Abstract

本发明特指一种PA片板材的成型模头,属于挤压成型模具技术领域,包括上模和下模,两者合模后的模腔为主流道,所述主流道的进料端设有进料头,所述进料头上设有三个注料口,所述主流道与进料头之间设有两块结构相同的分流块Ⅰ和分流块Ⅱ,所述分流块Ⅰ与下模的内壁形成分流道Ⅰ,分流块Ⅰ和分流块Ⅱ之间形成分流道Ⅱ,分流块Ⅱ与上模的内壁形成分流道Ⅲ,所述分流道Ⅰ,分流道Ⅱ和分流道Ⅲ的一端分别与三个注料口连通,另一端汇聚在一条直线上,并与所述主流道连通,所述主流道、分流道Ⅰ、分流道Ⅱ和分流道Ⅲ的两侧均设有加热棒。本发明简化了板材成型的工艺流程,能够直接将配色熔合到板材内,而且分布均匀,不易掉色。

一种PA片板材的成型模头
技术领域
本发明属于挤压成型模具技术领域,特指一种PA片板材的成型模头。
背景技术
PA塑料是一种树脂,现在被作为眼镜的镜框被广泛使用,在生产树脂镜框的时候,需要先将PA塑料制作成板材,然后再加工成镜框。目前市场上的镜框颜色多种多样,但基本上都是通过后期在镜框的表面用其他塑料做出来一层颜色,这种常规的制作方式,效率很低,耗能高,镜框表面的颜色容易分布不均匀,而且容易掉色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PA片板材的成型模头,能够生产出三层颜色或三种不同波形颜色的板材。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种PA片板材的成型模头,包括上模和下模,两者合模后的模腔为主流道,主流道的宽度与上模和下模的宽度相同,并通过盖板封住两侧,其中,所述主流道的进料端设置有进料头,所述进料头上设置有三个注料口,分布在进料头的上、中、下三个部分,所述主流道与进料头之间设置有两块结构相同的分流块Ⅰ和分流块Ⅱ,所述分流块Ⅰ的两端面和分流块Ⅱ的两端面上均设置有凹槽,所述分流块Ⅰ与所述下模的内壁形成分流道Ⅰ,分流块Ⅰ和分流块Ⅱ之间形成分流道Ⅱ,分流块Ⅱ与上模的内壁形成分流道Ⅲ,所述分流道Ⅰ,分流道Ⅱ和分流道Ⅲ的一端分别与三个注料口连通,另一端汇聚在一条直线上,并与所述主流道连通,不同原料分别从三个注料口加入,然后分别流经分流道Ⅰ,分流道Ⅱ和分流道Ⅲ,最后汇入主流道,所述主流道、分流道Ⅰ、分流道Ⅱ和分流道Ⅲ的两侧均设置有加热棒。
进一步优化:所述上模的端面设置有阻流棒,所述阻流棒的前端设置有阻流块,所述阻流块位于所述主流道内,阻流块能够控制原料的流速和流量。
进一步优化:所述分流道Ⅰ、分流道Ⅱ和分流道Ⅲ均呈T型,前段为管状结构,后段为向两侧平展的腔体,可以对原料进行预热,并为进入主流道前,做横向拉伸的准备,使进入主流道的原料分布均匀,利于成型。
进一步优化:所述上模的模口和下模的模口上均设置有油腔,所述油腔位于主流道的出料口的两侧,油腔内为高温油,可以将热量传导至主流道的出料口,保持出料口的温度与主流道的温度一致,方便挤料。
进一步优化:所述上模和下模上均设置有调节杆,所述调节杆位于主流道的出料口的两侧,可以调节出料口的间隙,控制板材成型的厚度。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:简化了板材成型的工艺流程,能够直接将配色熔合到板材内,可以生产出三层不同的颜色,也可以生产出三层波纹搅花颜色,而且分布均匀,不易掉色。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—4:一种PA片板材的成型模头,包括上模10和下模11,两者合模后的模腔为主流道12,主流道12的宽度与上模10和下模11的宽度相同,并通过盖板封住两侧,其中,所述主流道12的进料端设置有进料头13,所述进料头13上设置有三个注料口14,分布在进料头13的上、中、下三个部分,所述主流道12与进料头13之间设置有两块结构相同的分流块Ⅰ15和分流块Ⅱ16,所述分流块Ⅰ15的两端面和分流块Ⅱ16的两端面上均设置有凹槽25,所述分流块Ⅰ15与所述下模11的内壁形成分流道Ⅰ17,分流块Ⅰ15和分流块Ⅱ16之间形成分流道Ⅱ18,分流块Ⅱ16与上模10的内壁形成分流道Ⅲ19,所述分流道Ⅰ17,分流道Ⅱ18和分流道Ⅲ19的一端分别与三个注料口14连通,另一端汇聚在一条直线上,并与所述主流道12连通,所述分流道Ⅰ17、分流道Ⅱ18和分流道Ⅲ19均呈T型,前段为管状结构,后段为向两侧平展的腔体,可以对原料进行预热,并为进入主流道12前,做横向拉伸的准备,使进入主流道12的原料分布均匀,利于成型,不同原料分别从三个注料口14加入,然后分别流经分流道Ⅰ17,分流道Ⅱ18和分流道Ⅲ19,最后汇入主流道12,所述主流道12、分流道Ⅰ17、分流道Ⅱ18和分流道Ⅲ19的两侧均设置有加热棒20。
主流道12设计的偏长,两侧的加热棒20能够对主流道内的温度进行分区控制,而且分流道Ⅰ17、分流道Ⅱ18和分流道Ⅲ19中的温度需求也不相同,所以各分流道两侧均设置有加热棒20,进行分区控制。
所述上模10的端面设置有阻流棒21,所述阻流棒21的前端设置有阻流块22,所述阻流块22位于所述主流道12内,通过控制阻流块22移动,改变该区域的厚度,达到控制原料的流速和流量的目的。而且为了保证成型方便,在主流道12的出料口的两侧设置有油腔23,油腔23内为高温油,可以将热量传导至主流道12的出料口,保持出料口的温度与主流道12的温度一致,板材能够顺利快速的挤出。
在生产过程中,可根据不同的需求,通过主流道12出料口两侧的调节杆24,调节出料口的间隙,控制板材成型的厚度。

1.一种PA片板材的成型模头,包括上模(10)和下模(11),两者合模后的模腔为主流道(12),主流道(12)的宽度与上模(10)和下模(11)的宽度相同,并通过盖板封住两侧,其特征在于:所述主流道(12)的进料端设置有进料头(13),所述进料头(13)上设置有三个注料口(14),所述主流道(12)与进料头(13)之间设置有两块结构相同的分流块Ⅰ(15)和分流块Ⅱ(16),所述分流块Ⅰ(15)的两端面和分流块Ⅱ(16)的两端面上均设置有凹槽(25),所述分流块Ⅰ(15)与所述下模(11)的内壁形成分流道Ⅰ(17),分流块Ⅰ(15)和分流块Ⅱ(16)之间形成分流道Ⅱ(18),分流块Ⅱ(16)与上模(10)的内壁形成分流道Ⅲ(19),所述分流道Ⅰ(17),分流道Ⅱ(18)和分流道Ⅲ(19)的一端分别与三个注料口(14)连通,另一端汇聚在一条直线上,并与所述主流道(12)连通,所述主流道(12)、分流道Ⅰ(17)、分流道Ⅱ(18)和分流道Ⅲ(19)的两侧均设置有加热棒(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PA片板材的成型模头,其特征在于:所述上模(10)的端面设置有阻流棒(21),所述阻流棒(21)的前端设置有阻流块(22),所述阻流块(22)位于所述主流道(12)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PA片板材的成型模头,其特征在于:所述分流道Ⅰ(17)、分流道Ⅱ(18)和分流道Ⅲ(19)均呈T型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PA片板材的成型模头,其特征在于:所述上模(10)的模口和下模(11)的模口上均设置有油腔(23),所述油腔(23)位于主流道(12)的出料口的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PA片板材的成型模头,其特征在于:所述上模(10)和下模(11)上均设置有调节杆(24),所述调节杆(24)位于主流道(12)的出料口的两侧。
