本发明涉及一种多用途连续正压过滤设备，该设备包括机架、设在所述机架上的下半部罩壳组件和传动系统。所述下半部罩壳组件的顶部连有上半部罩壳组件，该上半部罩壳组件与所述下半部罩壳组件连接而成壳体；所述壳体内部设有中空流道组件、转鼓组件；所述壳体通过密封组件与所述中空流道组件连接起来，且该壳体通过两端支撑组件与所述机架连成一个整体设备；所述传动系统中传动轴上设有大小链轮，该传动系统通过所述大小链轮与所述中空流道组件相连。本发明机型紧凑，结构整体性强、占地面积小，使工艺流程简化，经济实用，与原有技术相比，只需一台过滤设备即可实现连续生产，正压操作，无需真空泵，大量节约能耗，经济效益好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种正压过滤设备，尤其涉及一种多用途连续正压过滤设备。
背景技术
目前，真空过滤机配套设备需要一个或两个真空接收器、真空泵等，装置投资大、能耗高，且滤饼中残留水分较高，结构不密封，因此难以容纳气体；同时，结构复杂，滤布难以更换清洗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种集成度高的多用途连续正压过滤设备。
为解决上述问题，本发明所述的一种多用途连续正压过滤设备，其特征在于：该设备包括机架、设在所述机架上的下半部罩壳组件和传动系统；所述下半部罩壳组件的顶部连有上半部罩壳组件，该上半部罩壳组件与所述下半部罩壳组件连接而成壳体；所述壳体内部设有中空流道组件、转鼓组件；所述壳体通过密封组件与所述中空流道组件连接起来，且该壳体通过两端支撑组件与所述机架连成一个整体设备；所述传动系统中传动轴上设有大小链轮，该传动系统通过所述大小链轮与所述中空流道组件相连。
所述下半部罩壳组件上分别设有观察口Ⅰ、下料口、进料口、溢流口；所述溢流口上设有液位调节机构。
所述上半部罩壳组件顶部分别设有排气口和数个喷淋口；所述排气口两侧的所述上半部罩壳组件上分别设有一个观察口Ⅱ。
所述转鼓组件内部中心设有固定在接触座上的中空流道，该中空流道的一端连有带滤液出口管的接洗液斗，另一端连有带洗涤液出口的反吹气管；所述接触座通过吹扫连接板与所述转鼓组件内壁相连；所述接触座侧面设有滤布清洗组件，该滤布清洗组件与所述中空流道相连。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、可连续生产，产量可调，滤饼湿含量可调，滤液固含量小。
本发明利用壳体内压力对滤饼湿含量进行调节，从而获得用户需求的产品，产品湿含量在0.5%~11.5%范围可调。同时，本发明通过对滤液液位高低来控制滤饼厚度在5mm~15mm范围可调，从而调节过滤产量，产品产量调节范围大，滤液固含量少。
2、本发明滤饼中残留水分相对真空过滤机大大减少，设备壳体内为正压，密封操作要求低，滤布清洁更换简易。
3、本发明机型紧凑，结构整体性强、占地面积小，使工艺流程简化，经济实用，与原有技术相比，只需一台过滤设备即可实现连续生产，正压操作，无需真空泵，大量节约能耗，经济效益好。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示，一种多用途连续正压过滤设备，该设备包括机架1、设在机架1上的下半部罩壳组件2和传动系统9。
下半部罩壳组件2的顶部连有上半部罩壳组件6，该上半部罩壳组件6与下半部罩壳组件2连接而成壳体；壳体内部设有中空流道组件3、转鼓组件11；壳体通过密封组件5与中空流道组件3连接起来，且该壳体通过两端支撑组件4与机架1连成一个整体设备；传动系统9中传动轴上设有大小链轮7，该传动系统9通过大小链轮7与中空流道组件3相连。
其中：下半部罩壳组件2上分别设有观察口Ⅰ20、下料口21、进料口22、溢流口23；溢流口23上设有液位调节机构24。
上半部罩壳组件6顶部分别设有排气口18和数个喷淋口17；排气口18两侧的上半部罩壳组件6上分别设有一个观察口Ⅱ19。
转鼓组件11内部中心设有固定在接触座13上的中空流道16，该中空流道16的一端连有带滤液出口管8的接洗液斗10，另一端连有带洗涤液出口25的反吹气管12；接触座13通过吹扫连接板14与转鼓组件11内壁相连；接触座13侧面设有滤布清洗组件15，该滤布清洗组件15与中空流道16相连。
工作时，浆料通过下半部罩壳组件2的进料口22进料，通过液位调节机构24调节溢流口23位置高低，可以控制料位，以实现控制滤饼的薄厚。洗涤液从上半部罩壳组件6喷淋口17喷向转鼓组件11，对滤饼进行洗涤，洗涤液穿过转鼓组件11，经接洗液斗10汇集，通过相应管路从洗涤液出口25排出。滤饼附着在滤布清洗组件15表面，随着转鼓组件11的转动，在正压作用下，滤饼逐步被压干，滤液穿过转鼓组件11后由中空流道16内相应管路从滤液出口管8排出。
当附着滤饼的转鼓组件11转至下料口21时，反吹气管12的反吹气反吹将滤饼从接触座13上吹落，经下料口21排出。转鼓组件11转至滤布清洗组件15时，反吹气管12的反吹气反吹将残余的滤饼从滤布清洗组件15上吹扫干净，掉落到浆料中再次进行过滤。

1.一种多用途连续正压过滤设备，其特征在于：该设备包括机架（1）、设在所述机架（1）上的下半部罩壳组件（2）和传动系统（9）；所述下半部罩壳组件（2）的顶部连有上半部罩壳组件（6），该上半部罩壳组件（6）与所述下半部罩壳组件（2）连接而成壳体；所述壳体内部设有中空流道组件（3）、转鼓组件（11）；所述壳体通过密封组件（5）与所述中空流道组件（3）连接起来，且该壳体通过两端支撑组件（4）与所述机架（1）连成一个整体设备；所述传动系统（9）中传动轴上设有大小链轮（7），该传动系统（9）通过所述大小链轮（7）与所述中空流道组件（3）相连；
所述下半部罩壳组件（2）上分别设有观察口Ⅰ（20）、下料口（21）、进料口（22）、溢流口（23）；所述溢流口（23）上设有液位调节机构（24）；
所述转鼓组件（11）内部中心设有固定在接触座（13）上的中空流道（16），该中空流道（16）的一端连有带滤液出口管（8）的接洗液斗（10），另一端连有带洗涤液出口（25）的反吹气管（12）；所述接触座（13）通过吹扫连接板（14）与所述转鼓组件（11）内壁相连；所述接触座（13）侧面设有滤布清洗组件（15），该滤布清洗组件（15）与所述中空流道（16）相连；
工作时，浆料通过下半部罩壳组件（2）的进料口（22）进料，通过液位调节机构（24）调节溢流口（23）位置高低；洗涤液从上半部罩壳组件（6）喷淋口（17）喷向转鼓组件（11）， 洗涤液穿过转鼓组件（11）经接洗液斗（10）汇集并通过相应管路从洗涤液出口（25）排出；滤饼附着在滤布清洗组件（15）表面，随着转鼓组件（11）的转动，在正压作用下，滤饼逐步被压干，滤液穿过转鼓组件（11）后由中空流道（16）内相应管路从滤液出口管（8）排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多用途连续正压过滤设备，其特征在于：所述上半部罩壳组件（6）顶部分别设有排气口（18）和数个喷淋口（17）；所述排气口（18）两侧的所述上半部罩壳组件（6）上分别设有一个观察口Ⅱ（19）。
