本发明涉及一种环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂,属于洗涤剂技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们对于生活品质要求的提高,对果蔬的健康要求也越来越高,但是人们也在大量的使用农药,导致农药残留超标,进而影响了人们的身体健康。所以人们会希望得到一种洗涤剂,能有效清除瓜果、蔬菜表面的残留农药、污物,具有杀菌消毒作用,同时具有天然、安全、实效,无作何副作用的特点。同时因为由于大部分洗洁精都是化学制剂,在侵泡果蔬的过程中有可能会渗透到果蔬里面,同时果皮上的洗洁精很难完全冲洗掉,残留洗洁精会造成果皮二次污染,食入后同样危害健康。目前生产的洗涤剂多针对上述某一功能(如环保或去除农药残留等)设计,并不能同时满足环保、去污、清除农药残留及减少对手的刺激的要求, 因此需要研究一种环保洗涤剂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂。
本发明的环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂包含以下质量百分比配方: 植物精华液8%-12%、碳酸钠5%-10%、磺酸8%-12%、AEO-7 2%-5%、AEO-9 2%-5%、二氯异氰酸钠1%-3%、纯净水60%-70%。
进一步优选,所述环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂包含以下质量百分比配方:植物精华液10%、碳酸钠6%、磺酸10%、AEO-7 3%、AEO-9 3%、二氯异氰酸钠2%、纯净水66%。
本发明的环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先按照环保餐用洗涤剂的质量百分比配方配比好后将AEO-7、AEO-9、磺酸、二氯异氰酸钠用温的纯净水化开,再添加植物精华液,用高速剪切机进行剪切30分钟,过滤、净化后通过臭氧进行处理,最后碳酸钠调节稠稀度。
本发明的有益效果:本产品由绿色水果生物酶萃取提炼而成,具有零污染、无酸、无碱、无毒、对皮肤无刺激性等优点,且通过生物

进一步优选,所述环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂包含以下质量百分比配方:植物精华液10%、碳酸钠6%、磺酸10%、AEO-7 3%、AEO-9 3%、二氯异氰酸钠2%、纯净水66%。
本具体实施方式的环保餐具果蔬洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先按照环保餐用洗涤剂的质量百分比配方配比好后将AEO-7、AEO-9、磺酸、二氯异氰酸钠用温的纯净水化开,再添加植物精华液,用高速剪切机进行剪切30分钟,过滤、净化后通过臭氧进行处理,最后碳酸钠调节稠稀度。
实施例1:首先按照环保餐用洗涤剂的质量百分比配方配比好,然后将质量分数为3%的AEO-7、3%的AEO-9 、10%的磺酸、2%的二氯异氰酸钠用温的66%的纯净水化开,再添加10%的植物精华液,用高速剪切机进行剪切30分钟,过滤、净化后通过臭氧进行处理,最后采用6%的碳酸钠调节稠稀度。
实施例2:首先按照环保餐用洗涤剂的质量百分比配方配比好,然后将质量分数为2%的AEO-7、2%的AEO-9 、12%的磺酸、3%的二氯异氰酸钠用温的64%的纯净水化开,再添加12%的植物精华液,用高速剪切机进行剪切30分钟,过滤、净化后通过臭氧进行处理,最后采用5%的碳酸钠调节稠稀度。
实施例3:首先按照环保餐用洗涤剂的质量百分比配方配比好后将质量分数为4%的AEO-7、4%的AEO-9 、8%的磺酸、4%的二氯异氰酸钠用温的64%的纯净水化开,再添加8%的植物精华液,用高速剪切机进行剪切30分钟,过滤、净化后通过臭氧进行处理,最后采用8%的碳酸钠调节稠稀度。
