Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a face cleaning product, in particular to a full-plant synthetic surfactant-free face cleaning product, belonging to the technical field of skin care products.
Background
Cleansing as a basic project of skin care, along with the increasing deterioration of the environment and the decreasing air quality, the cleansing plays an essential and important role in daily life.
Most of common face cleaning products in the market at present are based on surfactants, and a considerable amount of surfactants interact with the horny layer in the face cleaning process, so that part of the horny layer lipid can be dissolved while cleaning, and the skin is dried; some surfactants also interact with stratum corneum proteins, causing protein denaturation and damage to sensitive skin.
The non-soap base type face cleaning product mainly containing amino acid type surfactant has good skin-friendly property and small irritation, but has weak detergency, and can obtain a face cleaning product with excellent foamability and water solubility only by reasonable compatibility with other surfactants, so the components are complex.
Under the trend of 'Chongshang green and returning to nature', the safe and reliable natural surfactant is used for replacing a chemical synthesis surfactant, and the future development trend of the face cleaning product is realized.
Sapindus mukorossi is a common washing product in China, and aril of the Sapindus mukorossi contains abundant glucoside substances (mainly triterpenoid saponin and sesquiterpene glucoside), has the content of about 4 percent, has good foamability and strong decontamination capability, and is called as natural plant soap. However, with the continuous progress of science and technology, more and more chemically synthesized detergents come out and soapberry becomes a dull proposition. The soapberry serving as a natural nonionic surfactant is easy to biodegrade, has good affinity with the skin, accords with the concept of 'Chongshang green and returning to nature', and can meet the ever-increasing psychological demands of consumers on green and safe face cleaning products.
The foam has surface tension which can increase the contact of the surfactant with the skin, and the dirt carrying capacity is increased to a certain extent, and the foam quality of the face cleansing product is closely related to the popularity. The foaming ability and foam stability of the soapberry extract increase with the increase of the pH value of the solution, and the soapberry extract exists in a non-ionic form in an acidic solution, so that the foam performance is poor. The existing research shows that the compounding of the soapberry extract and the nonionic surfactant can obviously enhance the foam stabilizing performance of the system, but the addition of other nonionic surfactants in the face cleaning formula has complex components and is not green and safe enough, and the soapberry saponin has the functions of expanding skin capillaries and hemolysis and particularly has strong stimulation to eyes, so that the soapberry extract can not be directly used for cleaning and washing the face even though the soapberry extract has good washing effect.
At present, no weak acid facial cleanser with good foam stabilizing performance by taking the soapberry extract as a surfactant alone exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention aims to provide a facial cleanser containing only natural surfactants, and no other chemically synthesized surfactants, and having good skin cleansing effect.
Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a whole plant synthetic surfactant-free face cleaning product comprises, by total mass 100%, 5-30% of soapberry extract, 10-30% of foam stabilizer, 0.8-1.2% of plant preservative, and the balance of water; the foam stabilizer consists of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate and glycosyl trehalose according to the mass ratio of 0.5: 1.2-1.6.
As a further preferred aspect of the invention, the whole plant synthetic surfactant-free facial cleanser is a plant preservative A or a preservative B or a mixture of the preservative A and the preservative B, wherein the preservative A comprises a celandine extract, a cornflower extract and a myrobalan extract in a mass ratio of 3:2:3, and the preservative B comprises a zanthoxylum piperitum extract, a pulsatilla extract and a usnea barbata extract in a mass ratio of 3:2: 4.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, in the above all-plant synthetic surfactant-free facial cleanser, the soapberry extract is prepared by sequentially performing the following steps: weighing 20-40 parts by weight of soapberry peel, placing the soapberry peel in 280 parts by weight of plant fermentation liquor for soaking for 20 days, carrying out low-temperature vacuum drying on the soaked soapberry peel at 0-4 ℃, carrying out superfine grinding on the frozen soapberry, adding 20-80% of ethanol into the soapberry fine powder at a material-liquid ratio of 1:40-60, carrying out ultrasonic extraction at 25 ℃ for 20min at an ultrasonic frequency of 1.5-2.0MHz, filtering with a microporous filter membrane, collecting filtrate, loading the filtrate into a macroporous adsorption resin column, washing with water until the filtrate is colorless, eluting with 20-80% of ethanol until the eluate is colorless, collecting ethanol eluate, carrying out membrane concentration to remove ethanol, and carrying out spray drying to obtain the soapberry extract.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the whole plant synthetic surfactant-free facial cleanser is prepared by sequentially performing the following steps of: weighing 25-40 parts by weight of roselle flower and 30-50 parts by weight of ailanthus altissima, drying, crushing to 20-80 meshes, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder; adding water 40-50 times the weight of the mixed powder, adding lactobacillus liquid 10-30% of the total volume of the mixed solution, fermenting at 25-30 deg.C for 2-3 months, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and vacuum concentrating to 1/4 of the original volume to obtain plant fermentation liquid.

Wherein, the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate is a polyhydric sugar alcohol mixture obtained by hydrolyzing and hydrogenating starch, contains not only mono-polyhydric sugar alcohol and bi-polyhydric sugar alcohol, but also a large amount of hydrogenated oligosaccharide and hydrogenated polysaccharide, and has physicochemical properties of moisture retention and crystallization prevention; glycosyl trehalose (glycotrehalose trehalase) is a polysaccharide from maize; the two components interact with the soapberry extract, and also play a good role in moisturizing.
4. According to the technical scheme, the plant preservative is a preservative combination A or a preservative combination B or a preservative combination A and a preservative combination B, the preservative combination A is composed of a loosestrife extract, a cornflower extract and a myrobalan extract according to a specific ratio of 3:2:3, the preservative combination B is composed of a zanthoxylum piperitum extract, a pulsatilla chinensis extract and a usnea barbata extract according to a specific ratio of 3:2:4, and the preservative combination A or the preservative combination B interacts with the soapberry extract, a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate and glycosyl trehalose, so that the preservative can be used as a preservative of a face cleaning product, can assist the soapberry extract in inhibiting harmful bacteria after face cleaning, and can regulate microbial ecological balance of the face.
In summary, the whole-plant synthetic surfactant-free facial cleanser provided by the invention successfully applies the soapberry extract as a surfactant alone to a weakly acidic facial cleanser, has good foam density, foam persistence and cleaning power, and is mild and non-irritant to skin during cleaning.
