(e)0.1-2重量％的至少一种防腐剂，
(f)0.1-1重量％的柠檬酸，
(g)0-1重量％的乙基己基甘油，和
(h)至少45重量％的水。
在另一种优选的实施方式中，共混物1是基本上由以下组成的共混物7：
(a)0.1-0.5重量％的棕榈酰三肽-5，
(b)1-3重量％的至少一种藻类提取物，
(c)7-13重量％的泛醇，
(d)3-8重量％的支链淀粉，
(e)0.1-2重量％的至少一种防腐剂，
(f)0.1-1重量％的柠檬酸，和
(g)0.1-1重量％的乙基己基甘油，和
(h)至少45重量％的水。
本发明所使用的术语“基本上由……组成的共混物”表示：所列成分的总量理想上总计100重量％。然而，并不排除可存在少量的杂质或添加剂，前提条件是：这些杂质或添加剂的总量优选少于3重量％，更优选少于2重量％，最优选少于1重量％，它们通过各原料(a)-(h)而引入。
此外，还容易理解：共混物中水的(总)量是通过各原料(例如，通过水性藻类提取物)加入的水和用于将共混物调节至100重量％的“游离”水的总和。
优选地，将棕榈酰三肽-5(a)溶解在这种“游离”水中，然后与其它成分共混。
根据本发明的共混物是无色至淡黄色的液体，并且展示出在小于3000mPas、优选小于2000mPAS、最优选小于1500mPas的范围内的粘度(利用Brookfield RVDV-II+,主轴3在25°下测量，剪切速率为10rpm，持续30s)。调节根据本发明的共混物的pH，使得各共混物展示出约4.0-6.0、优选4.5-5.5的pH值。在制备混合物之后，但在过滤之前，用柠檬酸调节pH。
棕榈酰三肽-5[CAS-Nr.501-36-0]是用棕榈酸酯化的三肽，具有序列Palm-Lys-Val-Lys-OH(Pal-KVK)。可根据本领域的标准方法(例如，WO2004099237中所概述)来制备棕榈酰三肽-5。它可以原样使用或以其盐的形式使用，例如优选地作为三氟乙酸盐(Palm-Lys-Val-Lys-OH*2 TFA)使用。
藻类提取物优选是利用生物技术生产的微藻Duniella salina或微藻Nannochloropsis oculata的提取物以及它们的混合物。这种提取物能够通过以下获得：培养各藻类，随后收获细胞。然后将收获的细胞再水化并用热水提取。随后离心并超滤粗提物。在制备共混物时，藻类提取物可以以干燥形式或以具有已知固体含量的浓缩水性藻类提取物的形式使用。优选地，以具有已知藻类提取物含量(固体含量)的浓缩水性藻类提取物的形式将藻类提取物加入到共混物中。优选地，在制备本发明的共混物时，使用藻类提取物含量选自0.5至10重量％、优选地1-5重量％的水性藻类提取物，所述重量％基于总水性藻类提取物。
在一个特别有利的实施方式中，共混物1至5仅含有一种源自Duniella salina的藻类提取物，而不存在任何其它藻类提取物。在另一个特别有利的实施方式中，共混物1、2、6和7含有源自Duniella salina和Nannochloropsis oculata的藻类提取物的混合物，而不存在任何其它藻类提取物。如果存在Duniella salina和Nannochloropsis oculata藻类提取物，则优选地在0.5:1至1:0.5的范围内、例如优选地在0.8:1至1:0.8的范围内选择Duniella salina与Nannochloropsis oculata藻类提取物的(重量)比。
泛醇[CAS 81-13-0]例如在DSM Nutritional Products Ltd以D-泛醇或D-泛醇75L的形式市售。
本文所用的术语透明质酸钠[CAS 9067-32-7]是指透明质酸的钠盐。优选地，在本发明的共混物中使用低分子量透明质酸钠，例如分子量(MW)在10至800kDa范围内、优选MW在200至600kDa范围内、最优选MW在350至550kDa范围内的透明质酸钠。这种透明质酸钠例如在DSM Nutritional Products Ltd以商品名透明质酸BT LMW 350'-550'的形式市售，以及在Soliance以BasHyal(MW 100-300kDa)或Renovhyal(MW 15-50kDa)的形式市售。
支链淀粉是由酵母如真菌Aureobasidium pullulans产生的多糖。支链淀粉是主要由1,6-连接的麦芽三糖和一些散布的麦芽四糖单元组成的基本上线性的葡聚糖。支链淀粉例如以Aqua beta(来自Daiso,Co.,Ltd.)或者支链淀粉(来自Hayashibara Co.,Ltd.)的形式市售。
所述共混物优选包含至少一种美容上可接受的防腐剂。更优选地，至少一种美容上可接受的防腐剂选自苯氧基乙醇、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾以及它们的混合物。最优选地，苯氧基乙醇、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾存在于本发明的共混物中，有利地不存在任何其它防腐剂。
本发明的共混物可以由本领域技术人员通过常规共混方法例如分批处理来制备，所述分批处理包括成分的剪切混合，通常利用高剪切涡轮机或转子-定子装置以及高流动、低剪切混合装置。
因此，在另一个实施方式中，本发明涉及制备本发明的共混物的方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：
a.将棕榈酰-三肽-5(a)溶解在水中，
b.将成分(b)至(h)或(i)加入获得的溶液中，
c.混合成分以形成共混物，
d.过滤产生的共混物，和
e.将产生共混物填充到容器中。
在一个特别优选的实施方式中，通过以下来制备共混物：将棕榈酰三肽-5溶解在水中，接着加入泛醇、透明质酸钠和至少一种藻类提取物。然后充分混合获得的共混物，接着加入至少一种防腐剂和乙基己基甘油。然后将最终的共混物用柠檬酸进行pH调节、过滤并填充到容器中。
提供以下实施例以进一步说明本发明的组合物和效果。这些实施例仅是说明性的，并不意图以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
共混物
通过利用转子-定子混合器常规混合表1中概述的成分来制备共混物。如此获得的共混物是清澈、微黄色的液体，其在8℃下储存3个月后是稳定的，而不出现任何结晶或变色。

Claims (13)
1.共混物，其基本上由以下组成：
(a)0.05-1重量％的棕榈酰三肽-5，
(b)0.1-10重量％的至少一种藻类提取物，
(c)5-60重量％的泛醇，
(d)0-2重量％的透明质酸钠，
(e)0-10重量％的支链淀粉，
(f)0-3重量％的至少一种防腐剂，
(g)0-5重量％的柠檬酸，
(h)0-5重量％的乙基己基甘油，和
(i)至少20重量％的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共混物，其中所述共混物基本上由以下组成：
(a)0.05-1重量％的棕榈酰三肽-5，
(b)0.5-7重量％的至少一种藻类提取物，
(c)10-55重量％的泛醇，
(d)0-1重量％的透明质酸钠，
(e)0-10重量％的支链淀粉，
(f)0-2重量％的至少一种防腐剂，
(g)0-3重量％的柠檬酸，
(h)0-3重量％的乙基己基甘油，和
(i)至少20重量％的水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的共混物，其中所述共混物基本上由以下组成：
(a)0.05-1重量％的棕榈酰三肽-5，
(b)0.5-7重量％的至少一种藻类提取物，
(c)15-50重量％的泛醇，
(d)0.1-1重量％的透明质酸钠，
(e)0.1-2重量％的至少一种防腐剂，
(f)0.1-1重量％的柠檬酸，
(g)0.1-1重量％的乙基己基甘油，和
(h)至少20重量％的水。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的共混物，其中所述共混物基本上由以下组成：
(a)0.05-1重量％的棕榈酰三肽-5，
(b)0.5-7重量％的至少一种藻类提取物，
(c)5-15重量％的泛醇，
(d)2.5-10重量％的支链淀粉，
(e)0.1-2重量％的至少一种防腐剂，
(f)0.1-1重量％的柠檬酸，
(g)0-1重量％的乙基己基甘油，和
(h)至少45重量％的水。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的共混物，其中所述藻类提取物是微藻Duniellasalina和/或微藻Nannochloropsis oculata的提取物。
6.根据权利要求1-3所述的共混物，其中仅存在源自Duniella salina的一种藻类提取物。
7.根据权利要求1-2和4中任一项所述的共混物，其中存在源自Duniella salina和Nannochloropsis oculata的两种藻类提取物。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的共混物，其中所述至少一种防腐剂选自苯氧基乙醇、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾以及它们的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的共混物，其中所述共混物是pH值为约4.0-6.0且粘度在小于3000mPas范围内的无色至淡黄色的液体。
10.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的共混物，其中所述共混物是pH值为约4.5-5.5且粘度在小于2000mPas范围内的无色至淡黄色的液体。
11.制备根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的共混物的方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：
a.将棕榈酰三肽-5(a)溶解在水中，
b.将成分(b)至(h)或(i)加入获得的溶液中，
c.混合成分以形成共混物，
d.过滤产生的共混物，和
e.将产生共混物填充到容器中。
12.制备根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的共混物的方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：
a.将棕榈酰三肽-5(a)溶解在水中，
b.将泛醇、透明质酸钠和至少一种藻类提取物加入获得的溶液中，
c.混合成分以形成共混物，
d.加入至少一种防腐剂和乙基己基甘油，
e.利用柠檬酸将pH值调节至4.0-6、优选4.5-5.5，
f.过滤产生的共混物，和
e.将产生共混物填充到容器中。
13.根据权利要求11或12的制备共混物的方法，其中所述混合是利用高剪切涡轮机，转子-定子装置或高流动、低剪切混合装置进行的。
