降低
2、发动机输出功率增加
3、冷车起动性能好
4、提高了点火的可靠性
5、由于混合气燃烧比较充分,减少了环境污染,并能保护火花塞白金触点不烧蚀。
6、可点燃较稀的可燃混合气

图中三极管BG,电阻R和脉冲变压器B组成单管自激间歇振荡器,电源E接通后,当开关K闭合时(此开关受断电器控制),三极管便自激振荡,产生高频矩形波。再经变压器B升压后获得高压脉冲,再经过二极管D整流,电容C滤波便获得高压直流电,经过分电器送到火花塞进行点火。

Claims (3)

1、给汽油发动机安装高能点火装置,其特征是:供给火花塞产生火花的是高压直流电,此高压直流电由高频振荡器、变压器及整流二极管、滤波电容组成的直流高压发生器产生。
2、根据权利要求1所述,其特征是:此点火装置的点火控制靠装在振荡三极管基极线路上的开关K来完成。
3、根据权利要求1所述,其特征是:供给火花塞产生火花的高压电,不是交流高频电,而是通过二极管整流,电容滤波的高压直流电。
