Abstract
本发明公开了一种感温变色的防水防火板材及其生产方法,包括由水渣菱镁胶凝材料、纤维补强微晶复合材料层、本色面层、砂光面、弹性防水层、感温变色涂料浆料、抗污环氧防火涂层、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料组成的感温变色的防水防火板材。本发明采用经过特殊处理的水渣粉作为填充材料进行菱镁胶凝材料的制作,从而能够将废弃且容易引起环境污染的高滤渣废料进行合理利用,不仅做到了废物回收二次利用,且具有较好的防水防潮性能;且有抗污环氧防火涂层粘附在水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料表面,取得了表面光滑,并获得抗污作用;本发明还具有导热系数低、耐热性好、耐老化、容易与其它基材黏结、燃烧不产生熔滴、能变色等优异性能。

本发明涉及建筑板材领域,具体是指一种感温变色的防水防火板材。
背景技术
目前市场上常用的防水装饰板通常是以玻镁板为基板,在其表面刷漆制作而成,这种防水板使用时间长或受到撞击后,油漆易脱落,影响美观,不适宜于室内装饰。防水防潮性能较差,使用寿命较短,不具有防火性能,并且颜色单一。
而我国建材工业资源能源消耗高、污染物排放总量大,造成了严重的环境污染和土地资源浪费把工业废渣、尾矿“变废为宝”,使其“无害化、资源化、减量化”,改善人居环境、建设生态文明,是绿色建材和绿色建筑产业融合发展的迫切需要。
目前,按JC688-2006玻镁平板和JG/T414-2013建筑用菱镁装饰板标准生产的防水板,主要用于防水装修。该防水板以大量的锯末为填充料,产品吸水率>10%,软化系数0.85,抗压强度低。因此,研究一种方法,将尾矿、高炉水渣、轻骨料等应用到室内装饰材料的制作当中,生产出各项性能较好的防水能力且有抗污能力的防水板就显得极为必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于防潮防水、拥有抗污能力、具有防火功能的变色板材,该板材为加入大量高炉水渣为填充料制作的一种感温变色的防水防火板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:一种感温变色的防水防火板材,包括板体,所述板体包括上、下对称设置的纤维补强微晶复合材料层2,所述上、下纤维补强微晶复合材料层2之间填充有水渣菱镁胶凝材料1;所述上纤维补强微晶复合材料层2上部依次设有弹性防水层5、砂光面4、抗污环氧防火涂层7,所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层2和砂光面4之间的间隙填充水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8;所述下纤维补强微晶复合材料层2下部依次设有弹性防水层5、本色面层3,所述弹性防水层5和本色面层3之间设有感温变色涂料浆料6;左右对称设有弹性防水层5。
进一步地,所述水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8由水渣、色片、菱镁胶凝材料1组成。
进一步地,所述色片由所述菱镁胶凝材料1加颜料制成。
进一步地,所述菱镁胶凝材料1通过加颜料制成色片、云母片、染色云母片之一或其组合。
进一步地,所述防水层5渗透到水渣菱镁胶凝材料1中。
进一步地,所述抗污环氧防火涂层7粘附在水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8表面,其作用表面光滑,抗污。
进一步地,所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层2总层数为4~10层。
进一步地,整个感温变色的防水防火板材的总厚度为10~40mm。。
本装置是用在建筑墙面来提供较好的装饰作用的板材,一般的建筑防水板材均采用防水石膏板或者硅酸钙纤维板,而菱镁防水板是一种新型环保型板材,以镁质胶凝材料为主体、玻璃纤维布为增强材料、轻质防水材料为填充物复合而成的,具有较高的抗折强度和防水抗污效果。
另外的,制备这种用于感温变色的防水防火板材的方法,包括一下步骤:
(1)首先制备好凝胶材料:
A、制备29.4°Bé硫酸镁水:将一份重量的七水硫酸镁中加入一份重量的水,使七水硫酸镁溶解成Bé29.4°Bé硫酸镁水;
B、制备色片:取步骤A中一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,并向其中加入一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉、一份重量的水渣粉、一份重量的改性剂、一份重量的颜料色浆,搅拌机搅拌均匀后,平铺在ABS模板上,经养护达到强度后,将其粉碎成片状颗粒。
C、感温变色涂料浆料6的做法:取步骤A中一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉,一份重量的白云石粉,一份重量的水渣粉,一份重量的改性剂,一份重量的感温材料颗粒加入搅拌机搅拌均匀。
D、制备水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1):取步骤A中一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,再向其中加入一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉、一份重量的尾矿粉、一份重量的水渣、一份重量的珍珠岩、一份重量的改性剂和色片,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少两份。
E、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8的做法:一份重量步骤A的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉,一份重量的白云石粉,一份重量的水渣粉,一份重量水渣、一份重量步骤A的色片,一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀。
F、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8的做法:一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉,一份重量的白云石粉,一份重量的水渣粉,一份重量水渣、一份重量色片,一份重量云母,一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀。
(2)开始制作感温变色的防水防火板材:
A、所述的感温变色的防水防火板材在防水板生产线上成型,将制作好的感温变色涂料浆料6浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将相应数量的纤维补强微晶复合材料层2压入感温变色涂料浆料6中,水渣菱镁胶凝材料1浆料铺平在感温变色涂料浆料6上;
C、再次铺放相应数量的纤维补强微晶复合材料层2,铺放水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8浆料,然后铺放无纺布;
D、经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、砂光,形成砂光面4;
F、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干固化,形成弹性防水层5;
G、喷涂纳米抗污材料、烘干固化,形成抗污环氧防火涂层7。
H、形成由水渣菱镁胶凝材料1、纤维补强微晶复合材料层2、本色面层3、砂光面4、弹性防水层5、感温变色涂料浆料6、抗污环氧防火涂层7、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8组成的感温变色的防水防火板材。
其中要说明的是,感温色涂料色浆是一种感温变色即随温度上升、下降反复改变颜色的涂料,感温颗粒直径为1-10um之间,温度最高为280℃,耐熔性好、分散性理想。
纤维补强微晶复合材料以碳纤维或SiC相位作为补强剂制备纤维补强微晶复合材料,按照热膨胀匹配系数原则,以预先根据补强剂各自的热膨胀系数来选用基地材料。通过使用纤维补强微晶复合材料能够增加板材的强度。
本发明所述的水渣为水淬矿渣,一种很好的活性混合料.但由于水渣硬度高且易磨性差,目前,仅有少量被水泥生产企业当作水泥掺合料使用,而大多数钢厂都将水渣作为废料堆放,不但占有大量耕地,且污染环境。而本发明所使用的水渣粉是把熔融状态的高炉渣置于水中急速冷却而形成的,用水淬将高温液态炉渣击碎,变成为松散的水渣;或者用蒸汽或压缩空气将高温液态炉渣击散,变成为蓬松的渣棉。高炉水渣是综合利用的好方法,先进的高炉水渣已经100%得到利用。目前,冲制水渣的工艺设备均能保证水渣的质量,玻璃化程度可以达到90%~95%,水渣平均粒度为0.2~3.0mm,水渣含水≤15%。而在本发明最上部还设有无纺布是为了减少产品表面孔隙率,方便真空吸盘产品下线。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明采用经过特殊处理的水渣粉作为填充材料进行菱镁胶凝材料的制作,从而能够将废弃且容易引起环境污染的高滤渣废料进行合理利用,不仅做到了废物回收二次利用,且具有较好的防水防潮性能;
(2)本发明中抗污环氧防火涂层7粘附在水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8表面,其作用表面光滑、抗污;
(3)本发明所述的板材能够随温度变化而变换颜色;
(4)通过使用纤维补强微晶复合材料能够增加板材强度。

实施例1:
本实施例的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,如图1所示,包括板体,所述板体包括上、下对称设置的纤维补强微晶复合材料层2,所述上、下纤维补强微晶复合材料层2之间填充有水渣菱镁胶凝材料1;所述上纤维补强微晶复合材料层2上部依次设有弹性防水层5、砂光面4、抗污环氧防火涂层7,所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层2和砂光面4之间的间隙填充水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8;所述下纤维补强微晶复合材料层2下部依次设有弹性防水层5、本色面层3,所述弹性防水层5和本色面层3之间设有感温变色涂料浆料6;左右对称设有弹性防水层5。
所述水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8由水渣、色片、菱镁胶凝材料1组成。所述色片由所述菱镁胶凝材料1加颜料制成。所述菱镁胶凝材料1通过加颜料制成色片、云母片、染色云母片之一或其组合。所述防水层5渗透到水渣菱镁胶凝材料1中。所述抗污环氧防火涂层7粘附在水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8表面,其作用表面光滑,抗污。所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层2总层数为4~10层。整个感温变色的防水防火板材的总厚度为10~40mm。
抗污环氧防火涂层7使用抗污环氧防火涂料制作而成,不仅仅具有阻燃特性和耐沾污特性。通过选择填料助剂起到增强碳质层的目的,本发明的填料助剂为纳米材料及氟表面活性剂。
本装置是用在建筑墙面来提供较好的防水装置作用的板材,一般的建筑防水板材均采用防水石膏板或者硅酸钙纤维板,而菱镁防水板是一种新型环保型板材,以镁质胶凝材料为主体、玻璃纤维布为增强材料、轻质防水材料为填充物复合而成的,具有较高的抗折强度和防水效果,但只具有单一的防水效果,而如果增加另一种抗污效果的板材,绘不利于建筑墙面的使用,于是本发明创新的新型环保的水渣菱镁胶凝材料1、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料以及抗污环氧防火涂层7作为主体,得到既能抗污又能防水的板材。而所述水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料1中添加有色片,所述色片为颜料水渣菱镁片,所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层2总层数为4~10层,所述感温变色的防水防火板材总厚度为10mm~40mm之间。
一种制备防水抗污的室外用板的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先制备好凝胶材料:
A、制备29.4°Bé硫酸镁水:将850kg的七水硫酸镁加入1000kg的水使硫酸镁溶解成29.4°Bé硫酸镁水;
B、制备色片:取步骤A中125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,并向其中加入100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉、4kg的白云石粉、100kg的水渣粉、一份重量的改性剂以及2kg的颜料色浆,搅拌机搅拌均匀后,平铺在ABS模板上,经养护达到强度后,将其粉碎成片状颗粒,得到色片;
C、制备感温变色涂料浆料6:取步骤A中125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,再向其中加入100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉、4kg的白云石粉、100kg的水渣粉、40kg的感温颗粒以及一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到感温变色涂料浆料6;
D、制备水渣菱镁凝胶材料1:取步骤A中125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁溶液,再向其中加入100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉、4kg白云石粉、100kg水渣粉、180kg水渣、一份重量的改良剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水渣轻骨料菱镁胶凝材料料浆1,并将其按重量分成至少两份;
E、制备水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8:取步骤A中125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,再向其中加入100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉、4kg的白云石粉、100kg的尾矿粉、150kg的水渣、30kg色片以及一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8;
(2)开始制作感温变色的防水防火板材:
A、所述的感温变色的防水防火板材在防水板生产线上成型,将制作好的感温变色涂料浆料6浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将2层补强微晶复合材料层2压入感温变色涂料浆料6中,水渣菱镁胶凝材料1浆料铺平在感温变色涂料浆料6上;
C、再次铺放2层纤维补强微晶复合材料层2,铺放水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8浆料,然后铺放无纺布;
D、经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、砂光,形成砂光面4;
F、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干固化,形成弹性防水层5;
G、喷涂纳米抗污材料、烘干固化,形成抗污环氧防火涂层7。
H、形成由水渣菱镁胶凝材料1、纤维补强微晶复合材料层2、本色面层3、砂光面4、弹性防水层5、感温变色涂料浆料6、抗污环氧防火涂层7、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8组成的感温变色的防水防火板材,总厚度为10mm。
抗污环氧防火涂层7使用100kg环氧树脂作为基体,加入1kg纳米SiO2、1kg纳米TiO2,氟表面活性剂重量占总抗污环氧防火涂料重量的40%。
无纺布根据本防水板厚度不同选择9g至100g每平方米,其主要作用减少产品表面孔隙率,方便真空吸盘产品下线。
实施例2:
本实施例在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步说明纤维补强微晶复合材料层2的用量对本发明涉及的防水板机械性能的影响。
在本实施例当中,改进了步骤2:
(2)开始制作感温变色的防水防火板材:
A、所述的感温变色的防水防火板材在防水板生产线上成型,将制作好的感温变色涂料浆料6浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将3层纤维补强微晶复合材料层2压入感温变色涂料浆料6中,水渣菱镁胶凝材料1浆料铺平在感温变色涂料浆料6上;
C、再次铺放3层纤维补强微晶复合材料层2,铺放水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8浆料,然后铺放无纺布;
D、经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、砂光,形成砂光面4;
F、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干固化,形成弹性防水层5;
G、喷涂纳米抗污材料、烘干固化,形成抗污环氧防火涂层7。
H、形成由水渣菱镁胶凝材料1、纤维补强微晶复合材料层2、本色面层3、砂光面4、弹性防水层5、感温变色涂料浆料6、抗污环氧防火涂层7、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8组成的感温变色的防水防火板材,总厚度为20mm。
而无纺布根据本防水板厚度不同选择9g至100g每平方米,其主要作用减少产品表面孔隙率,方便真空吸盘产品下线。
实施例3:
本实施例在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步说明纤维补强微晶复合材料层2的用量对本发明涉及的防水板机械性能的影响。

G、喷涂纳米抗污材料、烘干固化,形成抗污环氧防火涂层7。

D、经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、砂光,形成砂光面4;
F、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干固化,形成弹性防水层5;
G、喷涂纳米抗污材料、烘干固化,形成抗污环氧防火涂层7。
H、形成由水渣菱镁胶凝材料1、纤维补强微晶复合材料层2、本色面层3、砂光面4、弹性防水层5、感温变色涂料浆料6、抗污环氧防火涂层7、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8组成的感温变色的防水防火板材,总厚度为40mm。

E、制备水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8:取步骤A中125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,再向其中加入100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉、4kg的白云石粉、100kg的尾矿粉、150kg的水渣、25kg色片、3kg云母以及一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料8;
感温变色的防水防火板材厚度不同,可选择四至十层纤维补强微晶复合材料层。

1.一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:包括板体,所述板体包括上、下对称设置的纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2),所述上、下纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)之间填充有水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1);所述上纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)上部依次设有弹性防水层(5)、砂光面(4)、抗污环氧防火涂层(7),所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)和砂光面(4)之间的间隙填充水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8);所述下纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)下部依次设有弹性防水层(5)、本色面层(3),所述弹性防水层(5)和本色面层(3)之间设有感温变色涂料浆料(6);左右对称设有弹性防水层(5);所述感温变色涂料包括感温材料颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8)由水渣、色片、菱镁胶凝材料(1)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述色片由所述菱镁胶凝材料(1)加颜料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述菱镁胶凝材料(1)通过加颜料制成色片、云母片、染色云母片之一或其组合。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述弹性防水层(5)渗透到水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)中。
6.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述抗污环氧防火涂层(7)粘附在水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8)表面,其作用表面光滑,抗污及防火。
7.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)总层数为4~10层。
8.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述感温变色的防水防火板材的总厚度为10~40mm。
9.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种感温变色的防水防火板材,其特征在于:所述感温变色的防水防火板材用于外墙装饰。
10.权利要求1~4中的一种感温变色的防水防火板材的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先制备好凝胶材料:
A、制备29.4°Bé硫酸镁水:将一份重量的七水硫酸镁中加入一份重量的水,使七水硫酸镁溶解成Bé29.4°Bé硫酸镁水;
B、制备色片:取步骤A中一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,并向其中加入一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉、一份重量的水渣粉、一份重量的改性剂、一份重量的颜料色浆,搅拌机搅拌均匀后,平铺在ABS模板上,经养护达到强度后,将其粉碎成片状颗粒。
C、感温变色涂料浆料(6)的做法:取步骤A中一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉,一份重量的白云石粉,一份重量的水渣粉,一份重量的改性剂,一份重量的感温颗粒,加入搅拌机搅拌均匀。
D、制备水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1):取步骤A中一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,再向其中加入一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉、一份重量的尾矿粉、一份重量的水渣、一份重量的珍珠岩、一份重量的改性剂和色片,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少两份。
E、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8)的做法:一份重量步骤A的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉,一份重量的白云石粉,一份重量的水渣粉,一份重量水渣、一份重量步骤A的色片,一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀。
F、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8)的做法:一份重量的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,一份重量的氧化镁轻烧粉,一份重量的白云石粉,一份重量的水渣粉,一份重量水渣、一份重量色片,一份重量云母,一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀。
(2)开始制作感温变色的防水防火板材:
A、所述的感温变色的防水防火板材在防火板生产线上成型,将制作好的感温变色涂料浆料(6)浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将相应数量的纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)压入感温变色涂料浆料(6)浆料中,水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)浆料铺平在感温变色涂料浆料(6)上;
C、再次铺放相应数量的纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2,铺放水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8)浆料,然后铺放无纺布;
D、经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、砂光,形成砂光面(4);
F、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干固化,形成弹性防水层(5);
G、喷涂纳米抗污材料、烘干固化,形成抗污环氧防火涂层(7)。
H、形成由水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)、纤维补强微晶复合材料层(2)、本色面层(3)、砂光面(4)、弹性防水层(5)、感温变色涂料浆料(6)、抗污环氧防火涂层(7)、水渣色片菱镁胶凝材料(8)组成的感温变色的防水防火板材。
