技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种高抗拉强度保温复合板以及一种高抗拉强度保温复合板的制造方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人口密度的增加,人们对建筑材料的性能也提出了更高的要求,尤其在北方地区,冬季寒冷,集中供暖的热量损失十分大,不仅浪费能源,也使人们无法享受舒适的室内温度。目前建筑行业大多采用聚苯乙烯作为保温材料来填充墙体,但这种材料阻燃性能差,燃烧后会产生大量的有毒气体,对人产生二次伤害,现有的建筑板材一般都不能同时具有保温和防火性能,需要进行两次施工来实现保温和防火的要求,施工复杂,工期长,成本也较高。
岩棉板以玄武岩为材料,经过高温熔融加工成的无机纤维,具有质量轻、导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点,初始研制在建筑中常见的应用类型多用于工业建筑且应符合《建筑绝热材料的应用类型和基本要求》的规定。岩棉板是一周新型的保温、隔热、吸声材料。经表面处理的憎水型岩棉板为保温隔热层,采用粘、钉结合公寓与基层墙体连接固定,并由抹面浆料和增强耐碱网格布符合而成的不燃型网格布复合而成,从而构成不燃型建筑保温系统。
中国专利申请号为CN201120515018.7公开了一种岩棉保温板。它是一种层状结构,包括设置在中间的玻璃棉层和分别覆盖贴设在玻璃棉层上下两面的玻璃面纤维网格布。它主要解决现有外墙保温材料没有引入玻璃棉材料的技术问题,能充分利用玻璃棉材料成型好、体积密度小、热导率彽、保温绝热、吸音性能好、耐腐饰、化学性能稳定等特点,并改良其作为外墙保温材料时施工性能的问题。
目前的岩棉结构的保温板往往强度不高,容易发生分层脱落现象,不仅影响了其正常使用,对墙体结构造成安全隐患,而且还影响了其保温性能,此外,现有的上述保温板由于结构设计不够合理以及浆料涂层的成分够科学,导致其粘结力差,同时也降低了其保温、隔热性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种报废率低、加工难度低的复合保温板的制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种高抗拉强度保温复合板,包括岩棉板1和玻纤网格布2,所述岩棉板1有若干块且每块岩棉板1由若干片岩棉条拼合而成,所述玻纤网格布2覆盖在岩棉板1的上下两侧且通过浆料涂层3粘结在岩棉板1上,所述岩棉条与玻纤网格布2所在的平面垂直,相邻的岩棉板1之间留有9-11mm的间隙4且岩棉板1的厚度具体为16-18cm,所述岩棉板1的上下端面设有连通的通槽,所述通槽的内径为3-5mm,所述通槽内穿插有实心的钢管5且钢管5与通槽过盈配合;
所述的浆料涂层包括水泥、石英砂、聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂、促进剂以及水,所述浆料涂层的厚度具体为9-11mm。
优选的,所述浆料涂层中,所述水泥、石英砂和水的质量比为水泥∶石英砂∶水=2∶3∶1,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的总量(质量分数)控制在2.5%-3.0%。
优选的,所述保水剂具体为羧甲基纤维素,所述促进剂由碱类物质和硫酸盐混合而成。
一种高抗拉强度保温复合板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将水泥、石英砂、聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂、促进剂以及水共六种原料搅拌混合后制成浆料,在岩棉的其中一面上铺上玻纤网格布,接着在玻纤网格布上均匀涂抹浆料,涂抹完成后,放置室温下停放24-26小时;
(2)待浆料涂层干燥后,将岩棉板翻过来,再按照上述步骤涂抹岩棉的另一面,同样停放24-26小时;
(3)最后待浆料涂层完全干燥后,将成型后的保温板切割成所需要的尺寸即可。
优选的,所述浆料涂层的厚度为9mm。
优选的,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的质量比为9∶3∶1。
优选的,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的总量(质量分数)控制在2.8%。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的保温板将岩棉条与玻纤网格布所在的平面垂直布置,借助于岩棉条中岩棉纤维长度方向上的高抗拉伸性,且在岩棉板中设置条形的通槽并在通槽内穿插实心的钢管,,可以提高保温板的抗拉强度,使其不易出现分层脱落现象。
(2)本发明所以的岩棉在生产过程中未使用石棉、CFC、HFC/HCFC等对环境有害的物质,不会被腐蚀或产生霉变、细菌等,岩棉板纤维细长、韧性极好,经过多重褶叠处理,纤维呈立型网状分布,确保岩棉板表面拉力、拉力增强一倍以上;
(3)本发明通过在岩棉板之间留有一定间隙,浆料涂层再涂抹的过程中可以有一部分渗入到涂层内,起到提高玻纤网格布与岩棉板的粘结力的作用。
(4)通过优化浆料涂层配方,特别是聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的配方,一方面起到了提高粘结力的作用,另一方面,上述物质含量少,对环境的污染小,环保性高。
(5)本发明的方法工艺简单,操作便捷,效率高。

实施例3

(3)、最后待浆料涂层3完全干燥后,将成型后的保温板切割成所需要的尺寸即可。
在本实施例中,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的质量比为9∶3∶1。
基于上述,本发明的保温板将岩棉条与玻纤网格布2所在的平面垂直布置,借助于岩棉条中岩棉纤维长度方向上的高抗拉伸性,且在岩棉板1中设置条形的通槽并在通槽内穿插实心的钢管5,可以提高保温板的抗拉强度,使其不易出现分层脱落现象;本发明所以的岩棉在生产过程中未使用石棉、CFC、HFC/HCFC等对环境有害的物质,不会被腐蚀或产生霉变、细菌等,岩棉板1纤维细长、韧性极好,经过多重褶叠处理,纤维呈立型网状分布,确保岩棉板1表面拉力、拉力增强一倍以上;本发明通过在岩棉板1之间留有一定间隙4,浆料涂层3再涂抹的过程中可以有一部分渗入到涂层内,起到提高玻纤网格布2与岩棉板1的粘结力的作用;通过优化浆料涂层3配方,特别是聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的配方,一方面起到了提高粘结力的作用,另一方面,上述物质含量少,对环境的污染小,环保性高;本发明的方法工艺简单,操作便捷,效率高。

2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高抗拉强度保温复合板,其特征在于,所述浆料涂层(3)中,所述水泥、石英砂和水的质量比为水泥∶石英砂∶水=2∶3∶1,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的总量(质量分数)控制在2.5%-3.0%。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高抗拉强度保温复合板,其特征在于,所述保水剂具体为羧甲基纤维素,所述促进剂由碱类物质和硫酸盐混合而成。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的复合保温板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将水泥、石英砂、聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂、促进剂以及水共六种原料搅拌混合后制成浆料,在岩棉的其中一面上铺上玻纤网格布(2),接着在玻纤网格布(2)上均匀涂抹浆料,涂抹完成后,放置室温下停放24-26小时;
(2)待浆料涂层(3)干燥后,将岩棉板(1)翻过来,再按照上述步骤涂抹岩棉的另一面,同样停放24-26小时;
(3)最后待浆料涂层(3)完全干燥后,将成型后的保温板切割成所需要的尺寸即可。
5.根据权利要求书4所述的一种高抗拉强度保温复合板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述浆料涂层(3)的厚度为9mm。
6.根据权利要求书4所述的一种高抗拉强度保温复合板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的质量比为9∶3∶1。
7.根据权利要求书6所述的一种高抗拉强度保温复合板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物乳胶粉、保水剂和促进剂的总量(质量分数)控制在2.7%。
