本发明涉及一种透明膨胀型防火涂料及其制备方法,属于防火涂料技术领域。
背景技术
膨胀型透明防火涂料是一种功能性涂料,在发生火灾时能够在被涂物表面形成厚度相当于漆膜厚度几十倍甚至上百倍的致密碳层,起到隔热隔氧保护基材的作用,且不影响被涂物外观,密度低,易施工,成本低,被广泛用于工业及民用建筑、宾馆、影院、古建筑室内的木质装修用的可燃基材的防火保护和装饰场所的防火保护。
国内有很多关于膨胀型透明防火涂料制备的专利,如公开号为CN 104046201 A的中国专利公开了一种由聚磷酸酯、甲醚化氨基树脂、多聚磷酸、丁二醇、季戊四醇和聚乙二醇制备膨胀型透明防火涂料的方法,得到的防火涂料由于没有骨架填料,碳层强度低,很容易吹破,防火效率较低,且由于多聚磷酸的水溶性好,遇水或者湿气容易发粘析出;公开号为CN 103627291 A的中国专利公开了一种由甲醛、尿素、双氰胺、异丙醇、钛白粉、甲酸、季戊四醇、氢氧化钠等材料制备膨胀型透明防火涂料的方法,由于尿素、甲酸、氢氧化钠等材料水溶性都很高,在潮湿或遇水的情况下很容易析出,致使漆膜出现雾状不透明,从而失去透明性和阻燃性;公开号为CN 103073935 A的中国专利公开了一种由酸源树脂、甲醚化氨基树脂、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、引发剂、流平剂和有机硅树脂制备透明防火涂料的方法,得到的防火涂料由于没有骨架填料支撑,碳层强度低,易被氧化,防火效率低。

本发明的目的在于提供一种透明膨胀型防火涂料及其制备方法。

阻燃剂:20~50份;
粘结剂:15~25份;

溶剂:10~30份。
所述阻燃剂为亚磷酸酯、烷基亚磷酸酯、烷基磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯、二硫代焦磷酸酯、季戊四醇磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三异丙基苯酯中的至少一种。
所述粘结剂为丙烯酸树脂、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂、醋酸乙烯树脂、改性醋酸乙烯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、环氧树脂、醇酸树脂中的至少一种。
所述发泡剂为三聚氰胺、双氰胺、聚磷酸铵、氯化石蜡、磷酸铵盐、硼酸铵中的至少一种。
