Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料及其制备方法,该纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料包括由聚丙烯非织造材料制成的纳米纤维抗菌层以及在该纳米纤维抗菌层的表面形成一层空气过滤层,所述纳米纤维抗菌层与所述空气过滤层之间设有若干个粘胶点,所述纳米纤维抗菌层与所述空气过滤层通过所述粘胶点粘合。本发明提供了一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,该非织造材料通过复合层结构改造,增强了抗菌能力和空气过滤吸附能力,可应用于空气过滤装置,该非织造材料不仅使用寿命增长,而且效率提高。本发明的工艺利用热粘合复合的热轧工艺,该工艺简单,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于城市人口和汽车数量的增长导致城市雾霾PM2.5指数激居升高,使得空气过滤器等成为家装必要组成部分,传统过滤材料对部分颗粒级的过滤效果较差,难以实现较小颗粒的有效过滤。而且抗菌能力亦较差,吸到较多颗粒后,菌落滋生,使过滤材料使用时间短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料及其制备方法,该非织造材料通过复合层结构改造,增强了抗菌能力和过滤吸附能力。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,包括由聚丙烯非织造材料制成的纳米纤维抗菌层以及在该纳米纤维抗菌层的表面形成一层空气过滤层,所述纳米纤维抗菌层与所述空气过滤层之间设有若干个粘胶点,所述粘胶点将所述纳米纤维抗菌层与所述空气过滤层粘合。
优选地,所述纳米纤维抗菌层为金属纳米抗菌材料负载于所述聚丙烯而形成的金属纳米抗菌层。
优选地,所述金属纳米抗菌材料为纳米银、纳米铜、纳米锌中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述纳米银抗菌层所使用的金属纳米抗菌离子的半径为10nm~50nm。
优选地,所述空气过滤层的上表面形成一二氧化钛抗菌层。
优选地,所述纳米纤维抗菌层表面形成有若干个透气孔。
优选地,所述纳米纤维抗菌层的厚度为0.5~5mm。
优选地,所述纳米纤维抗菌层所使用的聚丙烯纤维长度为1~100mm。
优选地,所述空气过滤层的厚度为1~100mm。
一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.选择纳米级的聚丙烯纤维,并将聚丙烯纤维进行改性处理,具体是配制抗菌剂,将配制的抗菌剂喷淋在聚丙烯纤维表面上,然后静止0.5~1小时,进入烘房烘干,制得聚丙烯纳米抗菌纤维;
b.将用于空气过滤层的纤维和上述步骤a中制得的纳米抗菌纤维经开松、给棉、梳理、铺网、主梳理步骤后,在成网的空气过滤层表面涂布粘胶点,并利用热轧双辊机进行热粘合加固。
c.成卷、分切后得成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供了一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,该非织造材料通过复合层结构改造,增强了抗菌能力和空气过滤吸附能力,可应用于空气过滤装置,该非织造材料不仅使用寿命增长,而且效率提高。本发明的工艺利用热粘合复合的热轧工艺,该工艺简单,效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1和2所示,一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,包括由聚丙烯非织造材料制成的纳米纤维抗菌层1以及在该纳米纤维抗菌层1的表面形成一层空气过滤层2,纳米纤维抗菌层1与空气过滤层2之间设有若干个粘胶点3,粘胶点3将纳米纤维抗菌层1与空气过滤层2粘合。
在本实施例中,纳米纤维抗菌层1为纳米银负载于所述聚丙烯而形成的纳米银抗菌层。纳米银也可以用纳米铜或者纳米锌或其中组合来替代。
在本实施例中,纳米银抗菌层1所使用的纳米银离子的半径为10nm~50nm。
在本实施例中,纳米纤维抗菌层1表面形成有若干个透气孔。
在本实施例中,纳米纤维抗菌层1的厚度为0.5~5mm。
在本实施例中,纳米纤维抗菌层1所使用的聚丙烯纤维长度为1~100mm。
在本实施例中,空气过滤层2的厚度为1~100mm。
一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.选择纳米级的聚丙烯纤维,并将聚丙烯纤维进行改性处理,具体是配制抗菌剂,将配制的抗菌剂喷淋在聚丙烯纤维表面上,然后静止0.5~1小时,进入烘房烘干,制得聚丙烯纳米抗菌纤维;
b.将用于空气过滤层的纤维和上述步骤a中制得的纳米抗菌纤维经开松、给棉、梳理、铺网、主梳理步骤后,在成网的空气过滤层表面涂布粘胶点,并利用热轧双辊机进行辊压热粘合加固。
c.成卷、分切后得成品。
在本实施例中,空气过滤层2的上表面形成一二氧化钛抗菌层。

1.一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,包括由聚丙烯制成的纳米纤维抗菌层(1)以及在该纳米纤维抗菌层(1)的表面形成一层空气过滤层(2),所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)与所述空气过滤层(2)之间设有若干个粘胶点(3),所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)与所述空气过滤层(2)通过所述粘胶点(3)粘合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)为金属纳米抗菌材料负载于所述聚丙烯而形成的金属纳米抗菌层。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述金属纳米抗菌材料为纳米银、纳米铜、纳米锌中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)所使用的金属纳米抗菌离子的半径为10nm~50nm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述空气过滤层(2)的上表面形成一二氧化钛抗菌层。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)表面形成有若干个透气孔(11)。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)的厚度为0.5~5mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维抗菌层(1)所使用的聚丙烯纤维长度为1~10mm。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料,其特征在于,所述空气过滤层(2)的厚度为1~10mm。
10.一种用于制造权利要求1-9所述纳米抗菌空气过滤非织造材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a.选择纳米级的聚丙烯纤维,并将聚丙烯纤维进行改性处理,具体是配制抗菌剂,将配制的抗菌剂喷淋在聚丙烯纤维表面上,然后静止0.5~1小时,进入烘房烘干,制得聚丙烯纳米抗菌纤维;
b.将用于空气过滤层的纤维和上述步骤a中制得的纳米抗菌纤维经开松、给棉、梳理、铺网、主梳理步骤后,在成网的空气过滤层表面涂布粘胶点,并利用热轧双辊机进行热粘合加固。
c.成卷、分切后得成品。
