本发明公开了一种半自动禽肉切块机,包括箱体、下料仓、圆形刀盘装置、竖直切刀装置、传输装置和进料斗,所述进料斗固定安装在箱体的上端部,所述圆形刀盘装置固定安装在进料斗的下端部,所述箱体内开设有一下料仓,所述竖直切刀装置固定安装在下料仓的右端部,所述箱体的下端部一侧开设有一开口,所述传输装置贯穿开口,所述传输装置位于竖直切刀装置的右侧下端部。本发明通过连接板将竖直切刀与挡块进行一体连接,能够有效保证竖直切刀与挡块上刀槽的相互配合,避免竖直切刀与刀槽移动不一致,导致的切割效果不理想的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种半自动禽肉切块机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对肉制品的需求也越来越大,对肉制品的要求也越来越高,尤其是在烧烤或食品加工时,需要大量的不同大小的肉块,人们在对白条鸡、兔子、鱼等肉食进行烹饪时,只能用刀具徒手切制肉块,既麻烦又费时费力。目前的碎肉设备主要有切肉机和绞肉机,其只能对不带骨头的肉类切片或绞成肉丝,不能将其加工成不同大小的肉块,特别是面对家禽、动物或鱼类时更无能为力。
授权公告号为CN204546629U的中国专利,公开了一种禽肉切块机,通过竖直切刀和挡块对肉块进去切割,然后从出口掉落,但是,竖直切刀与挡块上的刀槽无法实现同步切割,需要人为的进行推杆,较为繁琐,并且无法有效保证刀槽与竖直切刀的同步配合;同时,该技术中推杆放置在箱体内部,需要操作人员在箱体内部按照竖直切刀的平移位置进行调整,调整难度大,并且安全性低,并且切割后的肉块直接掉落在箱体内部,都需要操作人员进去箱体拿去,较为繁琐,同时也不安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种实现挡板与竖直切刀的同步运行、安全系数高,并且能够实现肉块的自动传
输的半自动禽肉切块机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种半自动禽肉切块机,其创新点在于:包括箱体、下料仓、圆形刀盘装置、竖直切刀装置、传输装置和进料斗,所述进料斗固定安装在箱体的上端部,所述圆形刀盘装置固定安装在进料斗的下端部,所述箱体内开设有一下料仓,所述竖直切刀装置固定安装在下料仓的右端部,所述箱体的下端部一侧开设有一开口,所述传输装置贯穿开口,所述传输装置位于竖直切刀装置的右侧下端部。
进一步的,所述竖直切刀装置包括安装板、驱动装置、支撑架、竖直切刀、滑块a、滑轨a、滑块b、滑轨b、连接板、挡块和推杆,所述滑块a固定安装在安装板的后端部,所述滑块a与滑轨a进行配合连接,所述支撑架固定安装在安装板上,所述驱动装置固定安装在支撑架上,所述竖直切刀固定安装在驱动装置的下端部,所述滑块b固定安装在挡块的后端部,所述滑块b与滑轨b进行配合连接,所述安装板与挡块通过连接板进行固定连接,所述挡块的左端部还固定连接有一推杆,所述推杆贯穿箱体,所述挡块上开设有一刀槽,所述刀槽与竖直切刀相配合使用。
进一步的,所述驱动装置包括偏心轮、驱动轴和下压杆,所述下压杆的顶部与偏心轮进行连接,所述偏心轮固定安装在驱动轴上,所述下压杆的底端部中心位置处镶嵌有竖直切刀,所述下压杆固定安装在支撑架上。
进一步的,所述传输装置包括皮带轮、支架、皮带a、皮带b和电机,所述支架固定安装在皮带轮的下端部,所述皮带轮通过皮带a进行相互传动连接,所述电机通过皮带b与一侧皮带轮进行传动连接,所述一侧皮带轮固定安装在箱体内部,所述另一侧皮带轮固定安装在箱体外侧,所述皮带a通过开口,贯穿箱体。
进一步的,所述圆形刀盘装置包括主动辊、从动辊、主动轴、从动轴、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、圆形刀盘a和圆形刀盘b,所述主动辊与从动辊平行设置,所述主动辊安装在主动轴上,所述主动轴的另一端安装有一主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮侧面连接有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮固定在从动轴的一端,所述从动轴安装在从动辊的轴心处,所述主动辊上表面固定安装有圆形刀盘b,所述从动辊上固定安装有圆形刀盘a。
进一步的,所述主动辊上还开设有刀片凹槽b,所述从动辊上也开设有刀片凹槽a,所述刀片凹槽a与圆形刀盘b相配合使用,所述刀片凹槽b与圆形刀盘a相配合使用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过连接板将竖直切刀与挡块进行一体连接,能够有效保证竖直切刀与挡块上刀槽的相互配合,避免竖直切刀与刀槽移动不一致,导致的切割效果不理想的现象;
(2)本发明通过在挡块的前侧的下端部固定安装有一传输装置,能够有效将切割后的肉块掉落在传输装置上,然后传输到箱体的外端部,避免了操作人员手臂进入箱体内拿去肉块造成意外受伤的现象,大大提高了操作人员的安全性能;
(3)本发明通过将推动挡块的推杆延伸至箱体外侧,操作人员可以在箱体外侧进行挡块前后的平移,避免了内部操作造成的危害,提高了操作人员的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
如图1-3所示,一种半自动禽肉切块机,包括箱体2、下料仓4、圆形刀盘装置3、竖直切刀装置5、传输装置7和进料斗1,进料斗1固定安装在箱体2的上端部,圆形刀盘装置3固定安装在进料斗1的下端部,箱体2内开设有一下料仓4,竖直切刀装置5固定安装在下料仓4的右端部,箱体2的下端部一侧开设有一开口6,传输装置7贯穿开口6,传输装置7位于竖直切刀装置5的右侧下端部。
竖直切刀装置5包括安装板52、驱动装置、支撑架53、竖直切刀54、滑块a511、滑轨a51、滑块b551、滑轨b55、连接板59、挡块56和推杆57,滑块a511固定安装在安装板52的后端部,滑块a511与滑轨a51进行配合连接,支撑架53固定安装在安装板52上,驱动装置固定安装在支撑架53上,竖直切刀54固定安装在驱动装置的下端部,滑块b551固定安装在挡块56的后端部,滑块b551与滑轨b55进行配合连接,安装板52与挡块56通过连接板59进行固定连接,本发明通过连接板59将竖直切刀54与挡块56进行一体连接,能够有效保证竖直切刀54与挡块56上刀槽58的相互配合,避免竖直切刀54与刀槽58移动不一致,导致的切割效果不理想的现象。
挡块56的左端部还固定连接有一推杆57,推杆57贯穿箱体2,挡块56上开设有一刀槽58,刀槽58与竖直切刀54相配合使用。本发明通过将推动挡块56的推杆57延伸至箱体2外侧,操作人员可以在箱体2外侧进行挡块56前后的平移,避免了内部操作造成的危害,提高了操作人员的安全性。
驱动装置包括偏心轮521、驱动轴522和下压杆523,下压杆523的顶部与偏心轮521进行连接,偏心轮521固定安装在驱动轴522上,下压杆523的底端部中心位置处镶嵌有竖直切刀54,下压杆523固定安装在支撑架53上。
传输装置7包括皮带轮、支架、皮带a72、皮带b73和电机71,支架固定安装在皮带轮的下端部,皮带轮通过皮带a72进行相互传动连接,电机71通过皮带b73与一侧皮带轮进行传动连接,一侧皮带轮固定安装在箱体2内部,另一侧皮带轮固定安装在箱体2外侧,皮带a72通过开口,贯穿箱体2。本发明通过在挡块56的前侧的下端部固定安装有一传输装置7,能够有效将切割后的肉块掉落在传输装置7上,然后传输到箱体2的外端部,避免了操作人员手臂进入箱体2内拿去肉块造成意外受伤的现象,大大提高了操作人员的安全性能。
圆形刀盘装置3包括主动辊31、从动辊34、主动轴32、从动轴35、主动齿轮311、从动齿轮341、圆形刀盘a36和圆形刀盘b33,主动辊31与从动辊34平行设置,主动辊31安装在主动轴32上,主动轴32的另一端安装有一主动齿轮311,主动齿轮311侧面连接有从动齿轮341,从动齿轮341固定在从动轴35的一端,从动轴35安装在从动辊34的轴心处,主动辊31上表面固定安装有圆形刀盘b33,从动辊34上固定安装有圆形刀盘a36。
主动辊31上还开设有刀片凹槽b312,从动辊34上也开设有刀片凹槽a342,刀片凹槽a342与圆形刀盘b33相配合使用,刀片凹槽b312与圆形刀盘a33相配合使用。
工作原理:使用时,将原料从进料斗1中放入,采用圆形刀盘b33和圆形刀盘a36两组刀盘相互交错切割,使肉食中的骨头和肉切断,能获得最大的剪切效率,通过调节圆形刀盘b33和圆形刀盘a36之间的距离调节长条形肉块的宽度,通过控制偏心轮521的转动速度从而控制长条形肉块的切割后的长度,经过推动推杆57调节出口的大小,挑选出大小均匀的肉块,同时,推动推杆57能够同时推动挡块56和安装板52,竖直刀片54又安装在安装板52上,所以推动推杆57能够实现挡块56与竖直切刀54的同步运动,设计合理、加工效率高、使用和维修方便,减轻了劳动负担,具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种半自动禽肉切块机,其特征在于:包括箱体、下料仓、圆形刀盘装置、竖直切刀装置、传输装置和进料斗,所述进料斗固定安装在箱体的上端部,所述圆形刀盘装置固定安装在进料斗的下端部,所述箱体内开设有一下料仓,所述竖直切刀装置固定安装在下料仓的右端部,所述箱体的下端部一侧开设有一开口,所述传输装置贯穿开口,所述传输装置位于竖直切刀装置的右侧下端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动禽肉切块机,其特征在于:所述竖直切刀装置包括安装板、驱动装置、支撑架、竖直切刀、滑块a、滑轨a、滑块b、滑轨b、连接板、挡块和推杆,所述滑块a固定安装在安装板的后端部,所述滑块a与滑轨a进行配合连接,所述支撑架固定安装在安装板上,所述驱动装置固定安装在支撑架上,所述竖直切刀固定安装在驱动装置的下端部,所述滑块b固定安装在挡块的后端部,所述滑块b与滑轨b进行配合连接,所述安装板与挡块通过连接板进行固定连接,所述挡块的左端部还固定连接有一推杆,所述推杆贯穿箱体,所述挡块上开设有一刀槽,所述刀槽与竖直切刀相配合使用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种半自动禽肉切块机,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括偏心轮、驱动轴和下压杆,所述下压杆的顶部与偏心轮进行连接,所述偏心轮固定安装在驱动轴上,所述下压杆的底端部中心位置处镶嵌有竖直切刀,所述下压杆固定安装在支撑架上。
