Abstract
本发明公布了巴戟天鲜切饮片的加工工艺。该工艺在巴戟天药材采收后,趁其表面黏着土壤湿润之际,抢水清洗,摊晾2至4小时,趁鲜切制成圆片或椭圆片,干燥后用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,并加入干燥剂和抗氧剂。本法由于对药材趁鲜洗涤加工,所以避免了水溶性有效成分的流失,减少了土壤中微生物和虫卵对药材的污染,简化了饮片生产的工序,降低了制作成本,保障了药材品质并提高了临床疗效。本法的推广实施,将有显著的社会意义和经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药材加工领域,尤其涉及中药巴戟天药材的产地加工工艺。
背景技术
中药巴戟天为茜草科植物巴戟天Morinda officinalis How的根。本品具有补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿的功效。主治阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软。
目前,巴戟天药材从田间采收以后,通常是整理、晒干后,打包储藏和运输。这些巴戟天药材运送到中药饮片厂后,需要拆包、清洗、闷润、切片,并重新晒干。现有工艺耗时费力,工序重复,增加了饮片的生产成本。在此过程中不仅会导致水溶性有效成分的丢失,而且闷润工序若在高温季节进行,易发生药材霉变,从而导致药材品质的下降和临床疗效的降低。因此,开发一种新的巴戟天药材的产地加工工艺势在必行。
发明内容
本发明公布了一种巴戟天鲜切饮片的加工工艺,可以节省工序、避免两次干燥、减少水溶性有效成分的流失,避免闷润过程的药材品质下降,对降低饮片生产成本和确保饮片的临床疗效,具有十分重要的社会和经济意义。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
在巴戟天药材采收后,趁表皮黏附的土壤润湿之时,洗净泥沙,摊晾2至4小时,趁鲜切制成1~3mm厚的片,干燥至含水量低于12%。将干燥后的巴戟天饮片,过筛,筛去脱离的木心,真空包装,并袋中加入抗氧剂和干燥剂。传统中药中,巴戟天都是只用其肉(皮层),而去除其木心。将巴戟天趁鲜切成1~3mm厚的片,在干燥时,其皮层(肉)收缩较大,而木心收缩较小,且其肉与木心较易剥离,因此,二者分离,直接过10~40目筛即可去除木心。比之传统的抽去木心更加方便。
本方法的有益之处在于:
刚刚采挖的新鲜巴戟天,表皮完整。其表面附着的湿润土壤容易被水清除,从而减少了常规方法洗涤浸润过程中水溶性有效成分的流失。药材趁鲜切制,此时,其组织中的木纤维尚未硬化,从而避免了常规方法的长时间闷润工序,并且易于节省能耗。
具体实施方式
将新鲜采集的巴戟天,抢水洗净表面泥壤,摊晾2小时,斜切成椭圆形片,片厚为2mm,晾晒至含水量低于12%,过20目筛去除木心,对巴戟天肉进行分档,用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装,每包加入10g抗氧剂和10g干燥剂,规格为5kg/包饮片。

1.巴戟天鲜切饮片的加工工艺,其特征在于:在巴戟天药材采收后,趁表皮黏附的土壤润湿之时,洗净泥沙,摊晾2至4小时,趁鲜切制成1~3mm厚的片,干燥至含水量低于14%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的巴戟天鲜切饮片的加工工艺,其特征在于:将干燥后的巴戟天饮片,过筛,筛去脱离的木心,真空包装,并在包装袋中加入抗氧剂和干燥剂。
