Abstract

The first coat capable of peeling the nail care provided by the invention is safer and more convenient to coat, does not need UV light irradiation, can be rapidly and naturally cured at normal temperature, can achieve long-acting protection for 5-15 days, and has the advantages of good durability, good protection effect after curing and good peeling effect; when the base coat needs to be stripped, the nail can be easily stripped and removed by directly soaking the nail in warm water (40-45 ℃) for 5-10 min without nail washing water, so that the nail is effectively protected.

Chinese patent CN102228411B discloses a two-in-one water-soluble nail-beautifying and protecting film solution, which is prepared by preparing a modified water-based resin and a water-soluble compound into a base material, and then mixing the base material with a water-based dispersant and a color-developing substance; the solution has the advantages of no color, no odor, environmental protection, safety, rapid drying, no fear of hot water soaking and friction, high hardness, strong adhesive force and the like; however, the nail-beautifying nail-protecting film solution has poor durability and protection performance for at most 3 days, needs ester or alcohol dissolving solution to wash off, has great damage to nails and poor safety; chinese patent CN105560082B discloses an improved strippable nail polish gel, which comprises UV curable resin A, UV cured tree B, reactive diluent, defoamer, color paste and photoinitiator, although the strippable nail polish gel has fast curing capability after being coated with a film and irradiated by 395nm UV-LED lamp, and is easy to strip, the strippable nail polish gel has larger damage to enamel of nails and poor nail protection effect, and therefore, a nail polish primer which is safer and more convenient to coat, good in nail protection effect, natural curing and good in stripping effect is urgently needed.

Selecting Miss Candy health oil (15ml, from Youfen network technologies, Inc. in Hangzhou) as control group I (without UV lamp irradiation); selecting a brand Color Rose water-based nail polish (10ml, Nippon snow lotus cosmetics Co., Ltd., Yiwu) as a control group II (without UV lamp irradiation), and selecting a brand Sweet Color nail polish (micro phototherapy) (12ml, from Lilai Ribes chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai) as a control group III (UV lamp irradiation for 2 min); taking the first coat strippable primer for nail care prepared in the examples 1 to 8 and the comparative examples 1 to 2 of the invention as an experimental group 1 to 10 without UV lamp irradiation; products of a control group I, a control group II, a control group III and experimental groups 1-10 are coated on the surfaces of fingernails of the volunteers (10 volunteers are selected for each group), the volunteers perform daily life after coating, the edge dropping time (peeling and edge lifting phenomena) of the products of each group is observed during the period, and the average value of the edge dropping time is taken;
observing the curing time of each group according to a finger-touch method (curing the surface of each group of samples by pressing with a finger for a period of time, using tack-free as a standard for complete curing, and using the shortest time for each group of samples to be completely cured); the prepared products of each group are smeared on the surfaces of fingernails of the volunteers and are placed in warm water (40-45 degrees) for soaking for 5-10 min, 5 volunteers are selected for each group, and whether complete stripping can be carried out or not is observed in the period, and the results are shown in table 1.

The control groups I-III adopt emulsion type or UV type, and the emulsion type has poor protection performance for at most three days; UV-type stripping is difficult and can damage the enamel of the nail;
the experimental group 9 does not contain mica powder, the curing time is prolonged, the curing effect and the stripping effect are poor, the effect of the mica powder on the performance of the base coat is shown, the enhanced filler (mica powder) can cooperate with the high polymer resin to provide good film-forming cohesion, and the curing capability and the stripping effect of the base coat are improved; experiment group 10 changes the proportion of alcohol-soluble polyamide resin and ethanol, does not affect the edge dropping time, but the curing time is prolonged, which shows that the proper proportion of the base coat affects the curing time.
The data prove that the base coat does not damage the nails, is safe, non-toxic and free of UV irradiation, can be quickly cured at normal temperature, can achieve long-acting protection for 5-15 days, can be easily stripped and removed by directly soaking the nails in warm water (40-45 ℃) for 5-10 min when the base coat needs to be stripped, does not need nail washing water for removal, and effectively protects the nails.
