Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢带立式涂油装置,包括底座和设置于底座之上的罩壳,所述罩壳的前后两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,进料口、出料口之间构成钢带的运行通道,所述罩壳内设有两个涂油机构,涂油机构包括滚刷组件支座和竖直并排设置于滚刷组件支座上的若干个滚刷组件,俩涂油机构的滚刷组件之间前后相对错位地布置在钢带运行通道的两侧。通过滚刷组件前后相对错位地夹持钢带,滚刷组件不会因互相干扰而造成挤压磨损,保证了滚刷组件与钢带稳定接触,确保了油在钢带表面涂刷均匀分布。并且设有分油组件,保证滚刷组件在竖向设置时,上下各部分刷毛也能均匀沾油。

一种钢带立式涂油装置
技术领域
本发明属于带锯条钢带加工设备领域,特别涉及一种钢带涂油装置。
背景技术
目前带锯条的钢带基本都是水平生产,其涂油工序通常采用水平涂油装置,在涂油时是采取上下滚刷单个对立夹持涂油,上下两侧的滚刷容易相互挤压造成磨损,使得刷毛变形,滚刷与钢带表面接触不良,涂油效果不均匀。为了解决水平涂油装置涂油效果不均匀的问题,有部分企业采用静电喷雾涂油装置对钢条进行涂油,但静电喷雾涂油装置结构复杂,维护繁琐,加工成本高,结构封闭要求严格,且喷涂时难免会对空气造成油雾污染。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种既涂油均匀,又能避免油雾污染,且能适用于钢带立式生产的钢带立式涂油装置。其采取的技术方案如下:
一种钢带立式涂油装置,包括底座和设置于底座之上的罩壳,所述罩壳的前后两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,进料口、出料口之间构成钢带的运行通道,所述罩壳内设有至少两个涂油机构,涂油机构包括滚刷组件支座和竖直并排设置于滚刷组件支座上的滚刷组件,俩涂油机构的滚刷组件之间前后相对错位地布置在钢带运行通道的两侧。
由此,俩涂油机构的滚刷组件前后相对错位地夹持钢带,可使俩涂油机构的滚刷组件在对钢带两侧涂油时,钢带两侧的滚刷组件不会因互相干扰而造成挤压磨损,从而避免因此类问题所造成的滚刷组件与钢带接触不良,确保油在钢带表面涂刷均匀分布。
优选地,所述滚刷组件包括分油组件和套于分油组件外周面的刷毛,分油组件通过连接于其两端的下固定座和进油固定座安装于滚刷组件支架上,进油固定座的外侧设有与分油组件连通的油管接头。
优选地,分油组件包括储油筒和设于储油筒内的中通管,储油筒的外周面设有出油孔,中通管的外周面设有分油孔以及若干块与储油筒内壁连接的隔片,相邻隔片在储油筒内划分出多个储油层。通过分油组件将油注入各储油层中,从而保证滚刷组件即使是在竖向设置时,上下各部分刷毛也能均匀沾油。
优选地,每个所述涂油机构分别连接有一个恒压机构。
优选地,所述恒压机构包括气缸和推杆,气缸通过固定板连接在罩壳上,推杆的一端与气缸的活塞杆连接,推杆的另一端连接滚刷组件之间。通过恒压机构给予涂油机构恒定的压力,使刷毛与钢带表面稳定接触,进一步确保钢带表面涂油均匀。
优选地,所述进料口、出料口的钢带输入侧各安装有一套导向组件。
优选地,所述导向组件包括U形支座、竖向导辊和横向导辊,U形支座开口朝上地固地与底座上,竖向导辊成对竖直设置在U形支座的两块侧板之间,横向导辊成对水平设置在的两块侧板之间。通过两套导向组件成对的两根竖向导辊和两根横向导辊对钢带的上、下、左、右四个方向进行导向,确保钢带通过时位置一致,不产生偏移,保证钢带输送时运行稳定。
优选地,所述横向导辊呈竖直分布,位于下侧的横向导辊通过导柱安装在侧板上固定位置,位于上侧的横向导辊通过导柱安装在U形支座的侧板的长腰孔上。位于上侧的横向导辊通过在长腰孔的不同位置固定可根据产品的高度调节安装高度,提高了本发明的适用范围,进一步保证钢带的稳定运行。
优选地,所述竖向导辊通过弹簧导柱安装在U形支座的侧板上。弹簧导柱时竖向导辊与钢带更紧密接触,进一步保证钢带输送时运行稳定。
本发明具备的有益效果:本发明通过滚刷组件前后相对错位地夹持钢带,滚刷组件不会因互相干扰而造成挤压磨损,保证了滚刷组件与钢带稳定接触,确保了油在钢带表面涂刷均匀分布。并且设有分油组件,保证滚刷组件在竖向设置时,上下各部分刷毛也能均匀沾油。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1-4,本实施例的钢带立式涂油装置,主要由底座1、罩壳2、导向组件3、涂油机构4、恒压机构5组成。罩壳2是由金属薄板制成的矩形壳体,罩壳2的底部固定于底座1上,罩壳2的上端安装有壳盖21,罩壳2的前后两侧分别设有竖向的进料口22和竖向的出料口23,进、出料口相互对齐构成钢带运行通道。
参见图1-4,在进、出料口的钢带输入侧各安装有一套导向组件3,该导向组件3主要由U形支座31、两根竖向导辊32以及两根横向导辊33组成。U形支座31开口朝上地固定于底座1上。竖向导辊32呈竖直设置于U形支座31的两块侧板311之间且成对平行设置,各竖向导辊32通过弹簧导柱34安装在U形支座31的侧板311上,成对的竖向导辊32间的缝隙与钢带运行通道对齐。相应地,横向导辊33呈水平设置于U形支座31的两块侧板311之间且成对平行设置,各横向导辊33通过导柱35安装在U形支座31的侧板311上,其中位于下侧的横向导辊33在侧板311上的位置固定,位于上侧的横向导辊33可通过U形支座31侧板311上的长腰孔312调节安装高度。通过两套导向组件3成对的两根竖向导辊32和两根横向导辊33对钢带的上、下、左、右四个方向进行导向,确保钢带6通过时位置一致,不产生偏移,保证钢带6输送时运行稳定,位于上侧的横向导辊33可根据产品的高度调节安装高度,提高了本实施例的适用范围,进一步保证钢带6的稳定运行。
参见图2、图5,涂油机构4主要由滚刷组件支座41和滚刷组件42构成,滚刷组件42的中部为分油组件421,分油组件421外周面覆盖有一层刷毛422,分油组件421通过连接于其两端的下固定座423和进油固定座424安装于滚刷组件支座41上,进油固定座424具有与分油组件421连通的油管接头425,油管接头425与自动供油装置连接。自动供油装置还可在导向组件3增设反馈组件,从而检测导向组件3是否有产品经过,实现油量调节。分油组件421包括储油筒4211和设于储油筒4211内的中通管4212,储油筒4211的外周面设有出油孔,中通管4212的外周面设有分油孔4214以及若干块与储油筒4211内壁连接的隔片4213,相邻隔片在储油筒4211内划分出多个储油层4215。通过分油组件421将油注入各储油层4215中,从而保证滚刷组件42即使是在竖向设置时,将油由上至下分层添加至刷毛422上,确保刷毛422在竖直方向油量均匀,从而保证刷毛422对钢带6表面涂油均匀。
参见图2-3,罩壳2内设有两个涂油机构4,俩涂油机构4的滚刷组件42均为竖直设置且前后相对错位布置在钢带运行通道的两侧。每个涂油机构4均连接有一个恒压机构5,恒压机构5主要由气缸51以及与气缸51连接的推杆52组成。气缸51的缸筒通过固定板53安装在罩壳2外侧面,气缸51的活塞杆依次通过连接板54、推杆52与涂油机构4的滚刷组件支座41连接。俩涂油机构4的滚刷组件42前后相对错位地夹持钢带6,可使俩涂油机构4的滚刷组件42在对钢带6两侧涂油时,钢带6两侧的滚刷组件42不会因互相干扰而造成挤压磨损,从而避免因此类问题所造成的滚刷组件42与钢带6接触不良,确保油在钢带6表面涂刷均匀分布。通过恒压机构5给予涂油机构4恒定的压力,使刷毛422与钢带6表面稳定接触,进一步确保钢带6表面涂油均匀。

Claims (5)

1.一种钢带立式涂油装置,包括底座和设置于底座之上的罩壳,所述罩壳的前后两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,进料口、出料口之间构成钢带的运行通道,其特征在于:所述罩壳内设有两个涂油机构,涂油机构包括滚刷组件支座和竖直并排设置于滚刷组件支座上的若干个滚刷组件,俩涂油机构的滚刷组件之间前后相对错位地布置在钢带运行通道的两侧;所述进料口、出料口的钢带输入侧各安装有一套导向组件;所述导向组件包括U形支座、竖向导辊和横向导辊,U形支座开口朝上地固地与底座上,竖向导辊成对竖直设置在U形支座的两块侧板之间,横向导辊成对水平设置在的两块侧板之间;所述横向导辊呈竖直分布,位于下侧的横向导辊通过导柱安装在侧板上固定位置,位于上侧的横向导辊通过导柱安装在U形支座的侧板的长腰孔上;所述竖向导辊通过弹簧导柱安装在U形支座的侧板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢带立式涂油装置,其特征在于:所述滚刷组件包括分油组件和套于分油组件外周面的刷毛,分油组件通过连接于其两端的下固定座和进油固定座安装于滚刷组件支架上,进油固定座的外侧设有与分油组件连通的油管接头。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢带立式涂油装置,其特征在于:分油组件包括储油筒和设于储油筒内的中通管,储油筒的外周面设有出油孔,中通管的外周面设有分油孔以及若干块与储油筒内壁连接的隔片,相邻隔片在储油筒内划分出多个储油层。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项权利要求所述的钢带立式涂油装置,其特征在于:每个所述涂油机构分别连接有一个恒压机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的钢带立式涂油装置,其特征在于:所述恒压机构包括气缸和推杆,气缸通过固定板连接在罩壳上,推杆的一端与气缸的活塞杆连接,推杆的另一端连接滚刷组件之间。
