Abstract
本发明公开了一种复配协同性好阻燃型聚氨酯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、在充满惰性气体的反应釜中加入甲基异丁基酮、MDI以及催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌下加热溶解;b、滴加聚醚多元醇PPG和2‑羟基乙基丙烯酸酯,控温反应1~5h得到预聚产物;c、加入封端剂1,2,4‑三唑和二羟基特戊酸,反应1~2h;d、加入三乙胺中和剂,得到封端的聚氨酯;e、减压脱除溶剂甲基异丁基酮;f、加入去离子水配制成固含量为30~35%的水剂;g、加入阻燃剂,高速搅拌,使其充分分散,即可得到产品。本发明所获得阻燃型水性聚氨酯,具有较强的复合功能,良好的交联性,耐水性,氧指数高,抗燃性能好,产品复配协同性好,储存稳定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃型水性聚氨酯,特别涉及一种复配协同性好阻燃型聚氨酯的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会进步和人民生活水平的提高,各类民用和产业用纺织品的消费量迅速增加,提高纺织品的阻燃性能对确保安全和减少火灾事故有极其重要的现实意义。阻燃织物主要应用于防护服:消防、炉前、焊工等工作服和军服;一般服装:睡衣、婴幼儿等服装;家庭装饰用:地毯、窗帘、墙布等;床上用:毛毯、床罩等;家具用:椅套、台布等;交通运输用:车、船、飞机等装饰布;军事用:炮衣、帐篷布等;工业用:滤布等;公共场所用:影剧院幕布等;其它:假发、人造毛皮、长毛绒玩具等。阻燃纺织品将在国内外有着更广泛的市场。我国阻燃技术和阻燃剂发展较为迟缓,研究阻燃剂和阻燃技术已成为十分重要的课题。
利用聚氨酯成膜能力强且能赋予织物弹性的性能,可使织物涂层阻燃整理后具有较好的耐搓揉性和手感,通过特殊的制作工艺使聚氨酯乳胶对阻燃成分的超细颗粒产生吸附或包覆作用,从而使阻燃剂颗粒能均匀分布且牢固粘附在织物表面的聚氨酯膜中,达到了较理想的效果。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种复配协同性好阻燃型聚氨酯的制备方法。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种复配协同性好阻燃型聚氨酯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、在充满惰性气体的反应釜中加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮、MDI以及催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌下加热60℃溶解待用;b、在步骤a得到的溶液中滴加聚醚多元醇PPG和2-羟基乙基丙烯酸酯,控温反应1~5h得到预聚产物;c、在步骤b中获得预聚产物中加入封端剂1,2,4-三唑和二羟基特戊酸,反应1~2h;d、加入中和剂三乙胺,得到封端的聚氨酯;e、减压脱除溶剂甲基异丁基酮;f、加入去离子水,将反应液配制成固含量为30~35%的聚氨酯水溶液;g、最后分散加入阻燃剂二乙基-N-双羟乙基-氨甲基磷酸酯,即可得到产品,其中,阻燃剂与封端聚氨酯固含量的质量比为1:1~30。
所述MDI与聚醚多元醇的质量比为1~3:1。
根据以上的技术方案,可以实现以下的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明所获得阻燃型水性聚氨酯,具有较强的复合功能,氧指数高,抗燃性能好,产品复配协同性好,储存稳定。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地详细说明,但是本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表示的范围。
实施例1:
在充满氮气或其它惰性气体的反应釜中依次加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮(85.0kg)和MDI(1.0kmol,254.0kg),催化剂量的二月桂酸二异丁基锡(1.2kg),搅拌下加热至60℃溶解;向反应釜中滴加聚醚多元醇PPG (235.0kg) 和2-羟基乙基丙烯酸酯(10.5kg),控制温度在60~95℃,滴毕,保温反应1~5h,将反应液升温至90~95℃,加入封端剂1,2,4-三唑(1kg)和二羟基特戊酸(25.0kg),反应1~2h,接着将反应液降温至80℃,加入三乙胺中和剂,得到封端的聚氨酯,减压脱除溶剂甲基异丁基酮,加入加入去离子水配制成固含量为30~35%的水剂,称取阻燃剂二乙基-N-双羟乙基-氨甲基磷酸酯(78.0kg),加入水剂中,高速搅拌均匀,得到水性复配产品。

1.一种复配协同性好阻燃型聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:a、在充满惰性气体的反应釜中加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮、MDI以及催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌下加热60℃溶解待用;b、在步骤a得到的溶液中滴加聚醚多元醇PPG和2-羟基乙基丙烯酸酯,控温反应1~5h得到预聚产物;c、在步骤b中获得预聚产物中加入封端剂1,2,4-三唑和二羟基特戊酸,反应1~2h;d、加入中和剂三乙胺,得到封端的聚氨酯;e、减压脱除溶剂甲基异丁基酮;f、加入去离子水,将反应液配制成固含量为30~35%的聚氨酯水溶液;g、最后分散加入阻燃剂二乙基-N-双羟乙基-氨甲基磷酸酯,即可得到产品,其中,阻燃剂与封端聚氨酯固含量的质量比为1:1~30。
2.根据权利要求1所述复配协同性好阻燃型聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述MDI与聚醚多元醇的质量比为1~3:1。
