本发明提供一种无尘料仓,包括吸料设备和储料仓,储料仓包括容料上部和容料下部,容料上部设有容料下部的上方,容料下部采用V型,储料仓内设有吹气送料件,储料仓内顶部设有平料组件,平料组件包括平料电机和平料刮板,平料电机的输出轴连接在平料刮板的中部,储料仓内底部设有送料组件,送料组件包括送料电机和送料螺旋杆;该种无尘料仓,通过振动与吹气两种方式结合实现送料,能够实现顺利高效率送料,无需人员看守,解决出料不顺效率低的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无尘料仓。
背景技术
在中药提取过程中,物料在粉碎后存储在料仓内。目前现有的料仓在使用过程中,由于物料为颗粒或粉末状,容易在料仓的内壁滞留,形成积料,不能顺利送料。同时,在物料被送入料仓时,容易堆积在进料口处,在进料口的下方形成圆锥形,在圆锥形的高度到达进料口时,无法继续进料,方柱形或圆柱形的料仓内的空间只能利用约三分之一,不能实现空间的有效利用。
上述问题是在料仓的设计过程中应当予以考虑并解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无尘料仓解决现有技术中存在的由于物料为颗粒或粉末状,容易在料仓的内壁滞留,形成积料,不能顺利送料,同时不能实现空间的有效利用的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种无尘料仓,包括吸料设备和储料仓,吸料设备设有放料口,储料仓的顶部设有进料口,进料口连通吸料设备的放料口,储料仓包括容料上部和容料下部,容料上部设有容料下部的上方,容料下部采用V型,储料仓内设有吹气送料件,且吹气送料件设于容料上部和容料下部的连接处,吹气送料件包括气包和喷气头,喷气头连通气包的出气口,储料仓内顶部设有平料组件,平料组件包括平料电机和平料刮板,平料电机的输出轴连接在平料刮板的中部,储料仓内底部设有送料组件,送料组件包括送料电机和送料螺旋杆,送料螺旋杆的端部连接送料电机的输出轴,送料螺旋杆设于容料下部的最低端,送料螺旋杆的两端分别活动连接在储料仓的底部两侧。
进一步地,吸料设备采用真空负压吸料设备,吸料设备包括吸料机和真空泵,吸料机的吸料口连通粉碎机的出料口,吸料机连通真空泵。
进一步地,吸料设备还包括除尘罐,除尘罐连通吸料机的排风口。
进一步地,储料仓的进料口两侧分别设有平料组件。
进一步地,喷气头朝向储料仓的底部。
本发明的有益效果是:该种无尘料仓,通过设置平料组件,能够避免物料堆积,使得布料均匀,从而避免物料堆积后储料仓内部两侧空间不能有效利用的问题,从而能够实现更高的空间利用率。通过吹气送料件,通过喷气头将储料仓内斜坡处的积料进行吹气送料,避免斜坡积料的问题。通过底部的送料组件,实现储料仓内物料的输送,储料仓采用V型容料下部,送料组件设置在容料下部的最低端,能够实现最有效的送料。该种无尘料仓,通过振动与吹气两种方式结合实现送料,能够实现顺利高效率送料,无需人员看守,解决出料不顺效率低的问题。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
实施例
一种无尘料仓,如图1,包括吸料设备和储料仓1,吸料设备设有放料口,储料仓1的顶部设有进料口,进料口连通吸料设备的放料口,储料仓1包括容料上部11和容料下部12,容料上部11设有容料下部12的上方,容料下部12采用V型,如图2,储料仓1内设有吹气送料件,且吹气送料件设于容料上部11和容料下部12的连接处,吹气送料件包括气包和喷气头2,喷气头2连通气包的出气口,储料仓1内顶部设有平料组件,平料组件包括平料电机3和平料刮板4,平料电机3的输出轴连接在平料刮板4的中部,储料仓1内底部设有送料组件,送料组件包括送料电机5和送料螺旋杆6,送料螺旋杆6的端部连接送料电机5的输出轴,送料螺旋杆6的两端分别活动连接在储料仓1的底部两侧。
该种无尘料仓,通过设置平料组件,能够避免物料堆积,使得布料均匀,从而避免物料堆积后储料仓1内部两侧空间不能有效利用的问题,从而能够实现更高的空间利用率。通过吹气送料件,通过喷气头2将储料仓1内斜坡处的积料进行吹气送料,避免斜坡积料的问题。通过底部的送料组件,实现储料仓1内物料的输送,储料仓1采用V型容料下部12,送料组件设置在容料下部12的最低端,能够实现最有效的送料。该种无尘料仓,通过振动与吹气两种方式结合实现送料,能够实现顺利高效率送料,无需人员看守,解决出料不顺效率低的问题。
吸料设备采用真空负压吸料设备,吸料设备包括吸料机7和真空泵8,吸料机7的吸料口连通粉碎机的出料口,吸料机7连通真空泵8。吸料设备还包括除尘罐9,除尘罐9连通吸料机7的排风口。通过真空负压吸料设备实现物料的吸料,并通过除尘罐9,实现除尘目的。
储料仓1的进料口两侧分别设有平料组件。通过平料组件,实现储料仓1内的均匀布料,避免进料口处物料堆积。喷气头2朝向储料仓1的底部,进一步保证吹气送料至送料组件。

1.一种无尘料仓,包括吸料设备和储料仓,吸料设备设有放料口,储料仓的顶部设有进料口,进料口连通吸料设备的放料口,其特征在于:储料仓包括容料上部和容料下部,容料上部设有容料下部的上方,容料下部采用V型,储料仓内设有吹气送料件,且吹气送料件设于容料上部和容料下部的连接处,吹气送料件包括气包和喷气头,喷气头连通气包的出气口,储料仓内顶部设有平料组件,平料组件包括平料电机和平料刮板,平料电机的输出轴连接在平料刮板的中部,储料仓内底部设有送料组件,送料组件包括送料电机和送料螺旋杆,送料螺旋杆的端部连接送料电机的输出轴,送料螺旋杆的两端分别活动连接在储料仓的底部两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的无尘料仓,其特征在于:吸料设备采用真空负压吸料设备,吸料设备包括吸料机和真空泵,吸料机的吸料口连通粉碎机的出料口,吸料机连通真空泵。
3.如权利要求1所述的无尘料仓,其特征在于:吸料设备还包括除尘罐,除尘罐连通吸料机的排风口。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的无尘料仓,其特征在于:储料仓的进料口两侧分别设有平料组件。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的无尘料仓,其特征在于:喷气头朝向储料仓的底部。
