在中药的生产过程,有时会需要通过切割机将干燥的中药材切碎。现有的中药切割机存在以下不足:有的没有设置隔振机构如隔振垫进行隔振,故隔振效果差,有的虽然安装了隔振垫进行隔振,但是隔振效果是不能够调整的;另外现有的切割机只能够进行一个方向的切割,所有经常会产生切割出的中药中存在较长的条形中药,从而导致切割出的中药的大小达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的旨在提供一种隔振效果可调的中药切割机,解决了现有的中药切割机的隔振效果不能够调整的问题。
本发明的第二个目的旨在进一步提供一种能够在不需要人工转移中药的情况下对中药进行二维切割的隔振效果可调的中药切割机,解决了现有的中药切割机中能够对中药进行一个方向的切割所动作的容易产生长度过长的中药的问题。
以上技术问题是通过下列技术方案解决的:一种隔振效果可调的中药切割机,包括切割机本体,其特征在于,所述切割机本体的下端设有下支撑气囊、上端设有上支撑气囊,所述下支撑气囊和上支撑气囊上都设有气门嘴。使用时,切割机本体的下端通过下轴承气囊支撑在地面上,下端通过下支撑气囊支撑在天花板上,能够气门嘴给支撑气囊充分气来改变支撑气囊的气压,气压改变则支撑气囊的隔振效果产生改变,从而使得本发明的隔振效果可调;上下都设置支撑气囊,使得设备的上下端都是固定着的,使得切割机本体的摆动能够控制在一个较小的范围,从而避免通过气囊进行隔振而导致的切割机本体上端晃动幅度较大。
