Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,该复合管由内至外依次设有塑料树脂层、钢网缠绕层、气凝胶保温层和防护外层,所述钢网缠绕层为一层钢丝编织带螺旋交叉缠绕于塑料树脂层外表面,所述钢网缠绕层上开有通孔,位于钢网缠绕层内外两侧的塑料树脂层、气凝胶保温层穿过钢网缠绕层的通孔后融成一体。本发明在塑料树脂层的外表面缠绕有钢网缠绕层,且钢网缠绕层上设置了通孔,使得管道的层间结合更加紧密,加强管道的强度和抗压性能,气凝胶保温层能够有效保证运输的高温气、液体达到保温效果,有效阻止热损失。另外,在防护外层内设置了铜导体,铜导体能够导电,还能便于管道的探测、定位。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管。
背景技术
现有很多行业需要通过管道来运输蒸汽,如热电行业采用主蒸汽管道运输蒸汽,通过蒸汽驱动汽轮机和发电机等、输送工业蒸汽的集中供热管网等。目前,很多都是通过纳米气凝胶管道来输送,并能起到很好的保温效果,但现有的纳米气凝胶管道的强度和抗压性能还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,该复合管由内至外依次设有塑料树脂层、钢网缠绕层、气凝胶保温层和防护外层,所述钢网缠绕层为一层钢丝编织带螺旋交叉缠绕于塑料树脂层外表面,所述钢网缠绕层上开有通孔,位于钢网缠绕层内外两侧的塑料树脂层、气凝胶保温层穿过钢网缠绕层的通孔后融成一体。
进一步,所述防护外层沿长度方向设有若干铜导体。
进一步,所述防护外层沿长度方向均匀设有若干铜导体。
进一步,所述塑料树脂层采用以下重量份的原料配比:超高分子量聚乙烯75~85份、环氧树脂10~20份、竹炭亚纳米级微粉1~10份、抗氧剂1~2份、碳纤维0.2~1份。
进一步,所述气凝胶保温层的厚度为8—13mm。
进一步,所述防护外层由交联高密聚乙烯制成的。
进一步,所述防护外层的厚度为17—19mm。
进一步,所述气凝胶保温层由纳米SiO2气凝胶制成。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在塑料树脂层的外表面缠绕有钢网缠绕层,且钢网缠绕层上设置了通孔,使得管道的层间结合更加紧密,加强管道的强度和抗压性能,气凝胶保温层能够有效保证运输的高温气、液体达到保温效果,有效阻止热损失。另外,在防护外层内设置了铜导体,铜导体能够导电,还能便于管道的探测、定位。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,该复合管由内至外依次设有塑料树脂层1、钢网缠绕层2、气凝胶保温层3和防护外层4,所述钢网缠绕层2为一层钢丝编织带螺旋交叉缠绕于塑料树脂层1外表面,所述钢网缠绕层2上开有通孔5,位于钢网缠绕层2内外两侧的塑料树脂层1、气凝胶保温层3穿过钢网缠绕层2的通孔5后融成一体。
本实施例中,所述气凝胶保温层3由纳米SiO2气凝胶制成,气凝胶保温层3的厚度为8—13mm,保证了优良的保温效果,防护外层4由交联高密聚乙烯制成的,防护外层4的厚度为17—19mm。
本实施例中,所述防护外层4沿长度方向均匀设有若干铜导体6,铜导体能够导电,还能便于管道的探测、定位。
本实施例中,所述塑料树脂层1采用以下重量份的原料配比:超高分子量聚乙烯75~85份、环氧树脂10~20份、竹炭亚纳米级微粉1~10份、抗氧剂1~2份、碳纤维0.2~1份。该配方能够加强管道的抗冲击强度,在原料中加入了竹炭,使得制得的管道具有很好的消臭功能。

1.一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,该复合管由内至外依次设有塑料树脂层、钢网缠绕层、气凝胶保温层和防护外层,所述钢网缠绕层为一层钢丝编织带螺旋交叉缠绕于塑料树脂层外表面,所述钢网缠绕层上开有通孔,位于钢网缠绕层内外两侧的塑料树脂层、气凝胶保温层穿过钢网缠绕层的通孔后融成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述防护外层沿长度方向设有若干铜导体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述防护外层沿长度方向均匀设有若干铜导体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述塑料树脂层采用以下重量份的原料配比:超高分子量聚乙烯75~85份、环氧树脂10~20份、竹炭亚纳米级微粉1~10份、抗氧剂1~2份、碳纤维0.2~1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述气凝胶保温层由纳米SiO2气凝胶制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述防护外层由交联高密聚乙烯制成的。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述防护外层的厚度为17—19mm。
8.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种纳米气凝胶增强复合管,其特征在于,所述气凝胶保温层的厚度为8—13mm。
