Abstract
本发明涉及一种多用途干燥剂,包括活性炭、氧化钙、二氧化硅、亚硫酸钠、无膨润土氯化钙、三聚硅酸钠、膨润土,各组分的质量份数为:活性炭30‑45份、氧化钙15‑19份、二氧化硅16‑21份、亚硫酸钠10‑14份、无膨润土氯化钙6‑9份、三聚硅酸钠5‑6份、膨润土50‑60份。本发明所述干燥剂以纯天然活性炭为主要原料,是一种无腐蚀、无毒、无公害的绿色环保产品;使用后可作为一般废弃物处理,不会污染环境,可自然降解;在各种温度的环境下,吸湿性能都能保持稳定;吸湿性能良好,饱和吸湿率为自身重的50%以上,是传统干燥剂的1.5倍。

本发明涉及一种添加剂制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种多用途干燥剂。
背景技术
干燥剂广泛应用在化学、医疗、工业等领域,目前,常见的干燥剂吸湿程度大,分子吸入膨润土饱和后质量比较重,长时间容易破坏干燥剂成分,降低吸湿度,从而影响干燥剂使用寿命。而且由于一些干燥剂所含的化学成分会对身体造成一定的伤害,需要改进以尽量避免这种伤害。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的多用途干燥剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种多用途干燥剂,包括活性炭、氧化钙、二氧化硅、亚硫酸钠、无膨润土氯化钙、三聚硅酸钠、膨润土,各组分的质量份数为:活性炭30-45份、氧化钙15-19份、二氧化硅16-21份、亚硫酸钠10-14份、无膨润土氯化钙6-9份、三聚硅酸钠5-6份、膨润土50-60份。
作为优选,所述的多用途干燥剂,其特征在于:所述多用途干燥剂各组分的质量份数为:活性炭30份、氧化钙15份、二氧化硅16份、亚硫酸钠10份、无膨润土氯化钙6份、三聚硅酸钠5份、膨润土50份。
作为优选,所述的多用途干燥剂,其特征在于:所述活性炭的使用环境为50℃以下。

将所述质量份数的各组分加入到膨润土中混合均匀,置于容器中,微波加热反应后得到粗产物;然后在上述粗产物充分干燥后即可。
本发明所述干燥剂以纯天然活性炭为主要原料,是一种无腐蚀、无毒、无公害的绿色环保产品;使用后可作为一般废弃物处理,不会污染环境,可自然降解;在各种温度的环境下,吸湿性能都能保持稳定;吸湿性能良好,饱和吸湿率为自身重的50%以上,是传统干燥剂的1.5倍。

作为优选,所述的多用途干燥剂,其特征在于:所述多用途干燥剂各组分的质量份数为:活性炭30份、氧化钙15份、二氧化硅16份、亚硫酸钠10份、无膨润土氯化钙6份、三聚硅酸钠5份、膨润土50份。

1.一种多用途干燥剂,其特征在于:包括活性炭、氧化钙、二氧化硅、亚硫酸钠、无膨润土氯化钙、三聚硅酸钠、膨润土,各组分的质量份数为:活性炭30-45份、氧化钙15-19份、二氧化硅16-21份、亚硫酸钠10-14份、无膨润土氯化钙6-9份、三聚硅酸钠5-6份、膨润土50-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多用途干燥剂,其特征在于:所述多用途干燥剂各组分的质量份数为:活性炭30份、氧化钙15份、二氧化硅16份、亚硫酸钠10份、无膨润土氯化钙6份、三聚硅酸钠5份、膨润土50份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的多用途干燥剂,其特征在于:所述活性炭的使用环境为50℃以下。
