本发明涉及冷轧带钢静电涂油工艺领域,尤其是一种优化涂油控制精度,从而提高涂油品质的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,包括涂油室,所述涂油室内分别设置有上刀梁和下刀梁,所述涂油室顶部设置有加热油箱和刀梁供油伺服调节系统,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统通过上油路与上刀梁连通,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统通过下油路与下刀梁连通。在实际使用时,可以让油量的调节更为灵敏,从而可以根据实际的涂油需要灵活的调整喷油量,并保证带钢表面油膜厚度均匀。另外,由于设置的是加热油箱,因此可以对加热油箱内油的油压、油温、液位进行精确控制,从而保证油膜涂敷的可控。本发明尤其适用于带钢油膜的涂膜工艺之中。

冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构
技术领域
本发明涉及冷轧带钢静电涂油工艺领域,尤其是一种冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构。
背景技术
冷轧成品带钢的防锈问题一直是生产环节的关键质量控制点之一,生产过程中对成品带钢主要采用静电涂油技术对带钢表面进行防锈处理。不仅从降本增效、减少环保污染角度,需要保证在带钢防锈基础上尽可能控制油膜厚度足够小。同时要求带钢上的防锈油厚度在需求规定的精度范围内,防止因油膜偏薄导致带钢生锈。
冷轧成品带钢生产工艺过程中,静电涂油机作为给带钢涂油防锈的关键设备,采用交流电机带动计量泵(2.5ml/rpm)旋转为静电刀梁(10KVDC)供油,随着冷轧带钢的运行,作为固定安装的刀梁会将瞬时提供的防锈油流量通过静电吸附特性吸附到生产线带钢表面,形成厚度均匀的油膜。油膜厚度是机组实际运行线速度与刀梁瞬时供油流量的函数。该系统由涂油室、涂油泵站、高压电源系统(上高压、下高压)、电控系统控制柜等组成。冷轧带钢生产厂家为了保证足够的防锈需求,被迫提高油膜厚度,导致自身及下游厂家生产成本的急剧上升,同时也造成相应的环境污染以及治污成本的上升。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种优化涂油控制精度,从而提高涂油品质的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,包括涂油室,所述涂油室内分别设置有上刀梁和下刀梁,所述涂油室顶部设置有加热油箱和刀梁供油伺服调节系统,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统通过上油路与上刀梁连通,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统通过下油路与下刀梁连通。
进一步的是,所述上刀梁与上油路之间设置有转子流量计。
进一步的是,所述下刀梁与下油路之间设置有转子流量计。
进一步的是,包括涂油泵站,所述涂油泵站与加热油箱之间通过主供油管路连通。
进一步的是,包括控制电缆系统,所述控制电缆系统分别与涂油泵站和涂油室连接。
进一步的是,包括设置于涂油泵站内的补油泵,所述补油泵与主供油管路连通。
进一步的是,包括测量轮,所述测量轮设置于涂油室的带钢入口处。
本发明的有益效果是:在实际使用时,由于加热油箱和刀梁供油伺服调节系统布置位置的优化,可以让油量的调节更为灵敏,从而可以根据实际的涂油需要灵活的调整喷油量,并保证带钢表面油膜厚度均匀。另外,由于设置的是加热油箱,因此可以对加热油箱内油的油压、油温、液位进行精确控制,从而保证油膜涂敷的可控。本发明尤其适用于带钢油膜的涂膜工艺之中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,包括涂油室13,所述涂油室13内分别设置有上刀梁6和下刀梁7,所述涂油室13顶部设置有加热油箱3和刀梁供油伺服调节系统4,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统4通过上油路42与上刀梁6连通,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统4通过下油路41与下刀梁7连通。
冷轧成品带钢生产工艺过程以横切机组为主,主要包括开卷、切边、横切、涂油、垛板等,其中,现有方式由于计量泵到刀梁油路管线太长,引起调节滞后,导致带钢表面油膜厚度不均匀。另外,由于上述的管线太长,导致计量泵入口若无高精度恒压控制调节阀,则油压不稳从而引起出油量不准,导致带钢表面油膜厚度不均匀的情况。本发明从解决原系统的计量泵到刀梁油路管线太长作为技术突破口,解决了由此引起的调节滞后、导致带钢表面油膜厚度不均匀问题。通过在涂油室13顶部设计加热油箱3和刀梁供油伺服调节系统4,作为防锈油的存储中转站,从而提供了油压、温度、液位、自动回油的调节功能,为刀梁供油伺服调节系统供油。一般的,为了加热油箱3对加热油箱实现精确的控制,可以选择在加热油箱3处设置相应的温控器、加热器、油温传感器、油泵及电机、液位控制器或压力控制阀,从而让整个生产过程更为可控。刀梁供油伺服调节系统4则接受PLC控制系统流量调节指令,驱动伺服电机,带动转子流量计5进行油流量控制,进行油量闭环控制,保证流量反馈的实时性以及刀梁供油伺服调节系统4调节的准确性。为了实现整个喷涂过程的精确可控,可以选择这样的方案:所述上刀梁6与上油路42之间设置转子流量计5,以及所述下刀梁7与下油路41之间设置转子流量计5。为了实现远程的生产控制,可以选择增设控制电缆系统11,所述控制电缆系统11分别与涂油泵站12和涂油室13连接。
为了保证加热油箱3内防锈油8的充足储存,从而进一步提高喷涂厚度的准确性,可以选择这样的方案:包括涂油泵站12,所述涂油泵站12与加热油箱3之间通过主供油管路31连通。进一步的,还可以选择增设设置于涂油泵站12内的补油泵121,所述补油泵121与主供油管路31连通,从而将涂油泵站12内的防锈油8更好的补充到加热油箱3内。
为了在带钢实际速度的实时检测,提高带钢实际速度检测准确性,避免供给刀梁的瞬时需求流量计算不准确,从而引起带钢表面油膜厚度不均,可以选择这样的方案:包括测量轮2,所述测量轮2设置于涂油室13的带钢入口处。测量轮2通过实施检测带钢速度,从而提供准确的参数信息,从而提高油膜厚度的控制效果。
由于结构的优化,本发明可以让油量的调节更为灵敏,从而可以根据实际的涂油需要灵活的调整喷油量,并保证带钢表面油膜厚度均匀。另外,由于设置的是加热油箱,因此可以对加热油箱内油的油压、油温、液位进行精确控制,从而保证油膜涂敷的可控,具有十分广阔的市场推广前景。

Claims (7)

1.冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,包括涂油室(13),所述涂油室(13)内分别设置有上刀梁(6)和下刀梁(7),其特征在于:所述涂油室(13)顶部设置有加热油箱(3)和刀梁供油伺服调节系统(4),所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统(4)通过上油路(42)与上刀梁(6)连通,所述刀梁供油伺服调节系统(4)通过下油路(41)与下刀梁(7)连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,其特征在于:所述上刀梁(6)与上油路(42)之间设置有转子流量计(5)。
3.如权利要求1所述的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,其特征在于:所述下刀梁(7)与下油路(41)之间设置有转子流量计(5)。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,其特征在于:包括涂油泵站(12),所述涂油泵站(12)与加热油箱(3)之间通过主供油管路(31)连通。
5.如权利要求4所述的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,其特征在于:包括控制电缆系统(11),所述控制电缆系统(11)分别与涂油泵站(12)和涂油室(13)连接。
6.如权利要求4所述的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,其特征在于:包括设置于涂油泵站(12)内的补油泵(121),所述补油泵(121)与主供油管路(31)连通。
7.如权利要求1、2或3所述的冷轧带钢静电涂油室结构,其特征在于:包括测量轮(2),所述测量轮(2)设置于涂油室(13)的带钢入口处。
