本发明有关一种抗腐蚀复合层,尤其是一种结合多个含有纳米石墨烯片的抗腐蚀层所构成的抗腐蚀复合层。
背景技术
根据统计,国家的经济发展与材料的腐蚀有密切的关系,全球每年因腐蚀所造成的损失金额难以估算,各个国家每年因腐蚀总损失占其全国经济产能的比率虽然有所不同,不过金额都相当庞大,腐蚀造成的损失不容忽视。以中国台湾为例,地处四面环海的地区,气候潮湿易受海风盐分与工业污染物的影响,腐蚀情形非常严重。除了腐蚀本身所造成的经济损失外,伴随腐蚀而产生的停机、以及原料和电、热能的损耗增加等问题所导致的间接损失更是惊人。
目前防腐蚀技术不外乎阴极防蚀技术、阳极保护技术以及使用抗腐蚀涂料等,其中以抗腐蚀涂料为最常见且广泛应用的防腐蚀技术。防止金属腐蚀最直接的方法为,有效的隔离屏蔽金属与容易造成腐蚀的因子,以避免发生腐蚀反应。抗腐蚀涂料的防蚀机制着重于物理性阻隔腐蚀因子,如阻隔氧气与水气的渗透,以推迟腐蚀速率而保护金属。一般而言,绝大多数抗蚀涂料添加特殊防锈颜料,当涂布于底材上的抗蚀涂料接触到水气,其中的防锈颜料会释放出抑制性离子使金属底材的阴/阳极反应产生钝态,藉此达到防锈功能,例如:红丹、锌铬黄、磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝等,此种纳米复合材料的防蚀特性已在许多文献中证实。
自从2004年英国曼彻斯特大学Andre Geim与Konstantin Novoselov成功利用胶带剥离石墨的方式获得单层石墨烯(graphene),并获得2010年的诺贝尔物理奖以来,石墨烯的导电性、导热性、抗化性等各种优异性能即不断被产业界应用于不同的领域。石墨烯主要是由sp2混成轨域组成六角形蜂巢排列的二维晶体结构,其厚度仅为0.335nm,亦即仅一个碳原子直径的大小,石墨烯是目前最薄也是最坚硬的材料,机械强度可远高于钢铁百倍,而比重却仅约钢铁的四分之一。此外,石墨烯具有绝佳的不可渗透性及高比表面积,该特性可有效延长水气及氧气穿透高分子基材的路径,降低氧气及水气透过率,因而可以应用于防腐蚀涂料。
然而,在实际应用上最常面临的问题是,石墨烯很容易聚集、堆栈而结块,亦即不容易均匀分散,如何防止石墨烯薄片彼此不均匀地堆栈的现象,以获得高均匀性且层数少的石墨烯粉体,一直都是产业界最需解决的技术瓶颈。
第105086758A号中国专利描述了一种石墨烯防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,主要是利用添加石墨烯的方式以降低富锌涂料中的含锌量,此石墨烯防腐蚀涂料的防腐蚀性能需要相当于富锌环氧防腐涂料,且同时具备耐酸碱高硬度柔韧性佳的特性。然而,该专利所述的环氧树脂组分中石墨烯、锌粉以及填料所占重量比高达60至80%,除了填料含量过高可能导致树脂层产生导致腐蚀的孔隙或通道之外,石墨烯与填料的亲和度不佳可能造成石墨烯不能均匀分散于树脂、锌粉和填料之间的问题。
第2886616A1号欧洲专利提及利用添加石墨烯取代涂料中的铬酸盐缓蚀剂来制造无铬盐的防腐蚀涂料,但是其为水性涂料,其抗腐蚀性与一般的铬盐抗腐蚀涂料性能相差甚远。
第104693976A号中国专利描述了一种多层耐腐蚀涂层体系,包括使用聚酯树脂的第一涂层以及使用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)树脂与丙烯酸树脂的第二涂层,其藉由多涂层的特性达到抗腐蚀的需求。但是,此多层耐腐蚀涂层体系是经由多道干燥以及固化步骤所制成,各涂层固化后的平坦度涉及不同涂层间的孔洞率与多层耐腐蚀涂层整体的厚度大小,涂层间的孔洞率影响耐腐蚀涂层的耐候性与防蚀力,整体厚度过大的多层腐蚀涂层不易施工,再者,该多层腐蚀涂层仍使用传统的防锈颜料,如氧化铁黄、磷酸锌、铬绿等重金属颜料,具有环境污染的问题。
此外,第2002239455A号日本专利公开一种使用含有丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂以及异氰酸酯化合物所组成的涂料组合物的涂膜形成方法,但是此涂膜不能完全的有效抑制盐雾引起的涂膜劣化,从而无法符合严酷的使用条件下的防腐蚀性。
如何解决上述种种问题,提供一种即使在充满腐蚀因素的严苛环境下也能达到防腐蚀目的高耐候性抗腐蚀层,即为研发本发明的主要目的。
发明内容
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种抗腐蚀复合层,包含:第一抗腐蚀层以及第二抗腐蚀层。第一抗腐蚀层涂布于基材上,包含多个第一纳米石墨烯片以及第一载体树脂,其中,各第一纳米石墨烯片的表面具有用以化学键结至第一载体树脂的第一亲油性官能基,第一亲油性官能基选自羧基、环氧基及氨基。第二抗腐蚀层涂布于第一抗腐蚀层上,包含多个第二纳米石墨烯片以及第二载体树脂,其中,各第二纳米石墨烯片的表面具有用以化学键结至第二载体树脂的第二亲油性官能基,第二亲油性官能基选自羟基、异氰酸盐。
本发明所使用的第一纳米石墨烯片及第二纳米石墨烯片为少层的石墨烯片或多层的石墨烯片,其石墨烯纯度是大于95wt%,厚度为1nm至20nm的区间,而平面横向尺寸是在1μm至100μm的区间。此外,第一纳米石墨烯片与第二纳米石墨烯片为经表面改质的纳米石墨烯片,其表面具有可对应第一载体树脂以及第二载体树脂的亲油性官能基团,可使第一纳米石墨烯片与第二纳米石墨烯片分别均匀分散于第一载体树脂与第二载体树脂,从而充分发挥纳米石墨烯片的抗酸碱、耐腐蚀以及屏蔽腐蚀路径等特性。
本发明所使用的第一载体树脂以及第二载体树脂可为聚合物树脂,其能在常温下进行固化聚合反应或交联反应,亦或是升高温度提高固化聚合反应的速度。此外,第一载体树脂以及第二载体树脂可进一步添加界面活性剂,用于黏度、施工控制的助剂,或其组合。助剂包含稀释剂、可塑剂、交联剂、黏着促进剂、填充剂、流平剂、金属表面处理剂、触变剂(Thixotropic agent)、起始剂或催化剂。
添加石墨烯的抗腐蚀层除具有较佳的抗腐蚀能力和机械强度之外,亦提高抗腐蚀层的散热效能,可避免金属建材于户外曝晒时吸收过多的热量而导致金属建材的涂层劣化,结合表面改质的纳米石墨烯片与载体树脂的特性,可全面提升抗腐蚀层的物理以及化学效能,达到防腐蚀、易施工、低成本、高耐候等目的,故本发明的抗腐蚀复合层确具产业应用潜力。

具体实施方式
以下藉由特定的具体实施例配合图式说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的优点及功效。值得注意的是,为清楚展现本发明的主要特点,图1只是以示意方式显示其中主要元件之间的相对关系,并非依据实际大小而绘制,因此,图中主要元件的厚度、大小、形状、排列、配置等都只是参考而已,并非用以限定本发明的范围。
图1为本发明的抗腐蚀复合层的剖面示意图。如图1所示,抗腐蚀复合层1主要是包括第一抗腐蚀层20及第二抗腐蚀层30。第一抗腐蚀层20涂布于基材10上,其包含多个第一纳米石墨烯片22以及第一载体树脂21,其中,各第一纳米石墨烯片22的表面具有用以化学键结至第一载体树脂21的第一亲油性官能基,第一亲油性官能基选自羧基、环氧基及氨基。第二抗腐蚀层30涂布于第一抗腐蚀层20上,其包含多个第二纳米石墨烯片32以及第二载体树脂31,其中,各第二纳米石墨烯片32的表面具有用以化学键结至第二载体树脂31的第二亲油性官能基,第二亲油性官能基选自羟基、异氰酸盐。
于一实施例中,抗腐蚀复合层1可进一步包含添加至第一抗腐蚀层20的第一填充剂23以及添加至第二抗腐蚀层30的第二填充剂33,其中,第一纳米石墨烯片22与第一填充剂23均匀分散于第一载体树脂21而形成网络状的屏蔽性结构,第二表面改质的纳米石墨烯片32与第二填充剂33均匀分散于载体树脂31而形成网络状的屏蔽性结构。具体而言,第一纳米石墨烯片22占第一抗腐蚀层20的重量比为0.01-5wt%,第一填充剂23占第一抗腐蚀层20的重量比为0.1-20wt%,第二表面改质的纳米石墨烯片32占第一抗腐蚀层30的重量比为0.1-10wt%,第二填充剂33占第二抗腐蚀层30的重量比为5-50wt%。
值得注意的是,为方便说明本发明的技术特征,图1中的各第一纳米石墨烯片22与第二纳米石墨烯片32是以薄片状的侧面方向显示,亦即,实际上从图中的观察角度上看,会有一部分的第一纳米石墨烯片22与第二纳米石墨烯片32会显示出其正面,或有一部分的第一纳米石墨烯片22与第二纳米石墨烯片32会同时显示部分的正面及部分的侧面。
基材10可为经处理的金属表面,符合瑞典标准SIS的Sa 21/2等级以上的金属或合金基材,例如:镀锌钢板。
详细而言,第一纳米石墨烯片22以及第二纳米石墨烯片32的堆积密度在0.1g/cm3至0.01g/cm3之间,且其厚度在1nm至20nm的区间、平面横向尺寸在1μm至100μm的区间,平面横向尺寸与厚度的比值在20至10000的区间,而比表面积为15至750m2/g。第一填充剂23及第二填充剂33的粒径大小为第一纳米石墨烯片22或第二纳米石墨烯片32厚度的2至5000倍之间。
第一纳米石墨烯片22和第二纳米石墨烯片32各具有至少一表面改质层,其化学结构为Mx(R)y(R’)z,其中M为一金属元素,可选自硅、钛、锆的其中的至少一种,0≦x≦6,1≦y≦20,且1≦z≦20,R是一亲水性OH官能基,用以和第一抗腐蚀层的第一纳米石墨烯片22及第二抗腐蚀层的第二纳米石墨烯片32形成化学键结;R’是一亲油性官能基,用以和第一载体树脂21及第二载体树脂31形成化学键结。
具体而言,R’选自烷氧基、羰基、羧基、酰氧基、酰氨基、异氰酸基、脂肪基羧基、脂肪基羟基、环己烷基、乙酰基以及苯甲酰基的至少其中之一。
第一纳米石墨烯片22与第二纳米石墨烯片32的氧含量为1-20wt%。
第一载体树脂21与第二载体树脂31可选自高功能性热固型树脂。具体而言,选自聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙烯酯、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂、聚四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、双马来酰亚胺、氰酸盐酯、聚碳酸酯、乙烯类树脂、醋酸纤维素、醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丙酸纤维素、乙基纤维素、酚醛树脂、羧甲基纤维素、聚烯烃以及硅酮树脂的至少其中之一。进一步地,该第一载体树脂及第二载体树脂选自聚氨酯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂的至少其中之一为佳。
第一填充剂23及第二填充剂33可选自二氧化钛类粉体、硅酸盐类粉体、碳酸盐类粉体、铝硅酸盐类粉体、或其组合。
抗腐蚀复合层1可进一步包含添加至第一抗腐蚀层20及/或第二抗腐蚀层30的至少一种助剂,例如:界面活性剂、专用稀释溶剂、金属表面处理剂以及偶合剂,用以调整第一抗腐蚀层20与第一抗腐蚀层30的施工、耐候、耐化学以及附着等性质。于抗腐蚀复合层1,第一抗腐蚀层20与第二抗腐蚀层30的功能取向并不完全相同,以第一抗腐蚀层20而言,其主要功能性除提供抗腐蚀性外,另一功能在于提供强固的附着性,使抗腐蚀复合层可紧密附着于基材10上;以第二抗腐蚀层30而言,其主要功能性除抗腐蚀性外,还需提供优良的机械强度,诸如耐磨耗性、硬度以及耐候性,以使抗腐蚀复合层1具有优异的使用寿命,不易因环境严苛而迅速失去防腐蚀的效能。
界面活性剂具有润湿与调整涂料间各种不同原料兼容性的功能,亦可有效改善涂料成膜后的表面平坦性,界面活性剂可选自饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸以及多元不饱和脂肪酸的至少其中之一,其中饱和脂肪酸包含硬脂酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸以及肉豆蔻酸的至少其中之一;不饱和脂肪酸包含棕榈烯酸以及油酸的至少其中之一;而多元不饱和脂肪酸包含亚麻油酸以及次亚麻油酸的至少其中之一。
专用稀释溶剂可选自对芳香烃类、酯类、酮类的至少其中之一。添加适量的金属表面处理剂于专用稀释溶剂可有效改善涂料直接施工于已经轻微锈蚀的金属上的附着度,金属表面处理剂可选自对乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺、二戊胺、萘胺、苯基萘胺、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、苯并三氮锉、-羟基苯并三氮唑、六次甲基四胺和海藻酸钠的至少其中之一。
偶合剂具有Mx(R)y(R’)z表示的化学结构,其中,M表示选自钛、锆及硅的金属元素,R表示选自磺酸盐的亲水性官能基,R’表示选自异氰酸盐的亲油性官能基,0≦x≦6,1≦y≦20,且1≦z≦20,亲水性官能基及亲油性官能基用以于第一纳米石墨烯片22与第一载体树脂21及/或第二纳米石墨烯片32与第二载体树脂31之间产生化学键结,当第一纳米石墨烯片22或第二纳米石墨烯片32的比表面积较小以致其表面上的亲油性官能基数量不足而影响与第一载体树脂及/或第二载体树脂的结合性与分散性时,偶合剂可调整纳米石墨烯片的改质表面上的亲油性官能基数量不足的问题。偶合剂包含但不限于硅烷类、钛酸酯类、锆酸酯类、铝锆酸酯类以及铝酸酯类。
为进一步显示本发明的抗腐蚀复合层的具体功效藉以使得熟悉本领域的技术人员能更加清楚了解整体的操作方式,下文中将以示范性实例例详细说明实际的操作方式。
[表面改质的纳米石墨烯片]
以下实验示例皆使用表面改质的纳米石墨烯片,表面改质的步骤包含官能基化纳米石墨烯片以及形成表面改质层的次步骤。官能基化纳米石墨烯片的次步骤可选择:将纳米石墨烯片与加热的氢氧化钾、双氧水或硫酸等反应,使纳米石墨烯片表面形成COOH、OH官能基;或利用紫外光或臭氧对纳米石墨烯片表面进行改质获得官能基化的纳米石墨烯片。形成表面改质层的次步骤是将官能基化的纳米石墨烯片与偶合剂进一步反应,以在官能基化的纳米石墨烯片的表面形成一表面改质层,偶合剂的化学结构为Mx(R)y(R’)z,其中,M包含硅、钛、锆的至少其中之一的金属元素,0≦x≦6,1≦y≦20,且1≦z≦20,R是一亲水性OH官能基,用以化学键结第一抗腐蚀层的第一纳米石墨烯片和第二抗腐蚀层的第二纳米石墨烯片,R’是一亲油性官能基,用以和第一抗腐蚀层的第一载体树脂和第二抗腐蚀层的第二载体树脂形成化学键结。表面改质的纳米石墨烯片的氧含量为1-20wt%。
值得说明的是,可对应不同特性的载体树脂选择偶合剂来与纳米石墨烯片进行反应形成表面改质层,偶合剂的亲水性OH官能基可化学键结至官能基化纳米石墨烯片的表面(如COOH、OH),而偶合剂的亲油性官能基可化学键结至对应的载体树脂,该纳米石墨烯片通过表面改质层与载体树脂产生化学键结而结合,藉此纳米石墨烯片可均匀分散于载体树脂,而均匀分散于载体树脂的纳米石墨烯片才足以充分发挥纳米石墨烯片的物理以及化学特性,例如:屏蔽性、耐磨性、导电性、导热性、抗化学性,从而提升抗腐蚀层的效能。
[基材]
以下实验示例皆使用镀锌钢片做为基材。将镀锌钢片用砂纸逐级打磨至#1200等级后,使用去离子水与酒精清洗经打磨的镀锌钢片表面;接着,利用气体喷涂方式将涂料喷涂基材上后切割成在10mm×10mm×1mm的长条试样,并且使用环氧树脂将切割缺口进行密封;风干试样后,将试样封装到夹具上进行电化学试验。电化学试验是采三电极系统,其中工作电极为试样,辅助电极为白金电极,参考电极为银/氯化银电极,利用循环伏安仪CV(Cyclic voltammetry)测定试样的极化曲线,再通过极化曲线找到待测试样的腐蚀电流。
[专用稀释溶剂]
专用稀释溶剂配方内容包括醋酸正丁酯25wt%、二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯15wt%、异佛尔酮13wt%、甲乙酮10wt%、二甲苯35wt%、金属表面处理剂0.5wt%、除水剂1.5wt%。将上述配方以叶片搅拌,转速为150rpm,历时60分钟均匀混合。
[实验示例1]
配方内容包含环氧树脂62wt%、专用稀释溶剂24.5wt%、碳酸钙1.5wt%、高岭土1wt%、滑石1wt%、二氧化钛3wt%、界面活性剂6wt%、表面改质的纳米石墨烯片为1wt%。于本实验示例中,纳米石墨烯片是选用硅烷进行表面改质,硅烷的一端经水解形成OH官能基与纳米石墨烯片表面形成键结,另一端选用以化学键结至环氧树脂的第一亲油性官能基,第一亲油性官能基为羧基、环氧基及氨基。
首先,依据实验示例1的配方比例进行预混合,而后用行星式高速混拌机以公转速2000rpm,自转速400rpm,历时90分钟均匀混合,可得到包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料。接着,以气体喷涂方式将包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料涂布于镀锌钢板上,涂料的厚度约30μm。之后,进行130度烘箱或热板的加热烘烤处理30分钟,以固化涂料而形成所需的第一抗腐蚀层。
[实验示例2]
配方内容包含环氧树脂62wt%、专用稀释溶剂23.5wt%、碳酸钙1.5wt%、高岭土1wt%、滑石1wt%、二氧化钛3wt%、界面活性剂6wt%、表面改质纳米石墨烯片为2wt%。于本实验示例中,纳米石墨烯片是选用硅烷进行表面改质,经改质的表面具有用以化学键结至环氧树脂的第一亲油性官能基,第一亲油性官能基为羧基、环氧基及氨基。
首先,依据实验示例2的配方比例进行预混合,而后用行星式高速混拌机以公转速2000rpm,自转速400rpm,历时90分钟均匀混合,可得到包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料。接着,以气体喷涂方式将包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料涂布于镀锌钢板上,涂料的厚度约30μm。之后,进行130度烘箱或热板的加热烘烤处理30分钟,以固化涂料而形成所需的第一抗腐蚀层。
[实验示例3]
配方内容包含聚氨脂树脂80.5wt%、碳酸钙4wt%、高岭土2.3wt%、滑石2.3wt%、二氧化钛8.3wt%、界面活性剂1.6wt%、表面改质纳米石墨烯片为1wt%。于本实验示例中,纳米石墨烯片是选用硅烷进行表面改质,经改质的表面具有用以化学键结至聚氨脂树脂的第二亲油性官能基,第二亲油性官能基为羟基、异氰酸基。
首先,依据实验示例3的配方比例进行预混合,而后用行星式高速混拌机以公转速2000rpm,自转速400rpm,历时90分钟均匀混合,可得到包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料。接着,以气体喷涂方式将包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料涂布于镀锌钢板上,涂料的厚度约30μm。之后,进行130度烘箱或热板的加热烘烤处理30分钟,以固化涂料而形成所需的第二抗腐蚀层。
[实验示例4]
配方内容包含聚氨脂树脂79.5wt%、碳酸钙4wt%、高岭土2.3wt%、滑石2.3wt%、二氧化钛8.3wt%、界面活性剂1.6wt%、表面改质纳米石墨烯片为2wt%。于本实验示例中,纳米石墨烯片是选用硅烷进行表面改质,该硅烷的一端经水解形成OH官能基与纳米石墨烯片表面形成键结,另一端选用以化学键结至聚氨脂树脂的第二亲油性官能基,第二亲油性官能基为羟基、异氰酸基。
首先,依据实验示例4的配方比例进行预混合,而后用行星式高速混拌机以公转速2000rpm,自转速400rpm,历时90分钟均匀混合,可得到包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料。接着,以气体喷涂方式将包含纳米石墨烯片的涂料涂布于镀锌钢板上,涂料的厚度约30μm。之后,进行130度烘箱或热板的加热烘烤处理30分钟,以固化石墨烯涂料而形成所需的第二抗腐蚀层。
分别将上述实验示例1-4的抗腐蚀层交叉汇编涂布于镀锌钢板,并与未添加石墨烯的对比例测试附着性与耐腐蚀性,其中涂布厚度皆为30μm,附着性是以百格测试,耐腐蚀性是将涂布有抗腐蚀层的镀锌钢板置于5%氯化钠溶液中,以电化学方式仿真腐蚀效果,其结果如表1。

因为腐蚀速率与腐蚀电流的密度成正比,所以腐蚀电流越小,代表腐蚀速率越低,其抗腐蚀的效果越好。如表1所示,添加石墨烯的抗腐蚀复合层的腐蚀电流远小于无添加石墨烯的涂层。当第一抗腐蚀层结合第二抗腐蚀层时,可由腐蚀电流的测量发现其差异性,比较实验示例5与6的测试结果显示,于第二抗腐蚀层中的石墨烯比例提高时,其腐蚀电流能够有效的再进一步降低;但比较实验示例6与7的测试结果显示,虽然抗腐蚀复合层的石墨烯总比例相同,但腐蚀电流的测量却是实验示例6比实验示例7低,这是由于第二抗腐蚀层所含纳米石墨烯片有效的屏蔽腐蚀电流,从而避免腐蚀电流直接穿透抗腐蚀复合层与基材直接接触,所以第二抗腐蚀层的石墨烯比例越高,其抗腐蚀效果越好;此外,由实验示例8的结果显示,随着第一抗腐蚀层与第二抗腐蚀层的石墨烯比例皆提高的时候,其腐蚀电流也会再进一步的降低,达到更好的抗腐蚀效果。
进一步将实验示例8的抗腐蚀复合层分别进行包含耐磨性测试(AbrasionResistance test)、拉拔强度测试(Adhesion test)、铅笔硬度测试(pencil hardnesstest)以及耐候性测试(Quv test),并与未添加石墨烯的对比例相比,其结果如表2所示。

如表2所示,添加纳米石墨烯片不仅可有效提升抗腐蚀层的抗腐蚀性且并未对涂料的底材附着度造成影响,对于抗腐蚀层的机械强度也都有明显加强,大幅的降低涂层的磨耗值,尤其第二抗腐蚀层主要是与外界环境接触,明显的提升抗腐蚀复合层的附着、耐磨、硬度以及耐候等机械特性,从而延长抗腐蚀复合层的使用寿命,使其更具工业应用价值。
此外,本发明的抗腐蚀复合层可透过混合表面改质的纳米石墨烯片、树脂、填充剂与其他视需要的添加剂而形成,混合的方式,例如:利用行星式高速混拌机、高剪切分散设备、超音波震荡设备或其他可将材料均匀混和的设备。因此,不需要额外设计的特殊设备,即可满足制造含有纳米石墨烯片的抗腐蚀复合层所需,达到降低成本的经济性,增强市场上的产品竞争力。
进一步地,将实验示例8的镀锌钢板未涂布抗腐蚀复合层的表面连接热源(例如:功率10瓦的LED),并与未添加石墨烯的对比例比较抗腐蚀层的散热效能,其结果如表3。

如表3所示,添加石墨烯的抗腐蚀层除具有前述的较佳抗腐蚀能力以及机械强度之外,亦同时提高抗腐蚀层的散热效能,避免金属建材于户外曝晒时吸收过多的热量导致涂层劣化。总结而言,结合表面改质的纳米石墨烯片与载体树脂的特性,可全面提升抗腐蚀层的物理以及化学效能,达到防腐蚀、易施工、低成本、高耐候等目的,故本发明的抗腐蚀复合层确具产业应用潜力。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员均可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰与改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中的技术人员,在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术原理下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (12)
1.一种抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,包含:
第一抗腐蚀层,涂布于基材上,且包含多个第一纳米石墨烯片以及第一载体树脂,其中,各该第一纳米石墨烯片的表面具有与偶合剂进行反应形成的表面改质层,该表面改质层具有用以化学键结至该第一载体树脂的第一亲油性官能基,该第一亲油性官能基选自羧基、氨基,该第一载体树脂为环氧树脂,该第一纳米石墨烯片占该第一抗腐蚀层的重量比为0.01-5wt%;以及
第二抗腐蚀层,涂布于该第一抗腐蚀层上,且包含多个第二纳米石墨烯片以及第二载体树脂,其中,各该第二纳米石墨烯片的表面具有与偶合剂进行反应形成的表面改质层,该表面改质层具有用以化学键结至该第二载体树脂的第二亲油性官能基,该第二亲油性官能基选自羟基、异氰酸盐的亲油性官能基,该第二载体树脂为羟基丙烯酸树脂,该第二纳米石墨烯片占该第二抗腐蚀层的重量比为0.01-10wt%;
以该抗腐蚀复合层的整体重量计算,该第二纳米石墨烯片所占重量比大于或等于该第一纳米石墨烯片所占重量比。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该第二抗腐蚀层的铅笔硬度≧4H。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该第一纳米石墨烯片以及该第二纳米石墨烯片具有介于0.1g/cm3至0.001g/cm3的堆积密度、介于1nm至20nm的厚度、介于1μm至100μm的平面横向尺寸、介于15至750m2/g的比表面积以及介于1至20wt%的氧含量。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,又包含填充剂、界面活性剂以及专用稀释溶剂的至少其中之一,添加于该第一抗腐蚀层及/或该第二抗腐蚀层。
5.如权利要求4所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该填充剂选自二氧化钛粉体、硅酸盐粉体、碳酸盐粉体、铝硅酸盐粉体、或其组合,该填充剂的粒径大小为该第一纳米石墨烯片或第二纳米石墨烯片厚度的2至5000倍之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该填充剂包含添加于该第一抗腐蚀层的第一填充剂,该第一填充剂占该第一抗腐蚀层的重量比为0.1-20wt%。
7.如权利要求5所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该填充剂包含添加于该第二抗腐蚀层的第二填充剂,该第二填充剂占该第二抗腐蚀层的重量比为5-50wt%。
8.如权利要求4所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该界面活性剂选自饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸至少其中之一。
9.如权利要求8所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,所述不饱和脂肪酸为多元不饱和脂肪酸。
10.如权利要求4所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该专用稀释溶剂选自芳香族类、酯类、醚醇类以及酮类的至少其中之一。
11.如权利要求10所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,添加于该第一抗腐蚀层的该专用稀释溶剂又包含选自磷酸盐类及其氧化物、重铬酸盐类及其氧化物的至少一种金属表面处理剂。
12.如权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀复合层,其特征在于,该偶合剂具有Mx(R)y(R’)z表示的化学结构,其中,M表示选自铝、钛、锆及硅的至少一种元素,R表示选自磺酸盐的亲水性官能基,R’表示选自异氰酸盐的亲油性官能基,0≦x≦6,1≦y≦20,且1≦z≦20,该亲水性官能基及该亲油性官能基用以于该第一纳米石墨烯片与该第一载体树脂及/或该第二纳米石墨烯片与该第二载体树脂之间产生化学键结。
