Abstract
本发明公开了一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,步骤1:将组份含量为:煤矸石粉20‑30份、水泥5‑10份、铝粉3‑8份、石膏3‑5份、刚玉莫来石2‑5份、皂角粉3‑5份、细沙20‑25份、石灰8‑12份和膨胀珍珠岩8‑12份的原料颗粒进行破碎成粉碎物;步骤2:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,然后将煤矸石兑水和石膏一起制浆,再打到存浆罐中,再将石灰、水泥、铝粉、皂角粉、细沙、刚玉莫来石和膨胀珍珠岩浇铸进去搅拌,获得砖坯原料;步骤3:再将步骤2制成的砖坯原料经液压机挤出成型的方式压制成砖坯,然后送入隧道窑进行烧结,得到成品砖。该方法配方合理,具有工艺设计合理、操作简单、节省能源、废物综合利用等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石砖的生产方法,具体是一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,石砖的需求量不断的增加,在过去的几年中,大量地使用粘土生产建筑用砖人为地破坏了很多良田耕地,在城市和城乡建设中,砖瓦在与新型建筑材料的竞争中,仍然是重要的建筑材料。我国每年排放的大量煤矸石,随意堆放占用土地,不仅污染环境,而且造成资源浪费。目前为了妥善处理煤矸石,建筑材料生产厂家开始采用煤矸石制造烧结砖,但此种烧结砖在制作过程中烧结不充分,会产生烧结砖的颜色不均匀的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,该方法配方合理,具有工艺设计合理、操作简单、节省能源、废物综合利用等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,
步骤1:将组份含量为:煤矸石粉20-30份、水泥5-10份、铝粉3-8份、石膏3-5份、刚玉莫来石2-5份、皂角粉3-5份、细沙20-25份、石灰8-12份和膨胀珍珠岩8-12份的原料颗粒进行破碎成粉碎物,所述粉碎物的粒径为60-70目的细粉;
步骤2:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,然后将煤矸石兑水和石膏一起制浆,再打到存浆罐中,加热到35-45℃,再将石灰、水泥、铝粉、皂角粉、细沙、刚玉莫来石和膨胀珍珠岩浇铸进去搅拌5-6分钟,获得砖坯原料;
步骤3:再将步骤2制成的砖坯原料经液压机挤出成型的方式压制成砖坯,其中,挤出压力为14-16MPa;将砖坯送入干燥室进行干燥至砖坯的含水量为5%-8%,然后送入隧道窑进行烧结,所述烧结温度为980℃-1050℃,烧结时间为24h-30h,然后得到成品砖。
进一步,所述步骤2加入的水量与煤矸石、石膏的重量配比为18:1:0.5。
进一步,所述步骤3中将砖坯干燥至砖坯的含水量为5%-8%的具体操作方法为:将砖坏送入隧道式干燥室内干燥6-10h,即可获得。
本发明的有益效果是:该方法配方合理,具有工艺设计合理、操作简单、节省能源、废物综合利用等特点。

一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,
步骤1:将组份含量为:煤矸石粉20-30份、水泥5-10份、铝粉3-8份、石膏3-5份、刚玉莫来石2-5份、皂角粉3-5份、细沙20-25份、石灰8-12份和膨胀珍珠岩8-12份的原料颗粒进行破碎成粉碎物,所述粉碎物的粒径为60-70目的细粉;
步骤2:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,然后将煤矸石兑水和石膏一起制浆,再打到存浆罐中,加热到35-45℃,再将石灰、水泥、铝粉、皂角粉、细沙、刚玉莫来石和膨胀珍珠岩浇铸进去搅拌5-6分钟,获得砖坯原料;

步骤1:将组份含量为:煤矸石粉25份、水泥8份、铝粉5份、石膏4份、刚玉莫来石3份、皂角粉4份、细沙22份、石灰10份和膨胀珍珠岩10份的原料颗粒进行破碎成粉碎物,所述粉碎物的粒径为65目的细粉;
步骤2:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,然后将煤矸石兑水和石膏一起制浆,再打到存浆罐中,加热到40℃,再将石灰、水泥、铝粉、皂角粉、细沙、刚玉莫来石和膨胀珍珠岩浇铸进去搅拌5分钟,获得砖坯原料;
步骤3:再将步骤2制成的砖坯原料经液压机挤出成型的方式压制成砖坯,其中,挤出压力为15MPa;将砖坯送入隧道干燥室进行干燥8小时至砖坯的含水量为6%,然后送入隧道窑进行烧结,所述烧结温度为1000℃,烧结时间为27h,然后得到成品砖。
实施例3:一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,
步骤1:将组份含量为:煤矸石粉30份、水泥10份、铝粉8份、石膏5份、刚玉莫来石5份、皂角粉5份、细沙25份、石灰12份和膨胀珍珠岩12份的原料颗粒进行破碎成粉碎物,所述粉碎物的粒径为70目的细粉;
步骤2:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,然后将煤矸石兑水和石膏一起制浆,再打到存浆罐中,加热到45℃,再将石灰、水泥、铝粉、皂角粉、细沙、刚玉莫来石和膨胀珍珠岩浇铸进去搅拌6分钟,获得砖坯原料;
步骤3:再将步骤2制成的砖坯原料经液压机挤出成型的方式压制成砖坯,其中,挤出压力为16MPa;将砖坯送入隧道干燥室进行干燥10小时至砖坯的含水量为8%,然后送入隧道窑进行烧结,所述烧结温度为1050℃,烧结时间为30h,然后得到成品砖。

1.一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,其特征在于,
步骤1:将组份含量为:煤矸石粉20-30份、水泥5-10份、铝粉3-8份、石膏3-5份、刚玉莫来石2-5份、皂角粉3-5份、细沙20-25份、石灰8-12份和膨胀珍珠岩8-12份的原料颗粒进行破碎成粉碎物,所述粉碎物的粒径为60-70目的细粉;
步骤2:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,然后将煤矸石兑水和石膏一起制浆,再打到存浆罐中,加热到35-45℃,再将石灰、水泥、铝粉、皂角粉、细沙、刚玉莫来石和膨胀珍珠岩浇铸进去搅拌5-6分钟,获得砖坯原料;
步骤3:再将步骤2制成的砖坯原料经液压机挤出成型的方式压制成砖坯,其中,挤出压力为14-16MPa;将砖坯送入干燥室进行干燥至砖坯的含水量为5%-8%,然后送入隧道窑进行烧结,所述烧结温度为980℃-1050℃,烧结时间为24h-30h,然后得到成品砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2加入的水量与煤矸石、石膏的重量配比为18:1:0.5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种煤矸石烧结砖的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中将砖坯干燥至砖坯的含水量为5%-8%的具体操作方法为:将砖坏送入隧道式干燥室内干燥6-10h,即可获得。
