Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Because the starting current of some fixed-frequency household appliances (such as fixed-frequency air conditioners) in the starting-up stage is several times of rated current, in the starting-up stage of the fixed-frequency air conditioners, the current detection device of the power control module detects the total current value I of the household appliancesZVery large, the total current consumption value IZI.e. the total current on the household bus, i.e. the total current value I of all the switched-on household appliances in the householdZIf the current detection device of the power control module detects the total power utilization current IZGreater than a predetermined rated current value I0(i.e. rated current value I of air switch0) When the power control module is started, the transmitting device of the power control module is controlled to send a shutdown command to the fixed-frequency air conditioner, so that the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be stopped immediately after being started.
Although the starting current of the fixed-frequency air conditioner in the starting-up stage is large, the duration of the large current is short, for example, the starting current of the fixed-frequency air conditioner in the starting-up stage is generally 2 to 3 times of the rated current, and the duration cannot exceed 1S. Moreover, the total current I of the household appliance is not generated because the air switch is turned offZExceeding the rated current value I of the air switch0Is immediately switched off, and is adjusted to the rated current value I according to the current flowing through the air switch0The greater the ratio of (A) to (B), the longer the air switch is maintained in the closed stateThe shorter, for example, when the rated current value I is continuously passed through the air switch0The time for the air switch to be switched off is ten to ten seconds at the current of 2 times, and the value of the current flowing through the air switch is the rated current value I03 times higher, the off time of the air switch is 2 to 10 seconds. The invention provides a control method of a fixed-frequency household appliance, which is used for solving the problem that the fixed-frequency household appliance is frequently turned on and turned off under the limitation of an intelligent household power utilization control function so as to enhance the user experience.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the method for controlling a fixed-frequency household appliance includes the following steps:
s10, detecting whether the transmitting device of the power control module has sent the starting command to the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance or not, and acquiring the total power utilization current value of the household appliance;
s20, when detecting that the transmitting device of the power control module has sent a starting command to the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance, starting timing, and judging whether the ratio of the total power utilization current value to the preset rated current value is less than or equal to a preset special starting threshold value or not within a preset timing time;
specifically, the method for controlling a fixed-frequency household appliance in this embodiment first detects whether a transmitter of a power control module has sent a power-on command to the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance, and obtains a total power consumption current value I of the household applianceZWhen detecting that the transmitting device of the power control module has sent a starting command to the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance, starting timing, wherein the timing time is T, and judging the total power utilization current value I within a preset timing time T0ZAnd a preset rated current value I0Ratio of (i.e. K ═ I)Z/I0) Whether it is less than or equal to the preset power-on specific threshold K1.
In this embodiment, the total power consumption current value I of the household appliance isZIs the total current on the household bus, i.e. the total current value I of all the switched-on household appliances in the householdZ(ii) a In this embodiment, the preset rated current value I0For the rated current value I of the air switch in the household0。
It is understood that the preset power-on dedicated threshold K1 and the preset timing time T0 can be set according to actual situations. In this embodiment, the preset dedicated boot threshold K1 is greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 3, that is, 2 ≦ K1 ≦ 3; the preset timer time T0 is greater than or equal to 0.5S and less than or equal to 2S, i.e., 0.5S ≦ T0 ≦ 2S. Preferably, in this embodiment, the preset power-on dedicated threshold K1 is 2, that is, K1 is 2; preferably, in this embodiment, the preset timer time T0 is 1.5S, that is, T1 ═ 1.5S.
S30, if the ratio of the total power utilization current value to the preset rated current value is judged to be less than or equal to the preset special starting threshold value within the preset timing time, controlling the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance to normally start to operate; otherwise, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to be shut down.
Specifically, in the control method of the fixed-frequency electrical appliance of this embodiment, if it is determined that the total current value I is obtained within the preset timing time T0 (i.e., within the time period of 0 ≦ T0) after the transmitting device of the power control module has sent the power-on command to the fixed-frequency electrical appliance is detectedZAnd a preset rated current value I0Is less than or equal to the preset boot-specific threshold value K1, i.e., it is determined that K is equal to IZ/I0When the value is less than or equal to K1, controlling the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance to normally start up and operate; otherwise, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to be shut down. That is, in the control method of the fixed-frequency household electrical appliance of this embodiment, if it is determined that the total power consumption current value I is within 1.5S after the transmitting device of the power control module has sent the power-on command to the fixed-frequency household electrical applianceZAnd a preset rated current value I0If the ratio K of the controlled frequency household appliance is less than or equal to 2, namely the K is judged to be less than or equal to 2, the controlled frequency household appliance is controlled to normally start up and run; otherwise, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to be shut down.
If the control method of the fixed-frequency household appliance detects that the transmitting device of the power control module is already arrangedAfter a starting command is sent to the fixed-frequency household appliance, the total power utilization current value I is judged within the preset timing time T0ZAnd a preset rated current value I0Is less than or equal to the preset boot-specific threshold value K1, i.e., it is determined that K is equal to IZ/I0When K1 is less than or equal to, controlling the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance to continue to keep normal startup operation; otherwise, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to shutdown, that is, the present embodiment determines the total power utilization current value I within the preset timing time T0ZAnd a preset rated current value I0Is greater than the preset boot-up threshold K1, i.e., it is determined that K is equal to IZ/I0>K1, the transmitting device 103 is controlled to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to shutdown, that is, the present embodiment is not configured to detect the total power consumption current value I of the household appliance onceZGreater than a predetermined rated current value I0The controlled frequency-fixed household appliance is controlled to be powered off at the rated current value of the air switch, so that the problem that the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance is frequently powered on and powered off under the limitation of the power utilization function of the intelligent control household appliance is solved, the phenomenon that the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance is continuously powered on and powered off is avoided, and the user experience is enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 2, in a second embodiment of the method for controlling a fixed-frequency home appliance according to the present invention, based on the first embodiment of the method for controlling a fixed-frequency home appliance, the method further includes, after step S10:
s40, when detecting that the transmitting device of the power control module does not send a starting command to the controlled frequency household appliance, judging whether the ratio of the total power utilization current value to the preset rated current value is less than or equal to the preset working stage threshold value;
and S50, if the ratio of the total power utilization current value to the preset rated current value is less than or equal to the preset working stage threshold value, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a starting command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to start and operate when receiving a starting command of a user.
Specifically, in the control method of the fixed-frequency household electrical appliance of this embodiment, when it is detected that the transmitting device of the power control module does not send the power-on command to the controlled fixed-frequency household electrical appliance, the total power utilization current value I is determinedZAnd a preset rated current value I0Whether the ratio K of (A) is less than or equal to a preset working phase threshold K2; if the total power utilization current value I is judgedZAnd a preset rated current value I0Is less than or equal to the preset working phase threshold K2, i.e. it is determined that K is equal to IZ/I0And when the value is less than or equal to K2, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a power-on command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to perform power-on operation when receiving the user power-on command.
It should be noted that the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance executes the startup action only when receiving the startup instruction sent by the transmitting device of the power control module under the condition that the startup instruction of the user is received, that is, the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance responds to the startup command sent by the transmitting device of the power control module only when the user needs to start up the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance, and the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance does not execute the startup action even if receiving the startup command sent by the transmitting device of the power control module under the condition that the startup instruction of the user is not received.
It is understood that the preset operation stage threshold K2 can be set according to actual conditions. In this embodiment, the preset working phase threshold K2 is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 1.5, that is, 1 ≦ K2 ≦ 1.5. Preferably, in this embodiment, the preset operating phase threshold K2 is 1.3, that is, K2 is 1.3. That is, the control method of the fixed-frequency household electrical appliance of this embodiment determines the total power utilization current value I if it is determined that the transmitting device of the power control module does not transmit the power-on command to the controlled fixed-frequency household electrical applianceZAnd a preset rated current value I0Is less than or equal to 1.3, i.e., K is judged to be IZ/I0And if the value is less than or equal to 1.3, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a starting command to the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance to start and operate when receiving a user starting command. Control method solution for fixed-frequency household electrical appliance in embodimentThe problem of the frequent switching on and switching off of the controlled fixed-frequency household appliances under the limitation of the power utilization function of the intelligent control household appliances is solved, namely, the phenomenon that the controlled fixed-frequency household appliances are continuously switched on and switched off is avoided, and the user experience is further enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in a third embodiment of the method for controlling a fixed-frequency home appliance according to the present invention, based on the second embodiment of the method for controlling a fixed-frequency home appliance, the method further includes, after step S50:
s60, starting timing when the transmitting device of the power control module sends a starting command to the controlled fixed-frequency household appliance, and judging whether the ratio of the total power utilization current value to the preset rated current value is greater than a preset special starting threshold value or not within the preset timing time;
and S70, if the ratio of the total power utilization current value to the preset rated current value is judged to be larger than the preset special startup threshold value within the preset timing time, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency household appliance to be shut down.
Specifically, in the control method of the fixed-frequency electrical appliance of this embodiment, when the transmitting device of the power control module sends the power-on command to the controlled fixed-frequency electrical appliance, timing is started, and the total current value I is determined within the preset timing time T0 (i.e., within a time period of 0 ≦ T0)ZAnd a preset rated current value I0Whether the ratio K is greater than a preset boot specific threshold value K1 is determined, that is, whether K is greater than K1 is determined, and if the total current utilization value I is determined within the preset timing time T0 (i.e., within a time period of 0 ≦ T0), the total current utilization value I is determinedZAnd a preset rated current value I0Is greater than the preset boot-up threshold K1, i.e., it is determined that K is equal to IZ/I0>And K1, controlling the transmitting device of the power control module to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency household appliance so as to control the controlled frequency household appliance to shutdown.
In the method for controlling a fixed-frequency electrical appliance of this embodiment, the preset timer time T0 after the transmitting device of the power control module sends the power-on command to the controlled fixed-frequency electrical appliance is reached (i.e. 0 ≦ T)Time period of 0) determines the total current consumption value IZAnd a preset rated current value I0When the ratio K is greater than the preset boot threshold K1 (i.e., it is determined that K is equal to I)Z/I0>K1 time) to send a shutdown command to the controlled frequency-controlled household appliance to control the shutdown of the controlled frequency-controlled household appliance, i.e. the present embodiment is not performed once the total power current value I of the household appliance is detectedZGreater than a predetermined rated current value I0The controlled frequency-fixed household appliance is controlled to be powered off at the rated current value of the air switch, so that the problem that the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance is frequently powered on and powered off under the limitation of the power utilization function of the intelligent control household appliance is solved, the phenomenon that the controlled frequency-fixed household appliance is continuously powered on and powered off is avoided, and the user experience is enhanced.
The present invention further provides a power control module, and referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the power control module 100 includes a power module 101, a current detection device 102, a transmission device 103, a main controller 104, and a fixed frequency household appliance control program stored in a memory of the main controller 104 and operable on a processor of the main controller 104.

Preferably, the preset power-on-dedicated threshold K1 is 2, that is, K1 ═ 2; preferably, the preset timer time T0 is 1.5S, i.e., T1 ═ 1.5S.
