背景技术
以往,众所周知,作为此种热源机,在燃烧筐体的一侧的侧板的燃烧器与热交换器之间的部分安装有电极部件,该电极部件包括:穿过该侧板上形成的通孔而突出到燃烧筐体内的点火电极、点火棒等电极、和供电极插通固定用的绝缘部件(例如参见专利文献1)。其中,绝缘部件具有与一侧的侧板的通孔的周围部分的外表面重叠的凸缘部,在该凸缘部与一侧的侧板之间夹设有垫圈的状态下,将与凸缘部的外表面重叠的压板紧固于一侧的侧板,由此,电极部件被安装于一侧的侧板。
上述现有例中,压板的温度因为经由绝缘部件的传热而上升。并且,关于燃烧器的额定燃烧量被增大了的热源机,其压板的温度会大幅上升。并且,包含与电极部件连接的导线在内的电线束与压板相接触,电线束有时会因热而损伤。这种情况下,为了抑制热从绝缘部件传递到压板,也可以考虑在绝缘部件的凸缘部与压板之间夹设第二垫圈,不过,这样会导致成本增加。

另外,本发明中,优选为,当水管被安装于一侧的侧板的电极部件的安装部位的上下,并且这些上下的水管被安装于一侧的侧板的内表面的情况下,压板的上部和下部与一侧的侧板的上下的水管的安装部相接触,当上下的水管被安装于一侧的侧板的外表面的情况下,压板的上部和下部与上下的水管相接触。由此,能够利用上下的水管,高效率地冷却压板,从而能够更可靠地抑制压板的温度上升。

参照图1~图4,本发明的实施方式的热源机包括:使燃烧面1a朝向下方的朝下姿势的燃烧器1、和包围从燃烧面1a喷射出的混合气的燃烧空间的燃烧器1的下侧的燃烧筐体2。燃烧筐体2由前侧与后侧的侧板21、22、和横向一侧与横向另一侧的侧板23、24构成。另外,在燃烧筐体2内的下部收纳有对水进行加热的供热水用或供暖用的热交换器3。
燃烧器1由下表面为开放面的燃烧器主体11、和安装于燃烧器主体11的下表面的且构成燃烧面1a的燃烧板12构成。在燃烧器主体11上开设有:连接着供给混合气的风扇4的流入口111。在流入口111安装有:用于对风扇4停止时残留在燃烧器主体11内的混合气回流到风扇4侧进行阻止的止向阀13。止向阀13由嵌入于流入口111的阀筐体131、和开闭自如地被轴支撑于阀筐体131的开口部的阀板132构成,其中该阀筐体131的开口部是朝向燃烧器主体11内部的。另外,燃烧板12在中央部具有较大的开口部。在该开口部安装有耐热纤维的织造布121,并且,在该织造布121上重合:形成有多个分布孔的分布板122。并且,使得燃烧器主体11内的混合气经由分布板122和织造布121而喷射出,进行全一次燃烧。
