本发明公布了川芎鲜切饮片的加工工艺。该工艺在川芎药材采收后，趁其表面黏着土壤湿润之际，抢水清洗，摊晾2至4小时，趁鲜切制成圆片或椭圆片，干燥后用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装，并加入干燥剂和抗氧剂。本法由于对药材趁鲜洗涤加工，所以避免了水溶性有效成分的流失，减少了土壤中微生物和虫卵对药材的污染，简化了饮片生产的工序，降低了制作成本，保障了药材品质并提高了临床疗效。本法的推广实施，将有显著的社会意义和经济效益。

川芎鲜切饮片的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于中药材加工领域，尤其涉及中药川芎药材的产地加工工艺。
背景技术
中药川芎为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的干燥块根。本品为血中之气药，具有活血行气，祛风止痛的功效。川芎辛温香燥，走而不守，既能行散，上行可达巅顶；又入血分，下行可达血海。活血祛瘀作用广泛，适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症；祛风止痛，效用甚佳，可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。
目前，川芎药材从田间采收以后，通常是整理、晒干后，打包储藏和运输。这些川芎药材运送到中药饮片厂后，需要拆包、清洗、闷润、切片，并重新晒干。现有工艺耗时费力，工序重复，增加了饮片的生产成本。在此过程中不仅会导致水溶性有效成分的丢失，而且闷润工序若在高温季节进行，易发生药材霉变，从而导致药材品质的下降和临床疗效的降低。因此，开发一种新的川芎药材的产地加工工艺势在必行。
发明内容
本发明公布了一种川芎鲜切饮片的加工工艺，可以节省工序、避免两次干燥、减少水溶性有效成分的流失，避免闷润过程的药材品质下降，对降低饮片生产成本和确保饮片的临床疗效，具有十分重要的社会和经济意义。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案为：
在川芎药材采收后，趁表皮黏附的土壤润湿之时，洗净泥沙，摊晾2至4小时，趁鲜切制成0.5~5mm厚的片，干燥至含水量低于12%。将干燥后的川芎饮片，用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装，并加入抗氧剂和干燥剂。
本方法的有益之处在于：
刚刚采挖的新鲜川芎，表皮完整。其表面附着的湿润土壤容易被水清除，从而减少了常规方法洗涤浸润过程中水溶性有效成分的流失。药材趁鲜切制，此时，其组织中的木纤维尚未硬化，从而避免了常规方法的长时间闷润工序，并且易于节省能耗。
具体实施方式
将新鲜采集的川芎，抢水洗净表面泥壤，摊晾2小时，斜切成椭圆形片，片厚为4mm，晾晒至含水量低于14%，对川芎饮片进行分档，用聚乙烯塑料袋抽真空包装，每包加入10g抗氧剂和10g干燥剂，规格为5kg/包饮片。

2.根据权利要求1所述的川芎鲜切饮片的加工工艺，其特征在于：将干燥后的川芎饮片，真空包装，并在包装袋中加入抗氧剂和干燥剂。
