When the grabbing hooks 403 are used for grabbing, the grabbing and lifting mechanism 410 controls the grabbing hooks 403 to lift, the long rods 407 of the grabbing hooks 403 jack the lock hooks 203 on the safe guide rails 201 in the lifting process, the front grabbing pins 301 on the outer side of the safe 3 are clamped by the grabbing grooves 406, three protrusions on two sides of the outer side of the safe 3 are arranged, box side locating pins 303 and front grabbing pins 301 are arranged on the front end, close to the outlet, up and down, wherein the box side locating pins 303 are used for being matched with the lock hooks 203, and the safe 3 is hooked in the storage rack 2 and cannot fall off. And the front hooking pin 301 and the rear hooking pin 302 at the tail end of the safe 3 far away from the outlet are used for matching with the hooking groove 406, and are clamped by the hooking groove 406 to drag or send out during hooking.
In the process of hooking, the hooking device 4 is generally used to take a side close to the discharge port 207 as a reference surface, and if the hooked safe deposit box 3 is located at one side of the discharge port 207, the hooking translation mechanism 411 moves to directly move to the other side and aligns the tail end of the safe deposit box 3 with the reference surface. When the hooked safe 3 is positioned on the other side, the hooking translation mechanism 411 is required to compensate for the displacement and align the safe 3 with the reference surface. The displacement compensation is to hook the safe 3 by the grabbing hook 403, send a part of the safe 3 to the safe placing bracket 402 of the hooking device 4, then descend by the hooking and jacking mechanism 410, loosen the safe 3, control the hooking and translation mechanism 411 to re-extend into the storage rack 2, hook the rear hooking pin 302 at the tail of the safe 3 by the grabbing hook 403 again, and re-pull the safe 3. Finally, the hooking device 4 is controlled by the travelling mechanism 5 to move onto the tray 607 on the translational conveying lifting device 6 of the discharge hole 207, after the safe deposit box 3 is placed on the tray 607, the supporting plate 606 supporting the tray 607 is driven by the translational mechanism 605 to be conveyed to one end of the customer checking room 102 from one end of the safe deposit room 1 on the translational rack 604, then the tray lifting mechanism 614 is lifted up and lifted out of the lifting groove 610 of the supporting plate 606, the tray 607 is lifted out of the supporting plate 606, the lifting of the tray 607 is stable under the action of the guide rod 609, the safe deposit box 3 cannot slide down, and the safety and reliability are realized; when the safe 3 needs to be returned to the safe 1, the safe 3 is only required to be returned to the tray 607, the tray 607 is lowered back to the support plate 606 by the tray lifting mechanism 614, then the support plate 606 is translated back to the safe 1 from the customer viewing room 102 by the translation mechanism 605, the grabbing hooks 403 extend into the tray 607 to hook the front hooking pin 301 or the rear hooking pin 302 of the safe 3, and the translation mechanism 605 controls the safe 3 to move to the safe guide rail 201. The front end of the latch hook 203 is an inclined surface inclined from top to bottom toward the storage rack 2, and when the latch hook 203 contacts with the box side positioning pin 303 on the safe deposit box, the latch hook 203 is extruded and rotates upward around the torsion spring shaft 205 until the box side positioning pin 303 passes through the front end of the latch hook 203 and is re-hooked by the latch hook 203.
The three-dimensional distance measurement positioning method can effectively realize the identification of the third dimension, effectively perform three-dimensional distance measurement positioning on the safe deposit box 3 to be grabbed, and has accurate positioning and extremely small deviation. Through the special design of the hooking device 4 and the safe deposit box 3, the automatic deposit and withdrawal function of the safe deposit box 3 is completed, the deposit and withdrawal is quick and convenient, the safe deposit box 3 can be fixed and stable in the process of deposit and withdrawal, the operation is stable, and the safety of the safe deposit box 3 is ensured.
