技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料技术领域,特别是一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板。
背景技术
目前的墙体保温材料,主要有模塑膨胀聚苯板(EPS)、挤塑聚苯板(XPS)、聚氨酯(PU) 等有机保温板类和保温砂浆类等。有机保温材料类的导热系数虽较低,但其防火安全性能普 遍较差,不燃性只能达到B1级,且燃烧过程中极易产生有毒有害气体,一旦发生火灾,往 往造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。有机保温材料中,EPS、XPS遇火熔融滴落,容易引起火 灾的蔓延。XPS从诞生开始,就争议不断,强度太高,透气性差,难粘接,以及尺寸稳定性
差等问题,一直是工程质量的隐患,出的工程问题也很多,如脱落、开裂、空鼓等;PU保温 材料遇火以后,燃烧过程中会产生大量的有毒烟气,危害更大,属于易燃品,火灾危险性大。
随着外墙保温建筑节能方式的日渐普及,易燃保温材料引发的火灾时有发生,建筑保温材料 已成为危险的杀手,现有建筑保温材料由于快速蔓延火势的特性,从而导致的大火来势迅猛 且难以扑救,燃烧时的有毒烟气难以避免,往往导致重大的人员伤亡。为此,公安部65号文 要求建筑保温材料的燃烧性能为A级。
目前,在夏热冬冷地区,应用范围较广的保温砂浆类保温材料主要有无机玻化微珠保温 砂浆,虽然其防火性能较好,但在工程中出现的问题也很多。主要表现在保温层开裂、保温
隔热性能差、膨胀以及干密度大等,浆料的导热系数远高于标准规定值,能够达到的节能效 果有限。就玻化微珠保温浆料来说,实际应用中往往采用膨胀珍珠岩代替玻化微珠,由于其 强度差,搅拌易破碎,导致玻化微珠保温浆料的干密度高,浆料固化后,吸水膨胀极易造成 破坏,这些因素都极大地影响了浆料的保温隔热性能。总之,无机玻化微珠保温砂浆,由于 自身的缺点如吸水率大,导热系数高,容易空鼓开裂,尤其是现场施工质量难以控制,在寒
冷地区的应用已被限制。
鉴于目前的外墙保温材料现状,急需一种保温隔热性能好,同时又具备A级防火性能且 施工方便的新型保温材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种既具有优异的保温隔热性能又具有良好的防火性能的装饰用轻型防晒保温板。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板,包括芯材、设置于芯材的两个表面上的织物面,每个织物面的外表面均设置有一层聚合砂浆层,所述的聚合砂浆层由以下重量配比的砂浆组成:水泥200~250份,玻化微珠500~550份,双飞粉 50~80份,可再分散性乳胶粉20~30份,保水剂2~4份,消泡剂0.5~1 份,聚丙烯纤维1~2份,憎水剂2~3份,水200~250份,所述的聚合砂浆层的外表面均涂覆有一层抗晒涂层,所述的抗晒涂层由以下重量配比的组分制成:明胶50~60份,钛白粉 4~5份,轻质碳酸钙30~40份,锂电气石5~8份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5~1.0份,丙二醇2~3份。所述的芯材为防水岩棉保温板,所述的防水岩棉保温板厚度为50mm。
装饰用轻型防晒保温板的传热系数为0.35-0.45W/m2.K。
所述的聚合砂浆层由以下重量配比的砂浆组成:水泥225份,玻化微珠525份,双飞粉 65份,可再分散性乳胶粉25份,保水剂3份,消泡剂0.8 份,聚丙烯纤维1份,憎水剂3份,水225份,所述的抗晒涂层由以下重量配比的组分制成:明胶55份、钛白粉 4.5份、轻质碳酸钙35份、锂电气石7份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.8份、丙二醇2.5份。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明既具有优异的保温隔热性能,又具有良好的防火性能,有效地解决了现有保温材料的保温隔热性能与防火性能不能共存的问题。织物面为芯材提供所需的抗冲击性能、防水抗渗性能以及抗裂性能,克服了普通无机保温板防水性差、表面强度低的缺点。提高了墙体保温系统的整体防火性能;抗晒涂层使得板材长时间照射不变色。

如图1所示,一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板,包括芯材1、设置于芯材1的两个表面上的织物面2,每个织物面2的外表面均设置有一层聚合砂浆层3,所述的聚合砂浆层3由以下重量配比的砂浆组成:水泥200份,玻化微珠500份,双飞粉 50份,可再分散性乳胶粉20份,保水剂2份,消泡剂份,聚丙烯纤维1份,憎水剂2份,水200份,所述的聚合砂浆层3的外表面均涂覆有一层抗晒涂层4,所述的抗晒涂层4由以下重量配比的组分制成:明胶50份,钛白粉 4份,轻质碳酸钙30份,锂电气石5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份,丙二醇2份,所述的芯材1为防水岩棉保温板。

1.一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板,其特征在于:包括芯材(1)和设置于芯材(1)的两个表面上的织物面(2),每个织物面(2)的外表面均设置有一层聚合砂浆层(3),所述的聚合砂浆层(3)由以下重量配比的砂浆组成:水泥200~250份,玻化微珠500~550份,双飞粉 50~80份,可再分散性乳胶粉20~30份,保水剂2~4份,消泡剂0.5~1 份,聚丙烯纤维1~2份,憎水剂2~3份,水200~250份,所述的聚合砂浆层(3)的外表面均涂覆有一层抗晒涂层(4),所述的抗晒涂层(4)由以下重量配比的组分制成:明胶50~60份,钛白粉
4~5份,轻质碳酸钙30~40份,锂电气石5~8份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5~1.0份,丙二醇2~3份,所述的芯材(1)为防水岩棉保温板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板,其特征在于:所述的防水岩棉保温板厚度为50mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板,其特征在于:其传热系数为0.35-0.45W/m2.K。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用轻型防晒保温板,其特征在于:所述的聚合砂浆层(3)由以下重量配比的砂浆组成:水泥225份,玻化微珠525份,双飞粉 65份,可再分散性乳胶粉25份,保水剂3份,消泡剂0.8 份,聚丙烯纤维1份,憎水剂3份,水225份,所述的抗晒涂层(4)由以下重量配比的组分制成:明胶55份、钛白粉 4.5份、轻质碳酸钙35份、锂电气石7份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.8份、丙二醇2.5份。
