Abstract
本发明公开了化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋,包括外层塑料膜、水囊、中层塑料膜和内层塑料膜,所述外层塑料膜、水囊、中层塑料膜和内层塑料膜依次重叠热压成包装袋膜;其中,外层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,线性低密度聚乙烯10‑30份、碱金属聚乙烯20‑80份、甘油5‑15份和乙二醇3‑18份;所述中层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,茂金属聚乙烯20‑60份、低密度聚乙烯15‑42份和中密度聚乙烯15‑42份;所述内层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,钾离子40‑52份、茂金属聚乙烯30‑57份和低密度聚乙烯20‑35份。本发明中的含有钾离子的分子间隙空间可以长时间有效地吸收袋内有限的水分子和氧气,实现动态吸收活性功能,同时可以阻断外部水蒸气和氧气的透过,可防止包装袋内化肥颗粒结块。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化肥包装的领域,特别涉及一种化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋。
背景技术
化肥包装袋一般为带内膜的塑料编织袋或三层共挤PE膜袋,国外多采用三层共挤PE膜袋,国内多采用带内膜的塑料编织袋。由于塑料编织袋密封防潮性差,并且不适应大工业生产自动化灌装要求,将逐渐被三层共挤膜袋取代。我国目前已开始使用三层共挤PE膜袋,但由于我国的装卸、运输条件和储存使用习惯与国外存在较大差异,加之化肥产品从生产企业到最终用户手里运输周转次数很多,三层共挤PE膜袋采用硅烷交联聚乙烯制作而成,其拉伸强度、抗蠕变性能有限,在运输的过程中,三层共挤PE膜袋会磕碰到其他的物件,由于三层共挤PE拉伸强度、抗蠕变性能有限,因此,常造成破袋的情况。
另外,我国化肥企业的工艺特点是,成品化肥(例如尿素)装袋时的温度在80℃左右,超过了三层共挤PE膜袋的正常使用温度,化肥灌装时,高温使得包装袋在堆码时拉伸变形,强度下降,破袋率更高。
再有,由于成品化肥中不可避免地带有粉尘(例如尿素颗粒中带有尿素粉尘),这些粉尘会污染三层共挤PE膜袋封口的热合面,在包装袋热合封口时,热合面的结合强度变差,或结合不严密,也是导致破袋的一个重要原因。
轻微的破袋例如封口热合不严密会导致肥料吸潮结块,肥效流失,保质期缩短。严重的破袋会使肥料散包,无法储存、运输。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种防止破袋导致肥料吸潮结块的化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋。
本方案中的化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋,包括外层塑料膜、水囊、中层塑料膜和内层塑料膜,所述外层塑料膜、水囊、中层塑料膜和内层塑料膜依次重叠热压成包装袋膜;
其中,所述外层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份、碱金属聚乙烯20-80份、甘油5-15份和乙二醇3-18份;
所述中层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,茂金属聚乙烯20-60份、低密度聚乙烯15-42份和中密度聚乙烯15-42份;
所述内层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,钾离子40-52份、茂金属聚乙烯30-57份和低密度聚乙烯20-35份。
本方案的有益效果在于:
1、由于内层塑料膜和中层塑料膜中有茂金属聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯,通过热封梯度仪检查,发现本发明中的茂金属聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯热封强度变高,增强了包装的牢固性,另一方面,由于茂金属聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯团聚颗粒粒度小,表面原子比例大,比表面积大,表面能大,处于能量不稳定状态,因此,在内层塑料膜中添加有中密度聚乙烯,中层塑料膜中添加有钾离子,使其让细微的颗粒都趋向于聚集在一起,很容易团聚,形成团聚状的颗粒,每个颗粒之间相互粘结,且每个颗粒内部有细小孔隙,能够增加包装内的散热性能。
2、外层塑料膜以线性低密度聚乙烯、碱金属聚乙烯、甘油和乙二醇为原料,而该外层塑料膜经隔热性能测试表面,其隔离外界粉尘含量大于5%,即使粉体团聚,粒径增大,也不会妨碍外层塑料膜的隔热性能。
3、本发明中的水囊是为了隔离外界的热量,在化肥包装袋堆码运输时,外层塑料膜在长时间挤压过程中,高温透过外层塑料膜,使其拉伸变形,强度下降,而设置在外层塑料膜和中层塑料膜之间的水囊能够吸收热量,隔离外界的热量进入包装内而且,化肥包装袋在运输的过程中,化肥包装袋会受到震动,设置在包装袋上的水囊可起到缓冲的作用。
4、本发明中的有钾离子改变内层塑料膜的茂金属聚乙烯以及低密度聚乙烯的分子链,使得内层塑料膜可以长时间有效地吸收袋内有限的水分子和氧气,实现动态吸收活性功能,同时可以阻断外部水蒸气和氧气的透过,可防止包装袋内化肥颗粒结块。
进一步,所述外层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,线性低密度聚乙烯10份、碱金属聚乙烯20份、甘油5份和乙二醇3份;所述中层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,茂金属聚乙烯20份、低密度聚乙烯15份和中密度聚乙烯15份;所述内层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,钾离子40份、茂金属聚乙烯30份和低密度聚乙烯20份。外层塑料膜提供聚合物内聚强度,中层塑料膜提供聚合物与基材的粘接力,内层塑料膜赋予聚合物特殊的性能。
进一步,所述外层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,线性低密度聚乙烯30份、碱金属聚乙烯80份、甘油15份和乙二醇18份;所述中层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,茂金属聚乙烯60份、低密度聚乙烯42份和中密度聚乙烯42份;所述内层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,钾离子52份、茂金属聚乙烯57份和低密度聚乙烯35份。上述组分具有很高的耐热性、抗拉伸强度、抗蠕变性能,能适应80℃左右的灌装高温及热灌装后堆码不变形。
进一步,所述内层塑料膜、中层塑料膜和外层塑料膜三层之间的厚度比为1:1:1至1:3:1。使内层塑料膜、中层塑料膜和外层塑料膜的密封防潮性好,热封抗污性好,保质期可比塑编化肥包装袋延长1-2倍。
进一步,所述内层塑料膜、中层塑料膜和外层塑料膜的总厚度为100μm至200μm。使内层塑料膜、中层塑料膜和外层塑料膜的抗压性增强。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:外层塑料膜1、水囊2、中层塑料膜3、内层塑料膜4。
实施例基本如附图1所示:化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋,包括外层塑料膜、水囊、中层塑料膜和内层塑料膜依次顺序重叠热压成包装袋膜,其中,外层塑料膜采用线性低密度聚乙烯、碱金属聚乙烯、甘油和乙二醇;内层塑料膜采用茂金属聚乙烯、低密度和中密度聚乙烯;内层塑料膜采用钾离子、茂金属聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯,实施例1-3参数如表1(1份=1kg)所示。

在挤出吹塑机的内冷排气柱上安装电晕冲击机,将各层薄膜的母粒原料按照各自组份分别混合均匀,内层塑料膜原料的塑化温度为190℃,中层塑料膜原料的塑化温度为160℃-210℃,各层原料熔融塑化后进入同一个口模吹塑挤出圆筒,吹塑挤出的同时开启电晕冲击机对内层塑料膜进行电击处理,电击的电压为1万伏~1.5万伏,使内层塑料膜形成稳定的分子间隙网络结构,经冷却定型,然后,将外层塑料膜原料进行塑化,其塑化的温度为186℃,原料熔融塑化后进入同一个口模吹塑挤出圆筒,形成整张的膜块,再于外层塑料膜与中层塑料膜之间放入整块的水囊,使用热压机将水囊与外层塑料膜和中层塑料膜周侧压紧,总厚度均在100μm至200μm之间,再牵引,收卷和制袋工序制得化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋。
测试
本发明化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋经吹塑薄膜水蒸汽透过率测定仪检测,在40℃的水中水蒸气透过率为1.5×10-9cm3/(cm2·24h·0.1Pa),经氧气透过率测定仪检测,在40℃的水中氧气透过率为1.0×10-9cm3/(cm2·24h·0.1Pa),中层塑料膜和内层塑料膜添加茂金属聚乙烯,既增加封口的粘合性,又提高了薄膜间的阻隔效果。在同样的温度、湿度和压力条件下,采用本包装袋和现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋进行包装测试,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒。

测试结果:根据表1可知,本发明的包装袋拉伸强度和断裂伸长率远远大于现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋包装膜,说明本发明的包装袋有很强的耐热性、抗拉伸强度、抗蠕变性能。而且现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋内的无水柠檬酸颗粒在60~80天出现结块现象,本发明包装袋内无水柠檬酸颗粒至少到了120天仍然没有发现结块现象。
另一方面,本发明中钾离子改变内层塑料膜的茂金属聚乙烯以及低密度聚乙烯的分子链,使得内层塑料膜材料得以改性,通过对内层塑料膜施行高压电击处理,使内层塑料膜内的薄分子键重新排列,并形成稳定的分子间隙空间结构,含有钾离子的分子间隙空间可以长时间有效地吸收袋内有限的水分子和氧气,实现动态吸收活性功能,同时可以阻断外部水蒸气和氧气的透过。
而本发明中设置水囊是为了隔离外界的热量,在化肥包装袋堆码运输时,外层塑料膜在长时间挤压过程中,高温透过外层塑料膜,使其拉伸变形,强度下降,而设置在外层塑料膜和中层塑料膜之间的水囊能够吸收热量,隔离外界的热量进入包装内而且,化肥包装袋在运输的过程中,化肥包装袋会受到震动,设置在包装袋上的水囊可起到缓冲的作用。
当需要进行施肥操作时,工作人员只需要将内包装袋投掷于稻田中,在投掷的过程中,事先将外层塑料膜下方的水囊刺破,当包装袋扔在稻田中时,稻田内的水会与化肥接触,化肥遇水溶化,形成化肥溶液,化肥溶液在水的流动作用下进行扩散,进而可以实现对稻田施肥的目的。与现有技术中工作人员进入稻田进行施肥相比,工作人员可以在田边将盛有化肥的渗水材料内包装袋投掷到稻田中,利用水能够通过内包装袋溶解化肥的特性,即可完成对稻田的施肥,因此可以提高施肥的效率,同时不需要工作人进入稻田内,从而可以降低工作人员的劳动强度,而包装袋应采用钳子夹出来。

其中,所述外层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份、碱金属聚乙烯20-80份、甘油5-15份和乙二醇3-18份;
所述中层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,茂金属聚乙烯20-60份、低密度聚乙烯15-42份和中密度聚乙烯15-42份;

3.根据权利要求1所述的化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋,其特征在于:所述外层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,线性低密度聚乙烯30份、碱金属聚乙烯80份、甘油15份和乙二醇18份;所述中层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,茂金属聚乙烯60份、低密度聚乙烯42份和中密度聚乙烯42份;所述内层塑料膜包括以下原料,以重量份计,钾离子52份、茂金属聚乙烯57份和低密度聚乙烯35份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋,其特征在于:所述内层塑料膜、中层塑料膜和外层塑料膜三层之间的厚度比为1:1:1至1:3:1。
5.根据权利要求5所述的化肥颗粒防结块的包装袋,其特征在于:所述内层塑料膜、中层塑料膜和外层塑料膜的总厚度为100μm至200μm。
