As shown in the above table, in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention, the water-soluble organic polymer material such as polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyacrylamide is added to make the stamp-pad ink itself sticky, so that the stamp-pad ink can stably carry the edible pigment during stamping, thereby ensuring that the formed stamp-pad ink has a uniform and bright color. Meanwhile, after the marks of embodiments 1 to 5 are air-dried, the water-soluble organic polymer material is coagulated to form a polymer film with a smooth surface, so that the edible pigment is protected and prevented from falling off. In contrast, in comparative example 1 in which no water-soluble organic polymer material was added, the amount of edible pigment carried during stamping was small, the color was light, and after the stamp was dried, the edible pigment was not protected by the polymer film, so that the edible pigment was easily peeled off from the skin surface. In contrast to example 2, when the temperature is high, the temperature is reduced again by suction filtration, resulting in solid precipitation in the stamp pad, uneven stamp pad system, uneven color in the formed stamp pad, and a polymer film with a rough surface can be formed after the stamp pad is air-dried.
In addition, the fluorescent dye rhodamine 123 is added in the embodiment 4, so that the stamp formed by the mimeograph can generate fluorescence under the irradiation of 278nm ultraviolet rays, the anti-counterfeiting recognition capability of the stamp is further improved, the worker can confirm the authenticity of the stamp by only simply irradiating, and the recognition difficulty is reduced.
In particular, the embodiment of the invention adopts low-toxicity raw materials, is healthy in materials, and uses the total alcohol solvent to replace moisture in the conventional stamp-pad ink, thereby improving the lipophilicity of the stamp-pad ink and the drying speed on the skin. The stamp-pad ink in the embodiment of the invention also has the characteristics of low production cost, easily obtained raw materials and simple process.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the modifications and equivalents of the specific embodiments of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art after reading the present specification, but these modifications and variations do not depart from the scope of the claims of the present application.
