Abstract

本发明公开一种多功能眼药水的配方、配方方法和使用方法。其配方由七十四味中药草按一定比例配制而成，配制包括以下步骤：(1)将各原材料按配方比称重、粉碎成1‑50目粗粉，加水搅拌后，进行10‑15天的自然发酵；(2)将发酵后的药材粗粉进行3‑4天的反复晒干，然后将药粉装入竹筒，将竹筒放入米酒缸，加入黑米酒，密封、避光进行二次发酵20‑40天；(3)将竹筒取出、药粉倒出，准备大缸，再次将药粉和泡制好的药酒倒入大缸，将竹筒打碎用布包起来跟药酒一起进行最终发酵20‑30天；(4)蒸馏，得成品。本发明以中草药为原料，进行多次发酵制得高品质眼药水，不仅具有缓解疲劳、治疗白内障、低度近视的功效，还能缓解眼睛肿胀、视线模糊等症状。

其中假性近视治疗：使用本实施例眼药水一个月效果，结果判断：显效为视力恢复至1.0以上，有效为视力与用药前相比提高0.5以上，无效为视力与用药前相比没有提高或提高小于0.5。近视治疗：使用本实施例眼药水3个月，结果判断：显效为服用本发明中药组合物2个疗程后，恢复正常视力，可摘除眼镜；有效为视力得到好转，眼镜度数降低100-150度；无效，视力、眼镜度数没有明显改善。白内障治疗：使用本实施例眼药水2个月，判别标准：显效为视力提高0.5以上，晶体皮质浑浊被吸收；有效为视力提高0.3左右，眼睛干涩酸胀得到缓解，晶体浑浊未吸收完全；无效为视力提升不明显，眼睛干涩酸胀未有改善。青光眼治疗：使用本实施例制备眼药水3个月，判别标准：显效为视力提高0.5以上，眼压恢复正常水平；有效为视力有所提高，眼酸涩、视物模糊症状减轻，无效为效果不明显。
由此可以看出本实施例配置眼药水对于假性近视、近视以及白内障、青光眼等眼部病变具有很好的治疗效果。
下面列举一些典型性病例。
赵某，男，12岁，学生，眼睛近视450度，使用本实施例配置眼药水1个月，视力改善，眼睛干涩缓解，连续使用三个月，近视由原来的450度降为200度，效果明显。
李某，女，56岁。患老年性白内障，双眼视物模糊2年多，伴有眼睛酸涩、胀痛、视力左0.2、右0.3散瞳，检查双眼晶体呈现楔状混浊，使用本实施例配置眼药水30天后，双眼酸涩、视物模糊症状消除，复查视力左0.5、右0.6，继续使用一个月，双眼视力恢复到左0.8、右0.9，白内障彻底治愈，且至今三年未复发。
刘某，女，64岁。患者双眼干涩，羞明，困胀，疼痛，查视力，右眼0.1、左眼0.3，诊断老年性白内障，使用该实施例配置眼药水一个月后，自觉视力较前好转。查视力右0.5、左0.6，晶体皮质混浊己见吸收。后又巩固一个月，晶体皮质混浊已完全吸收，查视力右1.0、左0.9，至今视力稳定。
于某，男，52岁。患青光眼多年，眼压升高，眼球胀痛，视物模糊。使用本实施例眼药水治疗青光眼，三个月后，视力由原来的0.1提高到1.0，眼球胀痛消失，病获痊愈，至今未复发。
王某，女，51岁。患青光眼3年多，眼压增高，眼球胀痛，视力减退，视物模糊，多方治疗不愈，后经人介绍服用本发明治疗青光眼的中药制剂，三个月后，眼球胀痛感消失，视物清晰，视力增强，眼压降至21mmHg以下，随访两年无复发

3.一种权利要求1所述的一种多功能眼药水的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)将各原材料按配方比称重、粉碎成1-50目粗粉，加入药粉质量1/3的水搅拌后，进行10-15天的自然发酵；
(2)将发酵后的药材粗粉进行3-4天的反复晒干，然后将药粉装入竹筒，将竹筒放入米酒缸，加入药粉质量1/3-1/5份的黑米酒，密封、避光进行二次发酵20-40天；
(3)将竹筒取出、药粉倒出，准备大缸，再次将药粉和泡制好的药酒倒入大缸，将竹筒打碎用布包起来跟药酒一起进行最终发酵20-30天；
(4)将最终发酵的产物进行蒸馏，即得终产品。
4.一种权利要求1所述的一种多功能眼药水的使用方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：取本品一到三滴于手掌心，双掌合起，使产品均匀的涂抹于掌心，双手捂住眼睛，双眼紧毕，眼珠来回转动，每组1-3分钟，每次三组，一天三次为佳。
