本发明公开了一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯88~98份、苯乙烯66~88份、聚乙烯醇25~45份、纳米二氧化硅15~30份、酚醛泡沫22~26份、硅酸铝10~18份、硅酸钙14~26份、蒸馏水36~66份、发泡剂5~10份和稳定剂3~9份。通过上述方式,本发明汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料能够减少外部热量进入汽车室内,避免在高温天气时汽车室内温度过高,保证汽车室内温度的恒定,减少空调的使用,更加环保可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般是指汽车车厢的隔板、门内装饰板、仪表板总成、扶手、地毯等零部件和材料。
汽车内饰件的质量取决于材料,以前轿车内饰件多用金属、木材和纤维纺织品等材料,外观和质感都不甚理想。随着环境保护意识日趋浓厚,寻找一些可以回收利用、材质安全性能高、加工方便的材料来代替传统的材料,已经成为各国汽车制造业的研究与开发的内容。
在高温天气时,汽车室内温度往往会得到很高,这就增加了空调的使用频率,很不环保。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,能够减少外部热量进入汽车室内,避免在高温天气时汽车室内温度过高,保证汽车室内温度的恒定,减少空调的使用,更加环保可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯88~98份、苯乙烯66~88份、聚乙烯醇25~45份、纳米二氧化硅15~30份、酚醛泡沫22~26份、硅酸铝10~18份、硅酸钙14~26份、蒸馏水36~66份、发泡剂5~10份和稳定剂3~9份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述发泡剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、茶皂素、烷基葡萄糖酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或仲烷基磺酸钠中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酰醇胺或羟乙基纤维素中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯88份、苯乙烯66份、聚乙烯醇25份、纳米二氧化硅15份、酚醛泡沫22份、硅酸铝10份、硅酸钙14份、蒸馏水36份、烷基葡萄糖酰胺5份和羟乙基纤维素3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯93份、苯乙烯77份、聚乙烯醇35份、纳米二氧化硅22.5份、酚醛泡沫24份、硅酸铝14份、硅酸钙20份、蒸馏水51份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐7.5份和脂肪酸二乙醇胺6份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料可以减少外部热量进入汽车室内,避免在高温天气时汽车室内温度过高,保证汽车室内温度的恒定,减少空调的使用,更加环保可靠。

所述发泡剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、茶皂素、烷基葡萄糖酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或仲烷基磺酸钠中的一种。
所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酰醇胺或羟乙基纤维素中的一种。
实施例一
一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯88份、苯乙烯66份、聚乙烯醇25份、纳米二氧化硅15份、酚醛泡沫22份、硅酸铝10份、硅酸钙14份、蒸馏水36份、烷基葡萄糖酰胺5份和羟乙基纤维素3份。
实施例二
一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯93份、苯乙烯77份、聚乙烯醇35份、纳米二氧化硅22.5份、酚醛泡沫24份、硅酸铝14份、硅酸钙20份、蒸馏水51份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐7.5份和脂肪酸二乙醇胺6份。
实施例三
一种汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯98份、苯乙烯88份、聚乙烯醇45份、纳米二氧化硅30份、酚醛泡沫26份、硅酸铝18份、硅酸钙26份、蒸馏水66份、仲烷基磺酸钠10份和脂肪酸二乙醇胺9份。
本发明汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料的有益效果是:
可以减少外部热量进入汽车室内,避免在高温天气时汽车室内温度过高,保证汽车室内温度的恒定,减少空调的使用,更加环保可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、茶皂素、烷基葡萄糖酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或仲烷基磺酸钠中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酰醇胺或羟乙基纤维素中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1~3所述的汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯88份、苯乙烯66份、聚乙烯醇25份、纳米二氧化硅15份、酚醛泡沫22份、硅酸铝10份、硅酸钙14份、蒸馏水36份、烷基葡萄糖酰胺5份和羟乙基纤维素3份。
5.根据权利要求1~3所述的汽车内饰板保温用发泡材料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚乙烯93份、苯乙烯77份、聚乙烯醇35份、纳米二氧化硅22.5份、酚醛泡沫24份、硅酸铝14份、硅酸钙20份、蒸馏水51份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐7.5份和脂肪酸二乙醇胺6份。
