本发明公开了一种鞋用非织造布及其制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将聚酯切片依次进行结晶干燥、熔融挤出、计量纺丝、冷却牵伸、分丝铺网、针刺和热轧,制成所述原布;将所述原布依次进行胶乳浸渍处理、喷洒粉末、轧机压轧和烘干,制成所述鞋用非织造布;本发明提供的鞋用非织造布产品具有优异的强力、硬挺度、防水性能和使用寿命。

一种鞋用非织造布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于鞋用材料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种鞋用非织造布及其制备方法。
背景技术
鞋用非织造布主要用于鞋面的加强层,起增加鞋面层强力及防止鞋面变形的作用。目前鞋材市场,国内生产厂家使用的主要材料为涤纶短纤热轧非织造布,其产品存在强力低、硬挺度差、防水性能差、使用寿命短等问题,制造流程为短纤维—梳理—热轧—卷绕;杜邦公司使用的主要材料为聚丙烯纺粘热轧非织造布,其产品硬挺度良好,但存在强力一般、防水性能差、使用寿命一般等问题,制造流程为聚酯切片—纺丝—铺网—热轧—卷绕;现在国内高端鞋材市场主要使用杜邦公司的产品,其产品价格高、具有垄断性。
因此,有必要提供一种鞋用非织造布,其可以解决现有产品强力低、硬挺度差、防水性能差、使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鞋用非织造布,使其能够克服现有鞋用非织造布的缺陷,具有良好的强力、硬挺度、防水性能和使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一方面提供了一种鞋用非织造布的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将聚酯切片依次进行结晶干燥、熔融挤出、计量纺丝、冷却牵伸、分丝铺网、针刺和热轧,制成所述原布;将所述原布依次进行胶乳浸渍处理、喷洒粉末、轧机压轧和烘干,制成所述鞋用非织造布。
本发明的另一方面提供了所述的制备方法制备的鞋用非织造布。
本发明提供的鞋用非织造布产品具有优异的强力、硬挺度、防水性能和使用寿命短等问题。
本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后具体实施方式部分予以详细说明。
具体实施方式
下面将更详细地描述本发明的优选实施方式。虽然以下描述了本发明的优选实施方式,然而应该理解,可以以各种形式实现本发明而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。相反,提供这些实施方式是为了使本发明更加透彻和完整,并且能够将本发明的范围完整地传达给本领域的技术人员。
本发明的一方面提供了一种鞋用非织造布的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将聚酯切片依次进行结晶干燥、熔融挤出、计量纺丝、冷却牵伸、分丝铺网、针刺和热轧,制成所述原布;将所述原布依次进行胶乳浸渍处理、喷洒粉末、轧机压轧和烘干,制成所述鞋用非织造布。
通过针刺和热轧,能有效提高原布的强力,进而有效提高鞋用非织造布的强力。
作为优选方案,在烘干处理后还包括分切卷绕工序。
作为优选方案,结晶干燥的温度为160-175℃,进一步优选为160-170℃或者165-175℃。
作为优选方案,所述熔融挤出在螺杆挤出机中进行,螺杆挤出机的各区温度优选为:一区温度为270-280℃,二区温度为275-285℃,三区温度为280-290℃,四区温度为285-295℃,五区温度为283-293℃,六区温度为283-293℃。
作为优选方案,所述冷却牵伸的冷却风的温度优选为18-25℃。
作为优选方案,本发明制备的原布的定量优选为85-95g/m2
根据本发明,优选地,所述胶乳浸渍处理所用胶乳的组分包括丙烯酸胶乳、拒水防油剂和水,所述水、所述丙烯酸胶乳和所述拒水防油剂的质量比为:1:(0.2-0.25):(0.03-0.04)。
所述丙烯酸胶乳的概念为本领域公知,是指以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为基本原料的共聚物的水性分散体,其固含量为45%。
通过胶乳浸渍处理能够提高原布的强力、硬挺度及使用寿命。
根据本发明,优选地,所述拒水防油剂为C8氟素防水剂。所述拒水防油剂的含固量优选为8.5%。
根据本发明,优选地,所述粉末为碳酸钙粉末,喷洒量为经过所述胶乳浸渍处理后的原布重量的0.5-2%。
通过喷洒粉末工序能够进一步提高产品的强力和硬挺度。
根据本发明,优选地,所述轧机压轧的轧机压力为1-2bar。
通过轧机压轧将乳液和粉末浸润到原布的内部。
根据本发明,优选地,所述烘干为圆网穿透式烘干,该烘干的具体步骤为本领域技术人员公知,优选地,烘干温度为200-230℃。采用圆网穿透式烘干能适当提高产品的强力。
根据本发明,优选地,所述针刺的针刺密度为55-65刺/cm2,针刺深度为6-8mm。
通过针刺机对分丝铺网的鞋用非织造布进行针刺加固,使其具有一定的强力。
根据本发明,优选地,所述热轧的压辊温度为200-225℃,压力为45-55bar。所述压辊温度进一步优选为200-220℃。
热轧工序在热轧机设备中进行,热轧机设备的有效工作幅宽优选为5米。本发明通过热轧控制鞋用非织造布的产品的厚度,产品的厚度最低能做到0.25mm。
根据本发明,优选地,向经过所述结晶干燥的聚酯切片中添加色母粒,调节所述原布的颜色。
作为优选方案,以聚酯切片的重量计,所述色母粒的添加比例优选为0.3-0.6%。色母粒在和聚酯切片混合前要进行干燥处理。
本发明的技术方案制备鞋用非织造布所用的原料均可以通过商购获得。
本发明的另一方面提供了所述的制备方法制备的鞋用非织造布。
本发明提供的鞋用非织造布产品具有优异的强力、硬挺度、防水性能和使用寿命短等问题。
以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明:
以下实施例所用的拒水防油剂为C8氟素防水剂,型号为CH-532,公司为上海粹惠精细化工有限公司。
实施例1
向主料仓中加入聚酯切片,经结晶干燥去除聚酯切片中的水分,结晶干燥温度为170℃,小料仓中加入干燥处理后的黑色母粒,通过计量装置计量,以聚酯切片的重量计,黑色母粒的添加比例为0.5%,聚酯切片与黑色母粒混合后,进入螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:一区温度为275℃,二区温度为280℃,三区温度为285℃,四区温度为290℃,五区温度为288℃,六区温度为288℃,然后依次经过计量纺丝、冷却牵伸、分丝铺网、针刺和热轧,制成所述原布,其中,冷却牵伸的冷却风的温度为20℃,针刺密度为62刺/cm2,针刺深度为7mm,热轧的压辊温度为210℃,压力为50bar,分丝铺网后制得的丝网定量为90g/m2
配置胶乳:将水2000kg、丙烯酸胶乳500kg和拒水防油剂60kg混合均匀,然后将原布进行胶乳浸渍处理,喷洒碳酸钙粉末,喷洒量为经过所述胶乳浸渍处理后的原布重量的1%,通过轧机将乳液和粉末浸润到布的内部,轧机压力为1.5bar;最后进行烘干处理,采用圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度为210℃。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别为配置胶乳中,丙烯酸胶乳的用量为450kg,其他配料和制备方法均与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别为配置胶乳中,拒水防油剂的用量为70kg,其他配料和制备方法均与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别为喷洒碳酸钙粉末,喷洒量为经过所述胶乳浸渍处理后的原布重量的1.5%,其他配料和制备方法均与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别为喷洒碳酸钙粉末,喷洒量为经过所述胶乳浸渍处理后的原布重量的2%,其他配料和制备方法均与实施例1相同。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别为胶乳中未加入拒水防油剂,胶乳浸渍处理后没有喷洒粉末工序,其他配料和制备方法均与实施例1相同。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的区别为胶乳浸渍处理后没有喷洒粉末工序,其他配料和制备方法均与实施例1相同。
测试例
对实施例1-实施例5、对比例1-对比例2、实施例1制备的原布和国内厂家以及杜邦公司生产的鞋用非织造布按照GBT18840-2002防水卷材用胎基布标准进行测试,测试性能见表1。

通过测试结果可知,在同等定量和厚度下,实施例1-实施例5的拉力、5%伸长率下的强力和防水等级均优于国内厂家和杜邦公司的产品,因此,本发明的鞋用非织造布具有优异的强力和防水性能;通过紫外灯照射下的强力的检测结果可知,实施例1-实施例5提供的产品在500h照射后的强力保持率大于73%,优于国内厂家和杜邦公司的产品,可见本发明的产品具有很好的使用寿命;通过弯曲性检测结果可知,实施例1-实施例5的产品的折痕严重,可见本发明的产品具有优异的硬挺度。
通过实施例1-实施例5和原布的检测结果可知,通过胶乳浸渍和喷洒粉末处理能够提高原布的强力、硬挺度及使用寿命。
通过实施例1-实施例5、对比例1和对比例2的检测结果可知,通过添加拒水防油剂,提高了本发明产品的防水性能,通过喷洒粉末的工序进一步提高了产品的强力和硬挺度。

Claims (10)

1.一种鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
将聚酯切片依次进行结晶干燥、熔融挤出、计量纺丝、冷却牵伸、分丝铺网、针刺和热轧,制成所述原布;
将所述原布依次进行胶乳浸渍处理、喷洒粉末、轧机压轧和烘干,制成所述鞋用非织造布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述胶乳浸渍处理所用胶乳的组分包括丙烯酸胶乳、拒水防油剂和水,所述水、所述丙烯酸胶乳和所述拒水防油剂的质量比为:1:(0.2-0.25):(0.03-0.04)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述拒水防油剂为C8氟素防水剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述粉末为碳酸钙粉末,喷洒量为经过所述胶乳浸渍处理后的原布重量的0.5-2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述轧机压轧的轧机压力为1-2bar。
6.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述烘干为圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度为200-230℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述针刺的针刺密度为55-65刺/cm2,针刺深度为6-8mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述热轧的压辊温度为200-225℃,压力为45-55bar。
9.根据权利要求1所述的鞋用非织造布的制备方法,其中,向经过所述结晶干燥的聚酯切片中添加色母粒,调节所述原布的颜色。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的制备方法制备的鞋用非织造布。
