本发明涉一种电力变压器冷却系统,属于电力变压器技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,发生在国内外的电力事故使人们意识到电力系统的安全涉及到整个社会经济生活的安全。在电力系统输变电的过程中,变压器作为电能传输的纽带,是电力设备中最重要和最关键的设备之一,其安全稳定运行关系到整个电网的稳定运行。运行在系统中的变压器一旦出现严重事故,不仅会造成设备的自身破坏,还会中断电力网的电能供应,给社会的生产和生活造成巨大的影响。尤其随着电力系统的电压等级越来越高,长期运行在电力系统中的变压器散热的逐步恶化问题显得更加突出,因此,改善变压器运行的散热问题,从而减少绝缘故障已成为现实的迫切需要。

冷却系统中的冷却油包括:1-苯基-1-二甲苯基乙烷 150-160份,月桂基磺酸钠20-30份,氢氧化钾5-6份,亚硝酸钠4-5份,癸二酸2份,二乙醇胺5份,聚正丁基乙烯醚5份,
铝合金复合冷却管包括铝合金管体和铝合金管体外的保护涂层,铝合金元素组成为:Mg 7-8%,Nb 4-5%,Ag 0.7-0.8%,Fe 0.5-0.6%,Ba 0.4-0.5%,Ti 0.2-0.3%,Si 0.1-0.2%,Mn0.08-0.09%,、Zn 0.07-0.08%,B 0.07-0.08%,Ga 0.02-0.03%,Nd 0.01-0.02%,余量为Al,
保护涂层包括:氧化锆100份,碳化钛20-30份,碳化钼10-15份,氮化硅5-6份,碳化铬2-3份。

上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)外部缠绕冷却管的三相绕组有效提高了冷却效率,有保证变压器的正常运行;2)本发明电力变压器冷却系统采用铝合金复合冷却管保证了冷却系统的强度要求; 3)冷却系统中的冷却油具有很好的热传导性使得热量传导更加快。4)保护涂层具有更好的防火性能和绝缘性,又能降低产品成本,提高使用寿命。
