Description

A skin repairing composition for mosquito bite and water-based system containing the same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to a composition for relieving itching and repairing skin after being bitten by mosquitoes and a water-based system containing the composition.
Background
Mosquitoes stab human skin through the mouth organ, saliva and secretion of the mosquitoes enter skin tissues, the skin can generate allergic reaction to exogenous components (antigens or sensitizing components) to cause inflammation, the appearance expression is pruritus and redness, and the skin expression of infants and children is more obvious. Some commercial antipruritic drugs can rapidly relieve itching and eliminate swelling, and the main ingredients are paralytic agents and anti-inflammatory agents, and known examples include antihistamines such as diphenhydramine hydrochloride and steroids (such as dexamethasone acetate, etc.), anesthetics such as procaine, tetracaine, dibucaine, lidocaine. Although these antipruritic drugs have a quick action, they are liable to cause dependence and also have side effects. Although some daily chemicals in commerce are declared to have the effects of relieving itching and reducing swelling, most of the daily chemicals have slow effect, poor itching relieving effect and undesirable red and swelling removing effect. Most of products with good effects use higher content of menthol, camphor or borneol, and the ethanol is matched as a solvent, the higher content of the substances inevitably causes stronger skin irritation, can temporarily solve the problems of pruritus and redness, but brings other problems of skin sensitivity or stabbing pain and the like. In addition, some products are prepared into an alcohol-free system by compounding menthol and the extract, and the common problems of the alcohol-free system products are that when the content of the menthol is higher, the system can separate out crystals at lower temperature (0-10 ℃), the appearance is influenced, and the use of packing materials is limited; if the content of menthol is reduced, the itching relieving and swelling diminishing effects are also reduced, and the formula selection is greatly limited.
The related technical field people hope to solve the skin problem after mosquito bite by compounding some compositions, and some medical technical people treat skin pruritus by compounding traditional Chinese medicines, such as patent publications CN201210258152.2, CN201510905942.9 and CN201610367963.4, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine components used in the patent publications are more than ten to more than ten, although the traditional Chinese medicines have good effect, the risks brought by unknown components of the traditional Chinese medicines are not ignored due to the use of too many traditional Chinese medicines, and the use of too many components shows that the compositions are only simple mixing, and the substances which particularly play a role in the compositions and the unknown how to fundamentally solve the source problem are unknown. The patent publication 201510643722.3 discloses a composition for relieving itching due to mosquito bite, which is prepared by compounding menthol with plant components, wherein the menthol content in the composition is 1-5%, and the menthol content is in a higher content range, and when the menthol content is higher than 2%, the damaged skin has stronger irritation, and due to the penetration-promoting property of the menthol, the camphor and ethanol compounded in the composition can increase the irritation of the whole composition, and the composition is not suitable for daily use of consumers. Patent publication 201210460995.0 discloses a preparation method of an artemisia argyi and honeysuckle flower extract, which is prepared by compounding artemisia argyi, honeysuckle flower, chrysanthemum flower and mint to achieve the efficacy of removing miliaria and relieving itching, but the extraction mode of the plant extracts still adopts the traditional decoction or steam distillation, and the active ingredients in the plant extracts belong to heat and oxygen sensitive ingredients, so that the active ingredients in the plant extracts are damaged to a great extent by using the extraction modes, and the menthol content obtained by using the steam distillation mode is low in the mixture, so that the itching relieving efficacy of the composition is worthy of being commensurable in process. Patent CN201210568326.5 discloses an antipruritic agent consisting of triclosan, sodium bicarbonate, ammonia, tea tree oil, menthol, but it has been shown that long term exposure to triclosan-containing products can affect the resistance or hormone levels of the human body, bringing health risks, and the FDA has issued a requirement that triclosan is banned from use in some daily chemical products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing product used after being bitten by mosquitoes has large skin irritation or poor itching relieving and swelling diminishing effects or menthol crystals can be separated out from a product without an alcohol system in a low-temperature environment, and provides a composition which is used after being bitten by mosquitoes and has low menthol content and good itching relieving and swelling diminishing effects, and an alcohol-free water-based system which contains the composition and does not separate out the menthol crystals in the low-temperature environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
A skin repairing composition for mosquito bites comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-2 parts of menthol;
0.05-10 parts of honeysuckle extract;
0.05-18 parts of artemisia rupestris L extract;
0.1-10 parts of reed extract;
0.1-10 parts of poria cocos extract;
0.05-20 parts of licorice substance, wherein the licorice substance is at least one selected from glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetate, glycyrrhetinic acid and glycyrrhetinate;
the honeysuckle extract, the artemisia rupestris L extract, the reed extract and the tuckahoe extract are all water-soluble extracts.
The skin repairing composition used after being bitten by mosquitoes preferably comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-2 parts of menthol;
0.05-5 parts of honeysuckle extract;
0.05-10 parts of artemisia rupestris L extract;
1.5-4 parts of reed extract;
3-10 parts of poria cocos extract;
0.05-10 parts of liquorice substances.
Preferably, the menthol is natural menthol and/or levomenthol. The menthol can be used for quickly diluting or changing the itching feeling of the skin, the consistency of the cooling feeling can be ensured by controlling the mass percentage of the menthol in the water-based system to be lower than 2 percent, and if the addition amount of the menthol is too high, the cooling feeling can be converted into burning feeling or tingling feeling and cause skin irritation. Meanwhile, menthol can change the lipid conformation in the horny layer, so that the fluidity of the horny layer lipid bilayer is increased, the ordered compact structure is changed, the barrier effect of the skin is reduced, and the menthol can promote the skin to absorb active ingredients in the honeysuckle extract, the artemisia anomala extract, the reed extract and the poria cocos extract, and promote the exertion of the efficacy. Excessive use (above 2%) can exacerbate the degree of damage to the skin barrier and is detrimental to skin repair following mosquito bites.
Preferably, the honeysuckle extract is water-soluble powder obtained by carrying out low-temperature water extraction and spray drying on honeysuckle; more preferably, the extraction rate of the honeysuckle extract is 20-10: 1. The honeysuckle extract powder obtained by the process contains high-content chlorogenic acid, luteolin, galuteolin, rutin, inositol, macromolecular polysaccharide substances and the like, can effectively inhibit itch mediums released by keratinocytes, and can effectively promote skin barrier repair. The histamine released by the body after the human skin is bitten by mosquitoes can increase the permeability of the blood vessel wall, tissue fluid seeps out, the skin surface can show itching and red swelling, the skin barrier function is weakened, the ecological environment of the skin surface can also change, the honeysuckle extract can effectively inhibit staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and streptococcus pyogenes, and the inflammation expansion caused by pathogenic bacteria can be effectively prevented.
Preferably, the artemisia rupestris L extract is water-soluble filtrate obtained by microwave extraction of artemisia rupestris L with glycerol, water and butanediol as mixed solvents. The artemisia anomala obtained by the process contains high-content flavonoid substances such as rutin and the like, can reduce the permeability and brittleness of a blood vessel wall, recovers the elasticity of the blood vessel, effectively prevents tissue fluid from seeping after being bitten by mosquitoes, lightens the enlargement of a packet after being bitten by the mosquitoes, has a synergistic effect by being compounded with the honeysuckle extract, can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria on the skin at the position of the bites by the mosquitoes and effectively inhibits the enlargement of the packet and the red swelling area by being compounded with the two.
Preferably, the reed extract is a water-soluble filtrate obtained by extracting reed with a buffered aqueous solvent at room temperature. The Poria extract is water soluble filtrate obtained by extracting Poria with buffered water solvent at room temperature. The extraction process can effectively preserve effective components such as coixol, D-glucose, D-galactose and the like in the reed extract, has a sedative effect on skin after being bitten by mosquitoes, reduces itching feeling, and can promote skin barrier repair. The extraction process can effectively preserve active ingredients such as pachyman, etc. in Poria extract, has effects of resisting oxidation, resisting inflammation, supporting barrier function, helping skin to overcome the defect of hypertonic stress, and promoting repair of affected part due to mosquito bite. The compound use of the reed extract and the tuckahoe extract can effectively inhibit pruritus, allergy and inflammation of histamine released by mast cells.
The liquorice substances contained in the composition have effective antioxidant, antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effects, can relieve excessive skin allergy after mosquito bites, has synergistic effect with the tuckahoe extract to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, and effectively relieves pigmentation after mosquito bites.
The water-based system containing the skin repairing composition used after mosquito bites comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1-50% of a skin-repairing composition for mosquito bites;
5-40% of 1, 3-butanediol;
0.2-10% of solubilizer;
0.1 to 7 percent of cosolvent;
the balance being water.
The water-based system containing the skin repairing composition used after being bitten by mosquitoes preferably comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1-30.5% of a skin-repairing composition for mosquito bites;
10-20% of 1, 3-butanediol;
0.6-5% of solubilizer;
3-7% of cosolvent;
the balance being water.
Preferably, the water is deionized water.
Preferably, the solubilizer is selected from at least one of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, polysorbate-20, polysorbate-40, polysorbate-80, laureth-23, PPG-5 ceteth-20, oleyl ether-20, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, PEG-60 passion flower glycerides, PEG-45 palm oil glycerides, and PEG-60 amygdalin. The solubilizer has mild property, can directly contact with skin, has no stimulation to the skin, and does not influence the repair of the skin after biting.
Preferably, the cosolvent is a polar oleyl ester and/or a C12-18 alkanol polyether.
More preferably, the polar oil is at least one selected from isododecane, isohexadecane, octyldodecanol, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, diethylhexyl adipate, ethyl oleate, isopropyl isostearate, ethylhexyl nonanoate, diethylhexyl carbonate, polypropylene glycol-3-myristyl alcohol ether, decyl oleate and phenoxyethyloctanoic acid. The polar oil is a fluid liquid at the temperature of more than 0 ℃, has good dissolving capacity for menthol, can ensure the solubility of the menthol at the temperature of more than 0 ℃ under a proper proportion, and has mild property and no stimulation to skin.
More preferably, the C12-18 alkanol polyether is used as a non-ionic surfactant, the H L B value is 5-9.5, and the surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of laureth-2, laureth-3, laureth-4, C12-13 alkanol polyether-2, C12-13 alkanol polyether-3, C12-13 alkanol polyether-4, oleyl polyether-2, oleyl polyether-3, oleyl polyether-4 and oleyl polyether-5.
More preferably, the C12-18 alkanol polyether is a liquid that flows at ambient temperature.
The C12-18 alkanol polyether has better oleophylic property, surfactant property and excellent dissolving capacity, can be used for coordinating solubilization of a solubilizer by changing micelle forms and the dissolving state of menthol under different temperature conditions, ensures the transparency of a composition in a water-based system under proper proportion, and can ensure that a formula is clear and transparent at 0 ℃ under the alcohol-free condition.
The 1, 3-butanediol contained in the water-based system can not only keep the product state under the low-temperature condition, but also increase the micelle volume and improve the solubilization performance of the solubilizer by inserting the fence structure of the surfactant. 1, 3-butanediol has certain dissolving capacity to menthol and can help to improve the stability under low temperature conditions. The 1, 3-butanediol can be used as humectant to increase skin moisture and promote healing of affected parts.
The water-based system containing the skin repairing composition for mosquito bites can be added with other additives such as pH buffering agent, essence, preservative, xanthan gum, carbomer and the like according to the performance requirements of the product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the menthol in the composition and the water-based system can provide cool feeling and can quickly relieve or dilute itching feeling, although the content of the menthol in the water-based system is lower than 2 percent, the menthol and other components are compounded in proper amount, and the coordination effect among the components can still ensure that the product has good itching relieving and swelling reducing effects.
Because a series of skin reactions, namely pruritus, followed by wrapping and then redness and swelling, can be generated after the mosquito bites, the problem cannot be fundamentally solved by the combination of single functional components or functional similar components. The composition starts from the root of pruritus and redness, is in simplified design, and effectively solves the problems of pruritus, blocking, redness and swelling and the like in multi-dimensional anti-mosquito bite skin problems of cooling, calming, antibiosis, anti-inflammation, pruritus medium formation inhibition, allergy resistance, pigmentation inhibition, reduction of exudation of interstitial fluid, skin barrier repair and the like. In the invention, menthol extract provides cool feeling and promotes active ingredient penetration, honeysuckle extract and tuckahoe extract respectively inhibit itch against itch mediators released by keratinocytes and mast cells, the effect of artemisia sieversiana extract is mainly on eliminating bags, liquorice substances are mainly on inhibiting allergy, the reed extract is mainly on repairing skin barriers, the combination of the six components exerts a synergistic effect, and the absence of any one component can reduce the effect.
The extraction method adopted by the extract can furthest retain the stability of the active ingredients, and is favorable for ensuring the efficacy of the product.
The skin rejuvenation composition of the invention can be prepared into a transparent aqueous agent, namely the water-based system, by a conventional method, and can still maintain the transparent aqueous agent property under the condition of low temperature (higher than 0 ℃). The water-based system of the invention makes menthol get rid of the dependence on ethanol in the water-based system and solves the problem of low-temperature crystallization and precipitation of the menthol in the ethanol-free system. Although the invention is a water-based system without ethanol, the problem of menthol crystallization at low temperature (0-10 ℃) can not occur, so that the water-based system has wider selection of packing materials, for example, transparent packing materials can be selected, and consumers do not worry about the change of the product appearance.
