技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种内衣防静电处理方法。
背景技术
衣物在相互摩擦后会产生静电,常使衣物站在皮肤上,外衣吸紧在内衣上,尤其是在夏天衣物单薄,外衣吸附在内衣上会造成很多尴尬。严重的在一些易爆场所,这些静电甚至会引发事故。
因此急需一种可以消除内衣上的静电的方法,以避免内衣与外衣之间因为静电而相互吸引在一起。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种内衣防静电处理方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种内衣防静电处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将防静电剂加入到 40-50℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为3-6%的防静电剂水溶液;
(2)将加工成型后的内衣放入上述防静电剂水溶液中进行防静电处理:先在500-1000r/min的转速下搅拌10-15min,然后在40-50℃下超声波处理30-40min,最后静置40-50min;
(3)将经过防静电处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将成膜剂加入到 45-55℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2-5%的成膜剂水溶液;
(5)将步骤(3)脱水后的内衣放入上述成膜剂水溶液中进行成膜处理:先在1000-2000r/min的转速下搅拌10-20min,然后在50-60℃下微波处理15-25min,最后静置30-40min;
(6)将经过成膜处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(7)将步骤(6)脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为70-80℃,即完成防静电处理。
优选地,所述防静电剂由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙二醇10-15份、鲸蜡硬脂基三甲基氯化铵6-12份、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱4-9份、四丁基高氯酸铵7-14份、椰油酰基谷氨酸三乙醇胺盐5-10份、去离子水50-60份。
优选地,所述加工成型后的内衣与所述防静电剂水溶液的质量比为1:10-15。
优选地,所述超声波处理的超声波功率为300-400W。
优选地,所述成膜剂由以下重量份的成分组成:聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵5-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8-14份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3-6份、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐9-16份、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠4-6份、去离子水70-80份。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明内衣先经聚乙二醇、鲸蜡硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、四丁基高氯酸铵、椰油酰基谷氨酸三乙醇胺盐相互复合组成的抗静电剂处理后内衣的表面可以形成微小的导电通道,具备抗静电能力,且使得内衣表面的摩擦系数降低,这样即使内衣与外衣之间形成摩擦,也很难产生静电,即使产生了静电,由于已经形成的导电通道,形成的静电也能快速的从纤维表面转移,不会长时间停留在纤维表面;再经聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟丙基甲基纤维素、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠相互复合组成的成膜剂处理后可提高内衣抗静电的持久性,在内衣的纤维表面形成一层有机分子膜,使内衣更加耐洗和耐磨,避免内衣多次摩擦和洗涤后就失去抗静电能力。
本发明提供的内衣防静电处理方法简单易操作,能使内衣获得优异的抗静电性能,同时对内衣手感影响较小,对皮肤无伤害,经本方法处理后的内衣经多次摩擦和水洗后,仍然具有优良的抗静电性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
本发明的实施例1提供了一种内衣防静电处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将防静电剂加入到 40℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为3%的防静电剂水溶液;
(2)按照质量比1:10将加工成型后的内衣放入上述防静电剂水溶液中进行防静电处理:先在500r/min的转速下搅拌15min,然后在40℃下超声波处理40min,超声波功率为300W,最后静置40min;
(3)将经过防静电处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将成膜剂加入到 45℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2-5%的成膜剂水溶液;
(5)按照质量比1:14将步骤(3)脱水后的内衣放入上述成膜剂水溶液中进行成膜处理:先在1000r/min的转速下搅拌20min,然后在50℃下微波处理15min,微波功率为250W,最后静置30min;
(6)将经过成膜处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(7)将步骤(6)脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为70℃,即完成防静电处理。

(2)按照质量比1:12将加工成型后的内衣放入上述防静电剂水溶液中进行防静电处理:先在800r/min的转速下搅拌12min,然后在45℃下超声波处理35min,超声波功率为350W,最后静置45min;
(3)将经过防静电处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)按照质量比1:16将成膜剂加入到 50℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为3%的成膜剂水溶液;
(5)将步骤(3)脱水后的内衣放入上述成膜剂水溶液中进行成膜处理:先在1500r/min的转速下搅拌15min,然后在55℃下微波处理20min,微波功率为300W,最后静置35min;
(6)将经过成膜处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(7)将步骤(6)脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为75℃,即完成防静电处理。
所述防静电剂由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙二醇12份、鲸蜡硬脂基三甲基氯化铵9份、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱6份、四丁基高氯酸铵10份、椰油酰基谷氨酸三乙醇胺盐8份、去离子水55份。

实施例3:
本发明的实施例3提供了一种内衣防静电处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将防静电剂加入到 50℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为6%的防静电剂水溶液;
(2)按照质量比1:15将加工成型后的内衣放入上述防静电剂水溶液中进行防静电处理:先在1000r/min的转速下搅拌10min,然后在50℃下超声波处理30min,超声波功率为400W,最后静置50min;
(3)将经过防静电处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将成膜剂加入到 55℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为5%的成膜剂水溶液;
(5)按照质量比1:18将步骤(3)脱水后的内衣放入上述成膜剂水溶液中进行成膜处理:先在2000r/min的转速下搅拌10min,然后在60℃下微波处理15min,微波功率为350W,最后静置40min;
(6)将经过成膜处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(7)将步骤(6)脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为80℃,即完成防静电处理。
所述防静电剂由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙二醇15份、鲸蜡硬脂基三甲基氯化铵12份、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱9份、四丁基高氯酸铵14份、椰油酰基谷氨酸三乙醇胺盐10份、去离子水60份。
所述成膜剂由以下重量份的成分组成:聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮14份、羟丙基甲基纤维素6份、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐16份、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠6份、去离子水80份。
实验一:将上述实施例1-3制备得到的内衣以及未进行防静电处理的普通内衣作为对照组进行静电测试,测试方法按《GB/T 12703.3-2009》进行,测试内衣的带电电荷量,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可看出本发明提供的内衣防静电处理方法得到的内衣抗静电能力强,其带电电荷量很小,说明其抗静电能力较高。
实验二:将上述实施例1-3制得的内衣以及未进行防静电处理的普通内衣作为对照组经过500次摩擦和水洗后,再按《GB/T 12703.3-2009》进行测试,测试内衣的带电电荷量,测试结果如表2所示:

由表2可以看出,本发明提供的内衣防静电处理方法得到的内衣即使经过多次摩擦和水洗后,内衣依然能够保持良好的抗静电性能。

1.一种内衣防静电处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将防静电剂加入到 40-50℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为3-6%的防静电剂水溶液;
将加工成型后的内衣放入上述防静电剂水溶液中进行防静电处理:先在500-1000r/min的转速下搅拌10-15min,然后在40-50℃下超声波处理30-40min,最后静置40-50min;
将经过防静电处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
将成膜剂加入到 45-55℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2-5%的成膜剂水溶液;
将步骤(3)脱水后的内衣放入上述成膜剂水溶液中进行成膜处理:先在1000-2000r/min的转速下搅拌10-20min,然后在50-60℃下微波处理15-25min,最后静置30-40min;
将经过成膜处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(7)将步骤(6)脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为70-80℃,即完成防静电处理。
