本发明涉及塑料制品的技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车内饰的复合塑料制品。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人民的生活水平越来越高,汽车越来越多的进入了人们的生活。由于我国是个人口众多的大国,所以消费量也巨大。汽车工业发展非常快,而现在的汽车材料侧重与环保和轻量化,所以汽车内饰材料采用复合塑料为主。但是现有的汽车内饰复合塑料存在因过热而发臭,因过潮而发霉的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复合塑料制品,它可以解决现有复合塑料受热发臭,受潮发霉的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种复合塑料制品,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙稀40~45份,聚烯烃树脂20~30份,桑木屑10~12份,丁晴橡胶8~10份,硬脂酸盐2~3份,环氧大豆油3~5份,增塑剂12~15份,抗氧剂2~3份。
上述复合塑料制品,它的制作方法包括以下步骤:1)将所述聚氯乙稀、聚烯烃树脂、丁晴橡胶、硬脂酸盐和环氧大豆油加热至110~120℃搅拌60~90分钟后,然后加入所述桑木屑、增塑剂和抗氧剂加热25~40分钟得到混合料;2)将步骤1)所得混合料注入模具中,所述模具温度为40~45℃,辊压成厚度为0.7~1.2mm的复合塑料制品即可。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:1、采用环氧大豆油为原料可增加复合塑料的抗热性,解决复合塑料过热而差生臭味;2、加入桑木屑有效抑制杂菌滋生,解决复合塑料受潮而滋生霉菌;3、先加热搅拌聚氯乙稀、聚烯烃树脂、丁晴橡胶、硬脂酸盐和环氧大豆油混合后,再加入桑木屑、增塑剂和抗氧剂才能有效把桑木屑融合塑形成复合塑料制品。

下面结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一
本实例这种复合塑料制品的原料如下:聚氯乙稀40kg,聚烯烃树脂20kg,桑木屑10kg,丁晴橡胶8kg,硬脂酸盐2kg,环氧大豆油3kg,增塑剂12kg,抗氧剂2kg。
制作方法如下:
1)将所述聚氯乙稀、聚烯烃树脂、丁晴橡胶、硬脂酸盐和环氧大豆油加热至110℃搅拌60分钟后,然后加入所述桑木屑、增塑剂和抗氧剂加热25分钟得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合料注入模具中,所述模具温度为40℃,辊压成厚度为0.7的复合塑料制品即可。
实施例二
本实例这种复合塑料制品的原料如下:聚氯乙稀45kg,聚烯烃树脂30kg,桑木屑12kg,丁晴橡胶10kg,硬脂酸盐3kg,环氧大豆油5kg,增塑剂15kg,抗氧剂3kg。
制作方法如下:
1)将所述聚氯乙稀、聚烯烃树脂、丁晴橡胶、硬脂酸盐和环氧大豆油加热至120℃搅拌90分钟后,然后加入所述桑木屑、增塑剂和抗氧剂加热40分钟得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合料注入模具中,所述模具温度为45℃,辊压成厚度为1.2mm的复合塑料制品即可。

聚氯乙稀40~45份,聚烯烃树脂20~30份,桑木屑10~12份,丁晴橡胶8~10份,硬脂酸盐2~3份,环氧大豆油3~5份,增塑剂12~15份,抗氧剂2~3份;
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将所述聚氯乙稀、聚烯烃树脂、丁晴橡胶、硬脂酸盐和环氧大豆油加热至110~120℃搅拌60~90分钟后,然后加入所述桑木屑、增塑剂和抗氧剂加热25~40分钟得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合料注入模具中,所述模具温度为40~45℃,辊压成厚度为0.7~1.2mm的复合塑料制品即可。
