Abstract
一种供连接一对电线的裸线端的快速连接电气连接器。此连接器包括一非导电性第一联结件,其具有多个连接腔室,每一连接腔室具有一螺纹壁和一中央轴线。一共同的导电性连接器元件固设于该非导电性第一联结件中并具有多个子弹形端面,各子弹形端面朝内推拔到一顶端。相应的多个非导电性第二联结件具有一内螺纹壁和一内部穿孔,此穿孔具有第一和第二端及一第一圆锥状环形壁面。第一圆锥形壁面和该等子弹形连接器部位在当该等螺纹表面被啮合时是间隔开一可变的距离。
Description
本发明涉及一种电气连接器,尤其是一种快速复式连接电气连接器。
目前市场上有一种复式连接电气连接器,在将电线的裸线端连接于连接器的连接端时通过拧紧连接端上的螺丝将裸线固定于连接端上,或用一辅助工具将裸线固定于连接端上,这样的电气连接件有一个缺陷,即在将裸线固定于连接端时需要使用专门的工具,这样,既费时,有增加了连接器的成本。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于复数条电线的改良的闭式电气连接器,其价格低廉、易于制造及使用毋需工具。
本发明的主要目的,是提供一种具双重或多重闭式连接腔室的快速复式连接电气连接器。
本发明的技术方案在于提供连接一对相隔绝的挠性电线裸线端的快速复式连接电气连接器,其中包括有:
1.一种快速复式连接电气连接器,供连接至少两条的相隔绝的挠性电线的裸线端,其特征在于包括有:
一非导电性第一联结件,此非导电性第一联结件具有至少两个连接腔室,每一连接腔室具有一环形内螺纹壁和一中央轴线;
一共同的导电性连接器元件,此共同的导电性连接器元件被固定装设在该非导电性第一联结件中,该共同的导电性连接器元件具有至少两个子弹形端面,且各个子弹形端面是朝内推拔到一顶端,并分别被定位在该等连接腔室中的一个;
相应的至少两个非导电性第二联结件,每一非导电性第二联结件具有一外螺纹环形壁和一内部穿孔,此穿孔具有第一和第二端,每一穿孔的第一端具有一第一圆锥状环形壁面,该第一圆锥形壁面和该子弹形连接器端表面在当该等螺纹表面被啮合时间隔开一可变的间距,该穿孔的第二端具有一第二圆锥形表面,其具有一顶端供导引松弛的电线束到上述顶端;
当该等电线之一的裸线端分别被插入该非导电性第二联结件的穿孔的第二端时,各电线端被导引到该顶端并被该子弹形端面向外张开偏离该中央轴线到一介于该等相间隔开的子弹形端面与圆锥形表面之间的位置,并且该等非导电性第一联结件和非导电性第二联结件之间的相对旋转使该等内部和外部螺纹减小该间距并分别将每一连接腔室中该等电线的裸线端夹钳在该等子弹形端面与第一圆锥形表面之间。
所述的连接器中,所述绕性电线为两条,所述非导电性第一联结件包括两个连接腔室,所述连接腔室的中央轴线同轴。
所述的连接器中,该等连接腔室的中央轴线是非同轴。
所述的连接器中,该连接器有至少三个连接腔室。
以下结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体结构特征及目的。
图1为本发明的一外部视图,它示出电线即将被插入,以使其间可完成电气连接,并造成两电线的隔离联接。
图2为图1的非导电母联结件的剖视图,此非导电母联结件用于本发明的连接腔室的壳体中。
图3为图1的第一和第二公联结件的剖视图,它具有类似于揭示在本发明人美国专利第5,228,875号案中的内部结构。
图4为采纳于本发明图1实施例中的内部金属连接器元件的剖视图。
图5示出图3和图4中的元件的组合状态。
图6为一剖视图,它示出两条导线依据本发明被夹钳定位。

参见图1,图中显示出一用来将一对电线13和14的裸线端11、12相连接的电气连接器10。此电气连接器10含有一非导电的第一联结件15,此非导电的第一联结件15可为圆形、方形、三角形或是任何其他的形状。非导电的第一联结件15形成一用于连接腔室16和17(见图2)的壳体。各连接腔室分别具有内螺纹壁面18和19,第一联结件15还有一安装或固定一共同的金属连接器元件21的分隔元件20。此金属连接器元件21是以模制、黏结或其他方式定位而固定地安装在分隔元件20中。共同的金属连接器元件21分别有一对子弹形或圆锥形的突出部22和23,其突伸入连接腔室16和17。
一对非导电的第二联结件30和31分别具有外螺纹壁面32、33和压花的拇指抓握元件34、35。外螺纹壁面32和33分别与内部螺纹孔18和19相螺接。各非导电的第二联结件30和31分别有一穿孔36、37,并有一朝内突伸元件38、39。一第一圆锥形表面40、41有一构成为该穿孔最窄部位的顶端42、43。该等圆锥形表面40、41用以将松弛的电线束导引到顶端43然后到金属连接器元件21的子弹形端22、23上。该顶端43的相反侧分别含有一第二圆锥形表面44、45,其形状与子弹形或圆锥形端22、23相对应,以形成一空间,而裸线端11和12被向外张开并由该连接器元件21的子弹形端22和23导引入该空间。顶点42防止了隔绝线在第一和第二圆锥形表面之间被塞入该空间。因此,当电线的裸线端插入该第二联结件中穿孔的第二端时,裸线端是被子弹形端表面导引离开中央轴线,并定位在间隔开的圆锥形表面之间。当使用者抓握压花端34、35并沿一令联结件30和31朝内移动的方向将之转动时,电线端11和12分别被紧紧地抓握或夹钳在圆锥形表面44、45和子弹形端之间。电线11和12可被同时夹钳或分开夹钳。
压花亦可形成在壳体元件15上。
图6示出裸线端依据本发明被夹钳定位的状态。
图7A为一剖视图,它示出采纳本发明的三线连接器。在此实施例中,壳体元件由一具有三个连接腔室51、52和53的Y形元件50所组成,此三个连接腔室具有相应形状的圆锥形表面和顶端。图7B示出带有三个不同电线被固结定位的状态。应予以理解的是,不一定需要用到所有的三个连接器,若是所需要的就是两个的话则亦可使用两个连接器。
同样的,图8A是一剖视图,它示出采纳本发明的四线连接器,图8B是带有数条电线被连接的四线连接器的剖视图。应予以理解的是,可作更多或较少的电气连接,并且此单元可用于五个、六个或七个电气连接。事实上,可进而理解的是,数个诸如图1、7和8中所示的单元可被模制在一起,并带有用于不同颜色电线的相配的色彩和相关的电线大小及(或)带有如图9中所示可断开的键或连接器。关于电线尺寸大小,应予以理解的是,可作出不同的单元,用于以不同形式在其上隔绝不同尺寸大小的电线。而且,若需要的话,非导电联结件可予以加色码。
在图9中,多个连接器10-1、10-2、10-3…10-N是由可断开的键60-1、60-2…60-N所互连,供制造、包装以及分销使用。图7和8中所示连接器亦可以可断开的键予以互连。
Claims (5)
1.一种快速复式连接电气连接器,供连接至少两条的相隔绝的挠性电线的裸线端,其特征在于包括有:
一非导电性第一联结件,此非导电性第一联结件具有至少两个连接腔室,每一连接腔室具有一环形内螺纹壁和一中央轴线;
一共同的导电性连接器元件,此共同的导电性连接器元件被固定装设在该非导电性第一联结件中,该共同的导电性连接器元件具有至少两个子弹形端面,且各个子弹形端面是朝内推拔到一顶端,并分别被定位在该等连接腔室中的一个;
相应的至少两个非导电性第二联结件,每一非导电性第二联结件具有一外螺纹环形壁和一内部穿孔,此穿孔具有第一和第二端,每一穿孔的第一端具有一第一圆锥状环形壁面,该第一圆锥形壁面和该子弹形连接器端表面在当该等螺纹表面被啮合时间隔开一可变的间距,该穿孔的第二端具有一第二圆锥形表面,其具有一顶端供导引松弛的电线束到上述顶端;
当该等电线之一的裸线端分别被插入该非导电性第二联结件的穿孔的第二端时,各电线端被导引到该顶端并被该子弹形端面向外张开偏离该中央轴线到一介于该等相间隔开的子弹形端面与圆锥形表面之间的位置,并且该等非导电性第一联结件和非导电性第二联结件之间的相对旋转使该等内部和外部螺纹减小该间距并分别将每一连接腔室中该等电线的裸线端夹钳在该等子弹形端面与第一圆锥形表面之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述绕性电线为两条,所述非导电性第一联结件包括两个连接腔室,所述连接腔室的中央轴线同轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:该等连接腔室的中央轴线是非同轴。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于:该连接器至少有三个连接腔室。
5.多个根据权利要求1所述的连接器和可断开的键介于每一非导电体元件之间。
