背景技术
汽车内饰件一般是指汽车车厢的隔板、门内装饰板、仪表板总成、扶手、地毯等零部件和材料。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述发泡剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、茶皂素、烷基葡萄糖酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或仲烷基磺酸钠中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酰醇胺或羟乙基纤维素中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚氯乙烯100份、聚丙烯50份、异戊烷15份、硬脂酸锌12份、三元乙丙橡胶5份、聚氨酯16份、蒸馏水55份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5份和聚氧乙烯脂肪酰醇胺2份。
