背景技术
现有的电抗器种类繁多,但普遍存在发热量大,寿命短,对周边器件存在热辐射而影响整体寿命,使用噪音高等问题,为了解决发热量大的问题,电抗器采用多种冷却方式,水冷式是其中一种,但现有的水冷式电抗器依然存在冷却不理想,绝缘效果差导致安全性能不够,噪音高等问题。

本实用新型目的在于解决现有技术中的上述问题,提供一种低噪低热水冷式电抗器。
本实用新型为达到上述目的,所采用的技术手段是:一种低噪低热水冷式电抗器,包括外壳、冷却管、导线、导磁磁芯,所述冷却管包括依次连接的左冷却水管接头、左绝缘护套、冷却管路、右绝缘护套、右冷却水管接头,所述左冷却水管接头通过左绝缘护套安装在外壳上,所述右冷却水管接头通过右绝缘护套安装在外壳上;所述导线缠绕在导磁磁芯上,通过其自身的左接线端子和右接线端子固定在外壳上,所述外壳内使用绝缘树脂灌封。
进一步的,所述冷却管采用铜质空心管,并以环形包围导线。
本实用新型有益效果在于:体积小、发热低,冷却水路冷却效果好,发热量减低了1/2,电抗器的使用寿命提高了一倍,对周边器件的热辐射小;采用绝缘树脂灌封,绝缘效果好,安全性高,噪音由100分贝降低到了30分贝,减少了对人体的危害。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的一种低噪低热水冷式电抗器,包括外壳1、冷却管、导线7、导磁磁芯8,所述冷却管包括依次连接的左冷却水管接头4、左绝缘护套2、冷却管路6、右绝缘护套3、右冷却水管接头5,所述左冷却水管接头4通过左绝缘护套2安装在外壳1上,所述右冷却水管接头5通过右绝缘护套3安装在外壳1上;所述导线7缠绕在导磁磁芯8上,通过其自身的左接线端子10和右接线端子9固定在外壳1上,所述外壳1内使用绝缘树脂灌封。
进一步的,所述冷却管采用铜质空心管,并以环形包围导线7。
与一般电抗器相比较具有体积小、发热低,冷却水路冷却效果好,发热量减低了1/2,电抗器的使用寿命提高了一倍,对周边器件的热辐射小。
绕组采用环氧树脂灌封,不仅绝缘效果提高了很多,增加了安全性,而且噪音由100分贝降低到了30分贝,噪音对人体的危害也降低了。

1.一种低噪低热水冷式电抗器,包括外壳(1)、冷却管、导线(7)、导磁磁芯(8),其特征在于:所述冷却管包括依次连接的左冷却水管接头(4)、左绝缘护套(2)、冷却管路(6)、右绝缘护套(3)、右冷却水管接头(5),所述左冷却水管接头(4)通过左绝缘护套(2)安装在外壳(1)上,所述右冷却水管接头(5)通过右绝缘护套(3)安装在外壳(1)上;所述导线(7)缠绕在导磁磁芯(8)上,通过其自身的左接线端子(10)和右接线端子(9)固定在外壳(1)上,所述外壳(1)内使用绝缘树脂灌封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低噪低热水冷式电抗器,其特征在于:所述冷却管采用铜质空心管,并以环形包围导线(7)。
