一种新型低温上浆工艺,所述上浆工艺包括常温调浆、低温上浆;常温调浆;将丙烯酸共聚浆料与水按1:3质量比例稀释,在供应桶中搅拌10~15分钟至均匀,浆液含固率6.5%;低温上浆;浆槽温度45~50度,浆液黏度5~6秒;浆纱车速60~80m/min,上浆率6~8%,浆纱回潮率9.5%。本发明中,高支高密织物为天丝、竹纤维、莫代尔、维劳夫特等人造纤维素纤维纯纺纱或人造纤维与天然纤维素纤维的混纺高支高密品种。本发明提供的常温调浆,低温上浆工艺不仅节约蒸汽能源,对改善浆纱操作环境、实现安全生产也起到重大作用。

技术领域
本发明属于织物生产技术领域,具体涉及混纺高支高密织物低温上浆工艺。
背景技术
天丝、竹纤维、莫代尔、维劳夫特等人造纤维素纤维不耐高温高湿,在高温高湿环境下易变形膨胀,湿伸长变大,强力降低,不利于保持浆纱的弹性和伸长;所用变性淀粉为主的浆料浆纱时,上浆纱线较脆硬,浆纱的柔韧性、耐屈曲性下降,织造时经停增加,开车横档相应增多,下机一等品率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种人造纤维与棉纤维混纺或人造纤维纯纺高支高密织物低温上浆工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:一种新型低温上浆工艺,所述上浆工艺包括常温调浆、低温上浆;
常温调浆;将丙烯酸共聚浆料与水按1:3质量比例稀释,在供应桶中搅拌10~15分钟至均匀,浆液含固率6.5%;
低温上浆;浆槽温度45~50度,浆液黏度5~6秒;浆纱车速60~80m/min,上浆率6~8%,浆纱回潮率9.5%。
作为优选的低温上浆;浆槽温度45度,浆液黏度5秒,浆纱车速70m/min,上浆率8%,浆纱回潮率9.5%。
本发明中,高支高密织物为天丝、竹纤维、莫代尔、维劳夫特等人造纤维素纤维纯纺纱或人造纤维与天然纤维素纤维的混纺高支高密品种。
有益效果:本发明提供的常温调浆,低温上浆工艺不仅节约蒸汽能源,对改善浆纱操作环境、实现安全生产也起到重大作用;该丙烯酸共聚浆料易退浆、易降解,实现低碳环保上浆;低温上浆减少蒸汽飞溅产生的浆斑及浆槽断头,上浆率低、浆纱柔韧、光滑、耐磨有利于减少织造停台时的伸长变形,有效减少开车横档、波浪纹等织造疵点,实现了多组分混纺品种的高效、高质织造。

实施例1
一种新型低温上浆工艺,所述上浆工艺包括常温调浆、低温上浆;
常温调浆;将丙烯酸共聚浆料与水按1:3质量比例稀释,在供应桶中搅拌10~15分钟至均匀,浆液含固率6.5%;
低温上浆;浆槽温度45~50度,浆液黏度5~6秒;浆纱车速60~80m/min,上浆率6~8%,浆纱回潮率9.5%。
