Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an air conditioner control system 100 of the present invention includes a detection device 1, an air conditioner 2 and a circuit breaker 3, wherein the detection device 1 and the air conditioner 2 are both provided with a communication module 10, and the communication mode may be wired communication through interfaces such as RS485, or may be wireless communication, such as: WIFI communication, carrier communication, micropower communication or ZigBee communication modes and the like. After the power supply, the detection device 1 may detect the total current or the total power in the total circuit in real time or at regular time, and determine whether the current total current is greater than a preset current threshold, or whether the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold, and when it is determined that the total current is greater than the preset current threshold, or the total power of the current circuit is greater than the preset power threshold, the detection device 1 sends a power reduction instruction to the air conditioner 2, so as to reduce the frequency of the air conditioner 2 or stop the operation of the air conditioner 2.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the air conditioning control system 100 shown in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation of the air conditioning control system 100 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.

the method comprises the steps of detecting the total current or the total power of a current circuit, judging whether the total current of the current circuit is larger than a preset current threshold or not, or judging whether the total power of the current circuit is larger than a preset power threshold or not, and when the total current is larger than the preset current threshold or the total power of the current circuit is larger than the preset power threshold, sending a power reduction instruction to an air conditioner by a detection device.
In the air conditioner 2 shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner 2 includes a memory (not shown in the figure), a processor (not shown in the figure), and a control program of the air conditioner stored on the memory and operable on the processor; the processor is used for calling the control program of the air conditioner stored in the memory and executing the following operations:
and receiving a power reduction instruction sent by the detection device, and correspondingly reducing the frequency to operate or stop operating according to the power reduction instruction.
Referring to fig. 1, in a first embodiment, the air conditioning control system includes:
the detection device 1 is used for detecting the total current or the total power of the current circuit, judging whether the total current of the current circuit is greater than a preset current threshold or not, or judging whether the total power of the current circuit is greater than a preset power threshold or not, and when the total current is greater than the preset current threshold or the total power of the current circuit is greater than the preset power threshold, the detection device 1 sends a power reduction instruction to the air conditioner 2;
in this embodiment, the power of the circuit breaker may be set to 1200W, and before the user installs the air conditioner 2, the circuit breaker may be first opened, and the detection device 1 may be installed after the circuit of the household circuit breaker to detect the total current or total power of the household current circuit. And after the air conditioner 2 is installed, closing the circuit breaker to enable the detection device 1 to detect the total current or the total power of the current circuit, and enable household appliances such as the air conditioner 2 to work normally.
In consideration of the fact that the air conditioner 2 is used with a large amount of electricity at home, the present invention is mainly directed to limiting the use of electricity by the air conditioner 2. Of course, in other embodiments, other household appliances may also be controlled. The circuit breaker can generate different tripping delay time according to the multiple relation of rated current and actual current. Depending on the parameters of the circuit breaker, there is a minimum delay time of 10s when the actual current is twice the rated current, and the detection device 1 sends a power limiting signal to the air conditioner 2 during this 10s time, so that the air conditioner 2 can reduce the frequency or stop the compressor.
When the detection device 1 detects the total power of the current circuit in real time or at regular time, the detection device 1 determines whether the total current of the current circuit is greater than a preset current threshold or not, or whether the total power of the current circuit is greater than a preset power threshold or not. Wherein the preset power threshold may be set to 1200W, and the preset current threshold is set to 4A. Of course, in other embodiments, the arrangement can be reasonably combined with the actual situation.
When the detection device 1 determines that the total current is greater than a preset current threshold value, such as 4A, or the total power of the present circuit is greater than a preset power threshold value, such as 1200W, the detection device 1 sends a power reduction command to the air conditioner 2.
And the air conditioner 2 is used for receiving the power reduction instruction sent by the detection device 1 and correspondingly reducing the frequency to operate or stop operating according to the power reduction instruction.
In this embodiment, when receiving the power reduction command, the air conditioner 2 correspondingly controls the compressor to perform frequency reduction operation or controls the compressor to stop operating. It can be understood that the air conditioner 2 normally operates according to a conventional program when powered on, and when the air conditioner 2 receives a power reduction instruction, the power reduction operation is correspondingly executed, specifically, the compressor performs the frequency reduction operation or the compressor stops operating.
The air conditioner control system provided by the invention detects the total current or the total power of the current circuit through the detection device 1, then judges whether the total current of the current circuit is larger than a preset current threshold value or not, or whether the total power of the current circuit is larger than a preset power threshold value or not, and then when the total current is larger than the preset current threshold value or the total power of the current circuit is larger than the preset power threshold value, the detection device 1 sends a power reduction instruction to the air conditioner 2, and when the air conditioner 2 receives the power reduction instruction sent by the detection device 1, the air conditioner correspondingly operates in a frequency reduction mode or stops operating in a frequency reduction mode according to the power reduction instruction. Thus, the tripping phenomenon of the circuit breaker can be prevented by controlling the working state of the air conditioner 2 under the condition that the household power consumption is limited.
In the second embodiment, based on the first embodiment, the detection apparatus 1 is further configured to:
when the total current of the current circuit is less than or equal to the preset current threshold value, or when the total power of the current circuit is less than or equal to the preset power threshold value, the detection device 1 sends a working instruction to the air conditioner 2, so that the air conditioner 2 selects one of the modes of starting the compressor, keeping the current operation state or increasing the frequency according to the current state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the detection device 1 includes a first control module 11, configured to send a start instruction to the air conditioner 2 to control the compressor to start when the air conditioner 2 is in an outdoor unit non-start state; or
When the air conditioner 2 is in a normal operation state at present, sending a current operation state keeping instruction to the air conditioner 2 to control the air conditioner 2 to keep the current operation state unchanged; or
And when the air conditioner 2 is in a normal operation state at present, sending a frequency increasing instruction to the air conditioner 2 to control the air conditioner 2 to increase the frequency for operation.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner 2 receives the operating instruction, one of the modes of starting the compressor, maintaining the current operating state, and increasing the frequency is selected according to the current state of the air conditioner 2.
If the current state of the air conditioner 2 is that the external unit is not started, the compressor can be selected to be started to operate;
when the current state of the air conditioner 2 is the starting of the external unit and is in the normal operation state, the state of the air conditioner 2 may be controlled according to specific conditions, specifically:
the current state of the air conditioner 2 is that an external unit is started, and the total power of the current circuit is closer to the preset power threshold, so that the air conditioner 2 can be controlled to keep the current operation state to continue to operate;
when the current state of the air conditioner 2 is that the outdoor unit is started and the total power of the current circuit is far smaller than the preset power threshold, the compressor of the air conditioner 2 can be controlled to operate in an up-conversion mode.
In a third embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner 2 includes, based on the first or second embodiment:
the communication module 10 is used for receiving a power reduction instruction sent by the detection device 1 by the air conditioner 2 when the total current of the current circuit is greater than a preset current threshold value or when the total power of the current circuit is greater than a preset power threshold value;
in this embodiment, the power of the circuit breaker may be set to 1200W, and before the user installs the air conditioner 2, the circuit breaker may be first opened, and the detection device 1 may be installed after the circuit of the household circuit breaker to detect the total current or total power of the household current circuit.
In this embodiment, when the detection device 1 detects the total power of the current circuit in real time or at regular time, the detection device 1 determines whether the total current of the current circuit is greater than a preset current threshold, or whether the total power of the current circuit is greater than a preset power threshold. Wherein the preset power threshold may be set to 1200W, and the preset current threshold is set to 4A. Of course, in other embodiments, the arrangement can be reasonably combined with the actual situation.
In this embodiment, when the detection device 1 determines that the total current is greater than a preset current threshold, for example, 4A, or the total power of the present circuit is greater than a preset power threshold, for example, 1200W, the detection device 1 sends a power reduction command to the air conditioner 2.
And the second control module 20 is configured to perform frequency reduction operation or stop operation of the air conditioner 2 according to the power reduction instruction.
Taking a specific example:
suppose that the user's home has turned on an electric rice cooker with power of 700W and a refrigerator with power of 100W. If the air conditioner 2 needs to be turned on, after the air conditioner 2 is turned on, the total power of the user's home will reach 1400W, and at this time, the total power of the current total circuit exceeds 1200W, so the detection device 1 will send a power reduction command to the air conditioner 2. The air conditioner 2 also performs different operations according to its type, such as:
when the air conditioner 2 is a variable frequency air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner 2 to reduce a first preset frequency, such as 50% to operate;
when the air conditioner 2 is a fixed-frequency air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner 2 to shut down the compressor to stop running.
In a fourth embodiment, based on the third embodiment, the communication module 10 is further configured to:
when the total current of the current circuit is smaller than a preset current threshold value or when the total power of the current circuit is smaller than the preset power threshold value, receiving a power-up instruction sent by the detection device 1;
in the present embodiment, as described above, when the air conditioner 2 operates at a reduced first predetermined frequency, for example, 50%, the total current and the total power of the current circuit are gradually reduced. Taking total power as an example, when the total power of the current circuit is reduced to be less than the preset power threshold, such as 1200W, the total power of the current circuit may be increased, and at this time, the detection device 1 sends a power-up instruction to the air conditioner 2.
The second control module 20 is further configured to control the air conditioner 2 to operate at a reduced frequency for a predetermined time according to the power-up instruction;
in this embodiment, when the air conditioner 2 receives the power-up command sent by the detection device 1, the air conditioner 2 operates at a frequency (e.g., 300W) reduced by a first predetermined frequency (e.g., 50%) for a predetermined time, e.g., 5 min.
The second control module 20 is further configured to control the air conditioner 2 to increase the second predetermined frequency to operate when the predetermined time is reached.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner 2 operates at the reduced frequency, such as 300W, for a predetermined time, the air conditioner 2 may continue to increase the second predetermined frequency, such as 25%, at which time the power of the air conditioner 2 is 450W.
It should be understood that the specific examples given above for each parameter are only for the understanding of the present invention, and are not meant to be limiting.
In the fifth embodiment, based on the third embodiment, the communication module 10 is further configured to:
when the total current of the current circuit is greater than a preset current threshold value or when the total power of the current circuit is greater than a preset power threshold value, receiving a power reduction instruction sent by the detection device 1;
in this embodiment, after the air conditioner 2 is operated at the increased frequency, for example, 75%, the total current and the total power of the current circuit gradually increase. Taking total power as an example, when the total power of the current circuit rises to the preset power threshold value, such as 1200W, it indicates that the total power of the current circuit reaches the critical threshold value, and at this time, the detection device 1 sends a power reduction instruction to the air conditioner 2.
The second control module 20 is further configured to operate the air conditioner 2 at a frequency after the first predetermined frequency is reduced according to the power reduction instruction.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner 2 receives the power-down command sent by the detection device 1, the air conditioner 2 operates at a frequency (e.g., 300W) that is reduced by the first predetermined frequency, e.g., 50%. When the total power of the current circuit is smaller than the preset power threshold, the air conditioner 2 may operate at a higher frequency again. It should be understood that the above embodiments are directed to the inverter air conditioner, and for performing the frequency adjustment, when the air conditioner 2 is a fixed frequency air conditioner, the compressor of the air conditioner 2 can be directly controlled to be turned on or off according to the relationship between the total current of the present circuit and the preset current threshold, or the relationship between the total current of the present circuit and the preset power threshold. The specific method is similar to the control method of the variable frequency air conditioner, and is not described herein again.
