Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the control system 100 of the present invention is mainly composed of the following parts: the device comprises an anti-tripping control device 1 of a household circuit, each socket 2 in a household and household appliances 3 provided with communication modules. When the current total power in the total circuit is greater than the preset power threshold, the anti-tripping control device 1 obtains an optimal control result according to the current proportion of the current socket 2 and the current fed back by the household appliances 3, so that the household appliances 3 which must work can continue to work, and the tripping phenomenon of the total circuit of a family can be avoided.
In order to achieve the anti-tripping function, the socket 2 is not operated independently, and may be operated independently in special cases. Usually the socket 2 is used in an anti-tripping control system in a home.
Referring to fig. 2, the socket 2 of the present invention is mainly composed of the following parts: the current detection unit 21, the processor 22, the communication module 23 and the anti-tripping execution unit 24;
the current detection unit 21 is characterized in that the current detection unit can detect a real-time current consumption value along with the change of the load working current, and the existing intelligent socket 2 can only detect an effective value of the current consumption of the household appliance 3 within a period of time;
the processor 22 may perform operations after the values detected by the current detection unit 21 are amplified and sampled, and is also responsible for computing tasks of other functions such as communication and execution;
the communication module 23 is mainly used for realizing communication with other special anti-tripping sockets 2, communication with the anti-tripping control device 1, communication with household appliance equipment 3 provided with the special communication module and communication with a user mobile terminal; the communication module 23 may be a WIFI communication, a carrier communication, a micro power communication or a ZigBee communication.
The anti-tripping execution unit 24 is mainly used for controlling the on/off of each switch in the socket 2 and the on/off of the whole socket power supply, and when the socket power supply is turned off, the household appliance 3 connected with the socket 2 is directly controlled to be turned off or stopped running.
The socket 2 further includes a memory 25 and a control program of the home appliance 3 stored on the memory 25 and executable on the processor 22, wherein the control program of the home appliance 3 implements the steps of the control method of the home appliance 3 as described below when executed by the processor 22.
The household appliance 3 is used for correspondingly controlling the working state according to the states of the switches of the socket 2 if the socket 2 detects that the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value after the socket 2 establishes communication connection with the household appliance 3. Specifically, the household electrical appliance 3 may be an air conditioner, an electric cooker, an electric heating kettle, an electric hair drier, or the like. When the socket 2 detects that the current total power is greater than the preset power threshold, the operating state of the household electrical appliance 3 in communication connection with the socket 2 is correspondingly controlled through the states of the switches of the socket 2, such as controlling the variable frequency air conditioner to reduce the frequency or stop running, controlling the electric rice cooker to keep working, controlling the electric kettle to be closed, and the like, wherein the specific control mode will be described in detail below.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the receptacle structure shown in fig. 2 does not constitute a limitation of the receptacle, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The memory 25, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include a control program of the home appliance.
In the socket shown in fig. 2, the processor 22 is configured to call the control program of the home appliance stored in the memory 25, and perform the following operations:
when the socket is connected with the household appliance, the first-level switch is turned on to establish communication connection with the household appliance;
acquiring the switching states of the first-stage switch, the second-stage switch and the third-stage switch, and detecting the current total power;
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, controlling the working state of the household appliance connected with the socket according to the switch states.
Further, the processor 22 may call the control program of the home device stored in the memory 25, and further perform the following operations:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the first-stage switch and the second-stage switch are in a closed state and the third-stage switch is in an open state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to keep the current working state unchanged.
Further, the processor 22 may call the control program of the home device stored in the memory 25, and further perform the following operations:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the first-stage switch is in an on state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to reduce the power or stop working.
Further, the processor 22 may call the control program of the home device stored in the memory 25, and further perform the following operations:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the second-stage switch is in an on state and the first-stage switch is in an off state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to stop working.
Further, the processor 22 may call the control program of the home device stored in the memory 25, and further perform the following operations:
and when the current total power is less than or equal to a preset power threshold value, controlling the state of each switch and the working state of the household appliance connected with the socket to be kept unchanged.
Further, the processor 22 may call the control program of the home device stored in the memory 25, and further perform the following operations:
the first-stage switch is a household appliance communication selection switch, the second-stage switch is a power supply function selection switch, and the third-stage switch is a power supply management output switch.
Referring to fig. 3, in a first embodiment, the present invention provides a method for controlling a home appliance, including:
step S1, when the socket is connected with the household appliance, the first-level switch is turned on to establish communication connection with the household appliance;
in this embodiment, the anti-tripping execution unit 24 of the socket 2 specifically includes a first-stage switch, a second-stage switch, and a third-stage switch that are serially output in sequence, where the priority of the first-stage switch is the highest, the priority of the third-stage switch is the lowest, and the switch with the higher priority is in a direct upper-lower management relationship with the switch with the lower priority and cannot be managed beyond the lower priority.
In this preferred embodiment, the first-stage switch is a home appliance communication selection switch, the second-stage switch is a power supply function selection switch, and the third-stage switch is a power supply management output switch. Of course, in other embodiments, the switches of the above-mentioned levels may also be switches of other functions.
The household appliance 3 is also provided with a communication module which is in communication connection with the communication module 23 of the socket 2. When the socket 2 needs to be connected with the household appliance 3, a first-level switch such as a household appliance communication selection switch needs to be started, so that communication connection between the socket and the household appliance 3 is established.
Step S2, acquiring the switching states of the first-stage switch, the second-stage switch and the third-stage switch, and detecting the current total power;
in this embodiment, since the first-stage switch, the second-stage switch, and the third-stage switch have a relationship in which the priority is gradually lowered, the operating state of the home appliance 3 connected to the socket 2 can be confirmed by the switching state of each switch on the socket 2.
Specifically, when a first-stage switch, such as a home appliance communication selection switch, is turned on, the second-stage switch, such as a power function selection switch, and the third-stage switch, such as a power management output switch, are both inactive.
When a first-stage switch such as a household appliance communication selection switch is closed, a second-stage switch such as a power supply function selection switch is effective, and at the moment, a third-stage switch such as a power supply management output switch is ineffective; in this case, the socket 2 can be applied to power management of the home appliance 3 to which no communication module is attached.
When the first-stage switch, such as a household appliance communication selection switch, and the second-stage switch, such as a power supply function selection switch, are both turned off, and the third-stage switch, such as a power supply management output switch, is turned on, the household appliance 3 connected with the socket 2 is the household appliance 3 which must work currently. Therefore, in the anti-trip control, the priority of the home appliance 3 is the highest priority. In order to reduce the total current of the total circuit, the other electrical devices 3 must be controlled to be turned on and off.
And step S3, when the current total power is larger than a preset power threshold, controlling the working state of the household appliance connected with the socket according to the switch states.
In this embodiment, when the current detection unit 21 of the socket 2 detects that the total power of the current circuit is greater than a preset power threshold, for example, 1200W, the operating state of the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2 is controlled according to the switch states. As described above, the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2 in the on state of the first-stage switch in a communication manner can be controlled to operate at a reduced power, and if the problem of the excessive total power still cannot be solved, the first-stage switch and the second-stage switch can be controlled to be in the off state, and the socket 2 in the on state of the third-stage switch is controlled to be powered off. Of course, the household appliance 3 connected with the socket 2 in the on state of the first-stage switch in a communication way can be further controlled to directly stop working.
It should be understood that the control scheme of the household electrical appliance 3 according to the present invention is not only applicable to the case where a single socket 2 is connected to a single household electrical appliance 3, but also applicable to the case where a plurality of sockets 2 are connected to different household electrical appliances 3 in a household.
According to the control method of the household appliance, when the household appliance 3 is connected through the socket 2, the first-stage switch is started, communication connection with the household appliance 3 is established, then the switching states of the first-stage switch, the second-stage switch and the third-stage switch are obtained, the current total power is detected, and finally when the current total power is larger than a preset power threshold value, the working state of the household appliance 3 connected with the socket 2 is controlled according to the switching states. Therefore, under the condition that the household power consumption is limited, the working state of the household appliance 3 connected with the socket 2 can be controlled according to the switch states of the socket 2 or the switches of all levels of each socket 2, and the phenomenon of tripping of the breaker is effectively prevented.
In the second embodiment, based on the first embodiment, the step S2 further includes:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the first-stage switch and the second-stage switch are in a closed state and the third-stage switch is in an open state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to keep the current working state unchanged.
In this embodiment, when the current total power is greater than the preset power threshold, it is assumed that the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the current socket 2 is an electric cooker, and if the first-stage switch, such as the household electrical appliance communication selection switch, and the second-stage switch, such as the power supply function selection switch, are both turned off, and the third-stage switch, such as the power supply management output switch, is turned on, the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2, such as the electric cooker, is the household electrical appliance 3 that must work currently. Therefore, in the anti-trip control, the priority of the home appliance 3 is the highest priority. In order to reduce the total current of the total circuit, the on-off of other electrical household appliances 3 must be controlled, and the electric cooker continues to work normally.
In the third embodiment, based on the first embodiment, the step S2 further includes:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the first-stage switch is in an on state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to reduce the power or stop working.
In this embodiment, when the current total power is greater than the preset power threshold, it is assumed that the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the current socket 2 is a variable frequency air conditioner, and if the first-stage switch, such as the household electrical appliance communication selection switch, is turned on, both the second-stage switch, such as the power function selection switch, and the third-stage switch, such as the power management output switch, are invalid. At this time, the priority of the household electrical appliance 3 connected with the socket 2, such as a variable frequency air conditioner, is relatively low, so that the variable frequency air conditioner needs to be controlled to reduce power, that is, to operate in a frequency reduction mode; it is understood that, when the household electrical appliance 3 is a fixed-frequency air conditioner, the fixed-frequency air conditioner may be controlled to stop working.
In the fourth embodiment, based on the first embodiment, the step S2 further includes:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the second-stage switch is in an on state and the first-stage switch is in an off state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to stop working.
In this embodiment, when the current total power is greater than the preset power threshold, it is assumed that the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the current socket 2 is an electric kettle, and if the first-stage switch, such as the household electrical appliance communication selection switch, is turned off, the second-stage switch, such as the power supply function selection switch, is valid, and at this time, the third-stage switch, such as the power supply management output switch, is invalid; in this case, the socket 2 can be applied to power management of the home appliance 3 to which no communication module is attached. That is, when the first-stage switch is turned off and the second-stage switch is turned on, the priority of the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2, such as an electric kettle, is relatively low, and therefore, the electric kettle needs to be controlled to stop working.
In the second, third and fourth embodiments, the priority level of the household electrical appliance 3 in the second embodiment is the highest, and compared with the third embodiment, the priority level of the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2, such as an electric kettle, in the fourth embodiment is higher than that of the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2, such as an inverter air conditioner, in the third embodiment.
It can be understood that, when a plurality of sockets 2 are connected to different home appliances 3, if the current total power is greater than the preset power threshold, the home appliance 3 in the second embodiment may be preferentially kept to operate normally, and at the same time, the home appliance 3 in the third embodiment is controlled to operate at a reduced power, and the home appliance 3 in the fourth embodiment is directly controlled to stop operating under the condition that the power requirement still cannot be met. The purpose of preventing the tripping phenomenon is achieved by controlling the working states of different household appliances 3.
Referring to fig. 4, in the fifth embodiment, based on the first embodiment, the step S2 is further followed by:
and step S4, when the current total power is less than or equal to a preset power threshold, controlling the state of each switch and the working state of the household appliance connected with the socket to be kept unchanged.
In this embodiment, when the current total power is less than or equal to the preset power threshold, it indicates that the current total circuit is within the safety range, so that the switch states of the socket 2 may be kept unchanged, and meanwhile, the operating state of the household electrical appliance 3 connected to the socket 2 is kept unchanged.
It is understood that, when a plurality of sockets 2 are connected to different home appliances 3, it is also possible to keep the respective switching states of the respective sockets 2 unchanged, while keeping the operating states of the home appliances 3 connected to the respective sockets 2 unchanged.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a socket and a computer readable storage medium, where the socket includes a memory 25, a processor 22, and a control program of a home appliance stored on the memory 25 and executable on the processor 22, and the control program of the home appliance is configured to implement the steps of the control method of the home appliance described above.
The computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a control program for an appliance device, which when executed by the processor 22, performs the following operations:
when the socket is connected with the household appliance, the first-level switch is turned on to establish communication connection with the household appliance;
acquiring the switching states of the first-stage switch, the second-stage switch and the third-stage switch, and detecting the current total power;
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, controlling the working state of the household appliance connected with the socket according to the switch states.
Further, the control program of the home device, when executed by the processor 22, further implements the following operations:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the first-stage switch and the second-stage switch are in a closed state and the third-stage switch is in an open state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to keep the current working state unchanged.
Further, the control program of the home device, when executed by the processor 22, further implements the following operations:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the first-stage switch is in an on state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to reduce the power or stop working.
Further, the control program of the home device, when executed by the processor 22, further implements the following operations:
and when the current total power is greater than a preset power threshold value, if the second-stage switch is in an on state and the first-stage switch is in an off state, controlling the household appliance connected with the socket to stop working.
Further, the control program of the home device, when executed by the processor 22, further implements the following operations:
and when the current total power is less than or equal to a preset power threshold value, controlling the state of each switch and the working state of the household appliance connected with the socket to be kept unchanged.
Further, the control program of the home device, when executed by the processor 22, further implements the following operations:
the first-stage switch is a household appliance communication selection switch, the second-stage switch is a power supply function selection switch, and the third-stage switch is a power supply management output switch.
