技术领域
本发明涉及软管技术领域,具体为一种保温软管及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,在油田天然气传输主要是用钢管铺设传送,近年来由于钢管腐蚀厉害部分被高分子管道取代,将来更有可能完全被取代之势。但不管是钢管还是高分子管道,在天气寒冷的时候,都存在不保温的缺点。从井下抽上来的油温度很高,粘度相当小,油比较稀,输送容易。随着输送距离的越来越长,由于管道保温性差,油温下降,粘度变大,油变稠,使得输送困难;一般采用的方式是加大输送功率。在油气混合物的输送,油水混合物和紧急救援水的输送,页岩气开采中的压裂液和页岩油输送过程中,在冬天野外输送过程中,如果管体内的介质不停顿,那么管子里面的介质或者水比较不容易结冰。如果停顿一会儿,就可能结冰。一旦管体被冻住,工作人员都会采用焊枪和气瓶,对管子进行烧烤,把冰冻的部位冰化开或者用热水烫化,操作非常麻烦。

本发明的目的在于提供一种保温软管及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种保温软管,包括内层、增强层、外层以及保温层,所述内层和外层之间设置有增强层,外层外表面覆盖有保温层,所述内层和外层由塑料原料在同一模具内挤出成型制成,所述保温层由塑料原料和气凝胶经共混、挤出、造粒以及涂覆形成,所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:85-95份的聚乙烯、20-30份的聚四氟乙烯、10-15份的环氧树脂、3-7份的色母粒、12-15份的填充剂、1-4份的稳定剂、3-5份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为2-7%。
优选的,所述气凝胶采用硅气凝胶。
优选的,所述稳定剂采用有机锡稳定剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、复合硬脂酸铅盐稳定剂中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述增韧剂采用MBS增韧剂、CPE增韧剂、ACR增韧剂中的一种或多种。
一种保温软管的制造方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、先将纤维长丝经过合股加捻处理,然后将其织造形成增强层;
S2、将塑料原料搅拌配色均匀,然后进行干燥处理,然后将塑料原料与增强层在同一模具内挤出成型,增强层的外侧形成外层,增强层的内侧形成内层;
S3、将塑料原料与气凝胶共混均匀,经过挤出、造粒,将其涂覆在外层形成保温层,经过性能检验合格后,即为成品。
优选的,所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:85份的聚乙烯、20份的聚四氟乙烯、10份的环氧树脂、3份的色母粒、12份的填充剂、1份的稳定剂、3份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为2%。
优选的,所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:95份的聚乙烯、30份的聚四氟乙烯、15份的环氧树脂、7份的色母粒、15份的填充剂、4份的稳定剂、5份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为7%。

本发明的保温软管主要应用在页岩气开采中的压裂液和页岩油输送,石油、天然气开采中的原油输送,油气混合物的输送,油水混合物和紧急救援水的输送等,用在远距离输送应用。能够满足市场需要;能够降低冬天远距离介质输送的能耗,防止流体变稠和结冰;减少远距离输送的压力损失;防冻保温,操作使用方便。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (8)
1.一种保温软管,其特征在于:包括内层、增强层、外层以及保温层,所述内层和外层之间设置有增强层,外层外表面覆盖有保温层,所述内层和外层由塑料原料在同一模具内挤出成型制成,所述保温层由塑料原料和气凝胶经共混、挤出、造粒以及涂覆形成,所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:85-95份的聚乙烯、20-30份的聚四氟乙烯、10-15份的环氧树脂、3-7份的色母粒、12-15份的填充剂、1-4份的稳定剂、3-5份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为2-7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温软管,其特征在于:所述气凝胶采用硅气凝胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温软管,其特征在于:所述稳定剂采用有机锡稳定剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、复合硬脂酸铅盐稳定剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温软管,其特征在于:所述增韧剂采用MBS增韧剂、CPE增韧剂、ACR增韧剂中的一种或多种。
5.一种保温软管的制造方法,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:
S1、先将纤维长丝经过合股加捻处理,然后将其织造形成增强层;
S2、将塑料原料搅拌配色均匀,然后进行干燥处理,然后将塑料原料与增强层在同一模具内挤出成型,增强层的外侧形成外层,增强层的内侧形成内层;
S3、将塑料原料与气凝胶共混均匀,经过挤出、造粒,将其涂覆在外层形成保温层,经过性能检验合格后,即为成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种保温软管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:85份的聚乙烯、20份的聚四氟乙烯、10份的环氧树脂、3份的色母粒、12份的填充剂、1份的稳定剂、3份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为2%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种保温软管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:95份的聚乙烯、30份的聚四氟乙烯、15份的环氧树脂、7份的色母粒、15份的填充剂、4份的稳定剂、5份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为7%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种保温软管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述塑料原料的组分按重量比计为:90份的聚乙烯、25份的聚四氟乙烯、12份的环氧树脂、5份的色母粒、13份的填充剂、3份的稳定剂、4份的增韧剂,所述的保温层中气凝胶的质量分数为5%。
