s12, taking out the materials;
s13, opening a water supply valve 1125, manually cleaning utensils and material containers, manually washing the inner wall of the negative pressure glove box 2 through a spray gun of the negative pressure glove box 2 and drying the inner wall, and therefore influences of residual materials on the next batch of materials can be reduced;
and S14, placing the vessel on the table top 32, stopping the negative pressure glove box 2, and waiting for the next batch of materials to be dried.
