Abstract
本发明涉及一种球型干燥剂,包括凹凸棒石、无水氯化钙、铝矾土、极易潮解盐、聚丙烯酰胺、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:凹凸棒石15‑18、无水氯化钙28‑40、铝矾土25‑36、极易潮解盐20‑24、聚丙烯酰胺10‑18、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐8‑14、水40‑45。本发明所述干燥剂以纯天然活性氧化铝粉为主要原料,是一种无腐蚀、无毒、无公害的绿色环保产品;使用后可作为一般废弃物处理,不会污染环境,可自然降解;在各种温度的环境下,吸湿性能都能保持稳定;吸湿性能良好,饱和吸湿率为自身重的50%以上,是传统干燥剂的1.5倍。

本发明涉及一种添加剂制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种球型干燥剂。
背景技术
生活中因为湿气影响,室内或者较为封闭的空间容易产生异味、发霉、蚊虫滋生等现象,该可挂式吸湿干燥剂吸湿性能强,在25℃,RH=90%的条件下,吸湿率可达35%~150%,且具有保水性强,误食安全,对皮肤、眼睛无伤害,可生物降解等优点。可广泛用于食品;药品;光学电子、精密仪器、仪表;种子、加工食品、茶叶;服装、鞋类、皮革以及文物档案、工艺美术品等物品的防潮干燥。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的球型干燥剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种球型干燥剂,包括凹凸棒石、无水氯化钙、铝矾土、极易潮解盐、聚丙烯酰胺、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:凹凸棒石15-18、无水氯化钙28-40、铝矾土25-36、极易潮解盐20-24、聚丙烯酰胺10-18、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐8-14、水40-45。
作为优选,所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于:所述球型干燥剂各组分的质量份数为:凹凸棒石18、无水氯化钙40、铝矾土36、极易潮解盐24、聚丙烯酰胺18、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐14、水45。
作为优选,所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于:所述水为工业纯水。
作为优选,所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于:所述极易潮解盐微粒粒径在 200nm至 300nm 之间,优选300nm。
作为优选,所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于具体制备步骤:将规定比例的各质量份数组份充分与水混合搅拌,加热3±0.5小时之后,静置12小时即可。

1.一种球型干燥剂,其特征在于:包括凹凸棒石、无水氯化钙、铝矾土、极易潮解盐、聚丙烯酰胺、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:凹凸棒石15-18、无水氯化钙28-40、铝矾土25-36、极易潮解盐20-24、聚丙烯酰胺10-18、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐8-14、水40-45。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于:所述球型干燥剂各组分的质量份数为:凹凸棒石18、无水氯化钙40、铝矾土36、极易潮解盐24、聚丙烯酰胺18、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐14、水45。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于:所述水为工业纯水。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的球型干燥剂,其特征在于:所述极易潮解盐微粒粒径在200nm 至 300nm 之间,优选300nm。
