本发明公开了一种双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,包括双层FBE、聚乙烯复合带,所述聚乙烯复合带缠绕在双层FBE外面。本发明的涂层结构简单,施工容易,复合带采用作业线机械缠绕,其剥离程度、抗冲击等性能都很可靠,双层FBE和聚乙烯复合带的结合提高了弯管防腐的质量和可靠性。

本发明属于热煨弯管领域,具体涉及一种双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构。
技术背景
由于热煨弯管形状特殊,天然气管道敷设施工现场使用多集中在地形起伏相对较大、道路状况较差的区域内,运输过程中易受到磕碰撞击。因此,要求热煨弯管应格外具有良好的防腐、耐磨和抗冲击性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,包括双层FBE、聚乙烯复合带,所述聚乙烯复合带缠绕在双层FBE外面。
优选地,聚乙烯复合带厚度为2.15mm。
优选地,聚乙烯复合带宽度为150mm。
优选地,聚乙烯复合带拉伸强度大于20Mpa。
优选地,聚乙烯复合带维卡软化点大于110摄氏度。
优选地,聚乙烯复合带断裂伸长率小于600%。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的涂层结构简单,施工容易,复合带采用作业线机械缠绕,其剥离程度、抗冲击等性能都很可靠,双层FBE和聚乙烯复合带的结合提高了弯管防腐的质量和可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,包括双层FBE1、聚乙烯复合带2,聚乙烯复合带2缠绕在双层FBE1的外面。
聚乙烯复合带防腐采用冷带热缠聚乙烯复合带的方式,将聚乙烯专用料和胶粘剂热合而成复合带,在作业线上集中预制,采用缠绕机把复合带缠绕在沿弯曲曲率半径旋转的弯管表面。双层熔结环氧粉末(双层FBE)外缠的聚乙烯复合带由熔结环氧粉末内层、改性熔结环氧粉末外层及聚乙烯胶黏带组成。内层环氧粉末与一般的单层FBE相同,外层的环氧粉末经过改性,提高防腐层的抗机械损伤性能。聚乙烯复合带厚度为2.15mm,宽度为150mm,拉伸强度大于20Mpa,维卡软化点大于110摄氏度,断裂伸长率小于600%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯复合带(2)厚度为2.15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯复合带(2)宽度为150mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯复合带(2)拉伸强度大于20Mpa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯复合带(2)维卡软化点大于110摄氏度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层FBE外缠聚乙烯复合带结构,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯复合带(2)断裂伸长率小于600%。
