本发明公开了一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯60~90份、聚氨酯泡沫40~54份、聚氯乙烯树脂32~38份、聚碳酸酯30~42份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯20~30份、蒸馏水55~85份、发泡剂10~20份、增韧剂5~15份和稳定剂2~6份。通过上述方式,本发明汽车室内防雾化发泡材料能够减少室内材料中物质的挥发,避免产生雾化现象,保证驾驶员的视线,保证驾驶的安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般是指汽车车厢的隔板、门内装饰板、仪表板总成、扶手、地毯等零部件和材料。
汽车内饰件的质量取决于材料,以前轿车内饰件多用金属、木材和纤维纺织品等材料,外观和质感都不甚理想。随着环境保护意识日趋浓厚,寻找一些可以回收利用、材质安全性能高、加工方便的材料来代替传统的材料,已经成为各国汽车制造业的研究与开发的内容。
现有的汽车内饰件在安装过程中会用到黏合剂,因此成品汽车内饰材料内可能含有许多低分子的易挥发物,这些易挥发物在受热的时候会挥发出来凝结在车窗及挡风玻璃上很难去除,会严重影响司乘人员的视线。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,能够减少室内材料中物质的挥发,避免产生雾化现象,保证驾驶员的视线,保证驾驶的安全可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯60~90份、聚氨酯泡沫40~54份、聚氯乙烯树脂32~38份、聚碳酸酯30~42份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯20~30份、蒸馏水55~85份、发泡剂10~20份、增韧剂5~15份和稳定剂2~6份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述发泡剂为邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺或椰油酰二乙醇胺中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增韧剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、羧基丁腈橡胶或聚丁二烯橡胶中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述稳定剂为正十二醇、硬脂酸胺、聚丙烯酸酯或氧化烷基二甲基胺中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯60份、聚氨酯泡沫40份、聚氯乙烯树脂32份、聚碳酸酯30份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯20份、蒸馏水55份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐10份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份和正十二醇2份。

所述发泡剂为邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺或椰油酰二乙醇胺中的一种。
所述增韧剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、羧基丁腈橡胶或聚丁二烯橡胶中的一种。
所述稳定剂为正十二醇、硬脂酸胺、聚丙烯酸酯或氧化烷基二甲基胺中的一种。
实施例一
一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯60份、聚氨酯泡沫40份、聚氯乙烯树脂32份、聚碳酸酯30份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯20份、蒸馏水55份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐10份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份和正十二醇2份。

一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯75份、聚氨酯泡沫47份、聚氯乙烯树脂35份、聚碳酸酯36份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯25份、蒸馏水70份、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、羧基丁腈橡胶10份和硬脂酸胺4份。
实施例三
一种汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯90份、聚氨酯泡沫54份、聚氯乙烯树脂38份、聚碳酸酯42份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯30份、蒸馏水85份、聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺20份、聚丁二烯橡胶5份和聚丙烯酸酯6份。
本发明汽车室内防雾化发泡材料的有益效果是:
能够减少室内材料中物质的挥发,避免产生雾化现象,保证驾驶员的视线,保证驾驶的安全可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺或椰油酰二乙醇胺中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、羧基丁腈橡胶或聚丁二烯橡胶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为正十二醇、硬脂酸胺、聚丙烯酸酯或氧化烷基二甲基胺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述的汽车室内防雾化发泡材料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括如下组分的原材料:聚丙烯60份、聚氨酯泡沫40份、聚氯乙烯树脂32份、聚碳酸酯30份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯20份、蒸馏水55份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐10份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份和正十二醇2份。
