Abstract

本发明公布了根及根茎类中药鲜切饮片的加工工艺。该工艺在根及根茎类中药药材采收后,趁其表面黏着土壤湿润之际,抢水清洗,摊晾2至4小时,趁鲜切制成圆片或椭圆片,干燥后用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,并加入干燥剂和抗氧剂。本法由于对药材趁鲜洗涤加工,所以避免了水溶性有效成分的流失,减少了土壤中微生物和虫卵对药材的污染,简化了饮片生产的工序,降低了制作成本,保障了药材品质并提高了临床疗效。本法的推广实施,将有显著的社会意义和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于中药材加工领域,尤其涉及根茎类中药饮片的产地加工工艺。
背景技术
临床常用的中药饮片有四、五百种,其中根及根茎类占到一半以上。
目前,根及根茎类药材从田间采收以后,通常是整理、晒干后,打包储藏和运输。这些根及根茎类药材运送到中药饮片厂后,需要拆包、清洗、闷润、切片,并重新晒干。现有工艺耗时费力,工序重复,增加了饮片的生产成本。在此过程中不仅会导致水溶性有效成分的丢失,而且闷润工序若在高温季节进行,易发生药材霉变,从而导致药材品质的下降和临床疗效的降低。因此,开发一种新的根及根茎类饮片的产地加工工艺势在必行。
发明内容
本发明公布了“根及根茎类中药鲜切饮片的加工工艺”,可以节省工序、避免两次干燥、减少水溶性有效成分的流失,避免闷润过程的药材品质下降,对降低饮片生产成本和确保饮片的临床疗效,具有十分重要的社会和经济意义。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
在根及根茎类药材采收后,趁表皮黏附的土壤润湿之时,洗净泥沙,摊晾2至4小时,趁鲜切制成1~5mm厚的片,干燥至含水量低于14%。将干燥后的根及根茎类饮片,用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,并加入抗氧剂和干燥剂。
本方法的有益之处在于:
刚刚采挖的新鲜根及根茎类药材,表皮完整。其表面附着的湿润土壤容易被水清除,从而减少了常规方法洗涤浸润过程中水溶性有效成分的流失。药材趁鲜切制,此时,其组织中的木纤维等尚未硬化,从而避免了常规方法的长时间闷润工序,并且易于节省能耗。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将新鲜采集的黄芪,抢水洗净表面泥壤,摊晾2小时,斜切成椭圆形片,片厚为2mm,晾晒至含水量低于14%,对黄芪饮片进行分档,用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,每包加入10g抗氧剂和10g干燥剂,规格为5kg/包饮片。
实施例2
将新鲜采集的川芎,抢水洗净表面泥壤,摊晾2小时,纵切成片,片厚为2mm,晾晒至含水量低于14%,对川芎饮片进行分档,用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,每包加入10g抗氧剂和10g干燥剂,规格为5kg/包饮片。
实施例3
将新鲜采集的黄芩,抢水洗净表面泥壤,摊晾2小时,纵切成片,片厚为3mm,晾晒至含水量低于14%,对黄芩饮片进行分档,用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,每包加入10g抗氧剂和10g干燥剂,规格为5kg/包饮片。
实施例4
将新鲜采集的三七,抢水洗净表面泥壤,摊晾2小时,切成片,片厚为2mm,晾晒至含水量低于14%,对三七饮片进行分档,用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,每包加入10g抗氧剂和10g干燥剂,规格为5kg/包饮片

2.根据权利要求1所述的根及根茎类中药鲜切饮片的加工工艺,其特征在于:将干燥后的根及根茎类中药饮片,真空包装,并在包装袋中加入抗氧剂和干燥剂。
