背景技术
我国近视发病率则已由1998年的世界第四位上升为第二位，近视已成为目前中小学生卫生状况中涉及人数最多的一项疾病。青少年近视眼的发生因素很多，主要有：①视距近：青少年由于眼的调节力很强，所以对近距离甚至眼前的字、物都能看清楚，这样就不自觉的经常处于近距离工作状态，使眼睛持续高度调节，促成近视的形成；②连续用眼时间过长：眼睛长期处于紧张状态而形成近视；③学习环境不良：如看书光线过强或过弱，使眼的调节负担加重，导致近视。④看电视方法不当：看电视没有节制，距电视过近，室内光线明暗不均，这些都可加重眼睛的疲劳，促成近视。⑤遗传因素：主要表现在高度近视，对有遗传因素的青少年，更应做好预防工作，避免近视的发生。
目前，对于预防近视还没有十分有效的方法，对于近视患者主要通过矫正来降低近视程度，但是如果矫正不当，还会导致近视加深。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种防治青少年假性近视的中药组合物，它通过中药对眼睛进行调节，治疗效果好，无毒副作用。
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗近视的中药组合物，由以下重量份的物质组成：枸杞15～30份、决明子5～20份、何首乌15～25份、五味子3～10份、石菖蒲6-16份、远志6-16份、车前子6～15份、金银花5-20份、茯神3～8份、生地黄10-30份、芹菜根3～8份、艾叶3-10份、麦冬10-30份、菊花5-25份、桑葚子10～15份、女贞子3-12份、当归5-25份、胆汁5～10份。

(3)将浸膏于40～60℃下干燥，粉碎得到40～300目浸膏粉；
(4)在浸膏粉中加入辅料制成中药外敷软膏。

所述治疗近视的中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按量称取枸杞、决明子、何首乌、五味子、石菖蒲、远志、车前子、金银花、茯神、生地黄、芹菜根、艾叶、麦冬、菊花、桑葚子、女贞子、当归、青鱼胆汁，备用；
(2)将枸杞、决明子、何首乌、五味子、石菖蒲、远志、车前子、金银花、茯神、生地黄、芹菜根、艾叶、麦冬、菊花、桑葚子、女贞子、当归加入4～8倍的乙醇水溶液中，加热回流提取0.5～3小时，重复提取2～3次，并将2～3次的乙醇提取液合并，加入胆汁后减压浓缩成浸膏；
(3)将浸膏于40～60℃下干燥，粉碎得到40～300目浸膏粉；
(4)在浸膏粉中加入柠檬酸三乙酯、凡士林、硬脂酸、抗坏血酸、制成中药外敷软膏。

所述治疗近视的中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按量称取枸杞、决明子、何首乌、五味子、石菖蒲、远志、车前子、金银花、茯神、生地黄、芹菜根、艾叶、麦冬、菊花、桑葚子、女贞子、当归、熊胆，备用；
(2)将枸杞、决明子、何首乌、五味子、石菖蒲、远志、车前子、金银花、茯神、生地黄、芹菜根、艾叶、麦冬、菊花、桑葚子、女贞子、当归加入4～8倍的乙醇水溶液中，加热回流提取0.5～3小时，重复提取2～3次，并将2～3次的乙醇提取液合并，加入胆汁后减压浓缩成浸膏，；

典型案例：吴XX，19岁，高三，左眼裸眼视力0.5，右眼近视0.6眼睛干涩，使用本中药组合物2个月后，症状减轻，使用4个月后，视力恢复到1.0。
本中药组合先后对1900例青少年假性近视患者临床治疗，治愈率达到82％，视力明显改善这达到15％，而且毒副作用非常小，未发现一例因服用本发明生产的中药出现任何不良反应。
综上，本发明实施例具有如下有益效果：本发明中的中药配伍科学合理，具有健脾补肾、养肝明目的作用，可以直接改变目系及眼底的供血供氧状态，还对体内素有内毒、外感时邪之病毒性眼病有治疗作用，通过外敷，敷贴眼部周围穴位，应用透皮吸收技术，让药物长时间缓慢均匀释放，经吸收进入眼部周围血管及组织，促进眼部周围的血液循环，结清眼部疲劳，达到缓解、治疗近视的目的。

1.一种治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的物质组成：枸杞15～30份、决明子5～20份、何首乌15～25份、五味子3～10份、石菖蒲6-16份、远志6-16份、车前子6～15份、金银花5-20份、茯神3～8份、生地黄10-30份、芹菜根3～8份、艾叶3-10份、麦冬10-30份、菊花5-25份、桑葚子10～15份、女贞子3-12份、当归5-25份、胆汁5～10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的物质组成：枸杞18份、决明子20份、何首乌25份、五味子5份、石菖蒲12份、远志12份、车前子8份、金银花15份、茯神5份、生地黄15份、芹菜根3份、艾叶10份、麦冬15份、菊花20份、桑葚子15份、女贞子8份、当归20份、胆汁5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的物质组成：枸杞20份、决明子15份、何首乌18份、五味子8份、石菖蒲10份、远志6份、车前子10份、金银花20份、茯神5份、生地黄18份、芹菜根5份、艾叶10份、麦冬12份、菊花18份、桑葚子10份、女贞子8份、当归15份、胆汁5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述胆汁取自青鱼胆、蛇胆、熊胆、猪胆、龟胆、鸡胆中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗近视的中药组合物的制法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按量称取枸杞、决明子、何首乌、五味子、石菖蒲、远志、车前子、金银花、茯神、生地黄、芹菜根、艾叶、麦冬、菊花、桑葚子、女贞子、当归、胆汁，备用；
(2)将枸杞、决明子、何首乌、五味子、石菖蒲、远志、车前子、金银花、茯神、生地黄、芹菜根、艾叶、麦冬、菊花、桑葚子、女贞子、当归加入4～8倍的乙醇水溶液中，加热回流提取0.5～3小时，重复提取2～3次，并将2～3次的乙醇提取液合并，加入胆汁后减压浓缩成浸膏；
(3)将浸膏于40～60℃下干燥，粉碎得到40～300目浸膏粉；
(4)在浸膏粉中加入辅料制成中药外敷软膏。
6.如权利要求5所述的治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述辅料为甲基丙烯酸共聚物、柠檬酸三乙酯、凡士林、硬脂酸、抗坏血酸、没食子酸烷酯、苯氧乙醇、肉桂酸中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求6所述的治疗近视的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药外敷药剂为软膏剂、硬膏剂、药膜剂中的一种。
